Complete disappointment. First, those who warn of the deplorable state of the street up which you have to walk are correct. It floods with who knows what, and there are areas with no sidewalks so you have to walk in the mud and filth. Second, I reserved a two bedroom condo for two couples, and was informed upon arrival that the reservation was only for 2 so we would need to pay $15pp additional per night. It was falling apart, run down, and noisy. The door to our unit (#30) was literally splintered and falling apart. Construction noise was loud until 5:00 pm--hammering on the ceiling above us all day. Party one night from a neighboring bar was so loud that we had to yell in order to hear each other in our condo and it went on until 3:00 am (again through the door with holes in it) . Cheap furniture and bedding. Bed in one room was miserably hard, but in the other was quite comfortable. Unpleasant front desk. On the plus side, it was the cleanest pool I've ever seen and very nice, although the swim-up bar was seldom open. The beach area is tiny, but pretty and the Mayan Beach Club next door serves drinks and food there. The Mayan Beach Club staff were wonderful. Warning--club and bar closed all one afternoon and evening for a wedding.

Absolutely gorgeous location. Pool bar and restaurant is onsite (Mayan beach club) the grounds are beautiful and the little pond in the gardens has several little terrapins! Free drinking water provided. Stayed in room 12 and it was a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms- 1 double and 1 super king....

Free drinking water provided. Stayed in room 12 and it was a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms- 1 double and 1 super king. Pool view and partial sea view. We loved it. The beach is paradise. The restaurant offers tables on the beach for dinner which was a lovely experience and the food was amazing.

This condo complex has an amazing beach and restaurant. We ate dinner on the beach and had delicious breakfasts at the on site restaurant. They put up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you during the day and bring you drinks and lunch. If you have a special occasion...

This condo complex has an amazing beach and restaurant. We ate dinner on the beach and had delicious breakfasts at the on site restaurant. They put up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you during the day and bring you drinks and lunch. If you have a special occasion they set up a table on the beach for you. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The food and pool are excellent. I highly recommend.

Nautibeach condos continues to be my favorite place to stay on Isla. We typically stay in the large 2 bedroom condos, but opted for a small single unit this time as it was just the two of us. We booked later in the year, so the only room available was room #39. This is a cute room for one person or a couple only. Nicely decorated and bed was extremely comfortable. Pretty small and has a tiny terrace that basically fits one person at a time(too small for two). You can see the ocean of you lean over the side of the balcony. It has a small kitchen which we used often to make breakfast, but not much more than that. Full size fridge for drinks, fruit, eggs, veggies, cheese. Pros: close to it all, very short walk to downtown, right on the beach, beach chairs included all day. The pool right on the beach, Clean, large, Wonderful. Pool is one of the best parts of this hotel. This particular end of the beach is a little deeper so you can actually swim, as opposed to the opposite end which is nice, but pretty shallow. Most of the staff is always friendly at Nautibeach. Security at the entrance at all times, beautiful gardens and grounds. Cons: the beach and pool were always crawling with small children. It’s not that I don’t like kids, but there was a little more screaming/crying at the beach and footballs flying at my head in the pool than I would like to experience when on vacation. This is a family friendly resort, so just be prepared for that. We talked about maybe trying an adults only in playa del Carmen next time. Also, the water pressure in our room was awful. I mean, really bad. I know that it’s Mexico and it’s an island, but it took 20 minutes to rinse my hair and sometimes was not hot. This place is not exactly cheap, so that’s a minimum expectation when paying prices like this. All in all, it was a fun stay and I would go back.

Nautibeach Beach Front Condos on Isal Mujeres is located on the great north beach on the island. This is the perfect location with pristine water and white sand. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our condo was the perfect size for three adults with room for a 4th, with a nice garden view. The pool and restaurant/bar make for a nice recap at the end of the day. A short walk to the Centro with plenty of places to eat and shop on Hidalgo street. The staff can arrange for golf cart rental or island excursions. This is a great place to stay and I am already planning the next trip!
