This is our second stay at the Manchebo and it is still our favorite resort in Aruba. The food is so good! Fresh & healthy! Absolutely love the Pega Pega salads and a special shout out to Jen our server for most of the week. Always smiling and so friendly. Truly the best service! Also would like to recognize Shilpa and Rocheline for handling our reservations and room. We appreciate all your help. Lastly Andrew needs special recognition as he greeted us every time we entered the resort and left with a smile and offer of any help we may need. We can’t say enough about the beauty of this resort, its special place with immaculate grounds. Also took advantage of the yoga in the pavilion which is such a great start to your day. We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you Manchebo for another memorable vacation!

Manchebo is Aruba's paradise. And certainly the best beach in Aruba (as told to me by a long time Aruba vacationer) . If you are looking for a calm, relaxing spot in Aruba, Manchebo will deliver. The low-rise (2-story) units are modern, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The resort is well laid-out and tastefully landscaped with unique plantings. The resort never felt crowded. The staff is amazing. Genuinely friendly and helpful. They also seem happy to be at Manchebo. The resort appears to be very well-managed, and working hard to make Manchebo a special place. I was initially hesitant to book a vacation in the "low-rise" area of Eagle Beach. Over the past 6 trips to Aruba we've always stayed at the Hilton and Hyatt along Palm Beach (high-rise area). The Palm Beach area is great for families, and offers many convenient dinner options. But during this visit (just my wife and I), an evening spent at the high-rise area felt crowded and land-locked as we walked around our old stomping grounds (hotels, beaches, restaurants). We quickly realized how indulged and tranquil it felt to be staying at Manchebo. Restaurants: Mexican night at the Manchebo beach bar (posoe) was fun and delicious. Drink and lunch orders while sunning on the beach were quick and satisfying. Evening drinks and light entertainment at Ike's added a welcoming atmosphere. Within walking distance you will find... "Santos" just 2 blocks away has great coffees and brunch options. "Matthew's" (next door) offers a nice open-air, beach view breakfast. And "Elements" delivered a fine dining evening with first-class service and sunset views. We also discovered a slightly hidden, open-air mall with 3 to 4 restaurants (The Brownstone), more coffee shops, a few apparel shops, and a small convenience store, also less than two-blocks away. And we never waited more than 4 minutes for a taxi. A taxi ride to the high-rise area is $10 and only 12 minutes away. A taxi to the airport is $29. Manchebo is also a spa. And we took advantage of the morning yoga classes with experienced instructors. A great way to start each day. The sunset yoga on the day we arrived was picture perfect. I'm sure we will be returning to Manchebo. And I'll be recommending this hidden gem to my friends.

We have been returning to Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa yearly since 2008! We can't image having a better experience anywhere else. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The grounds are meticulously clean! By far the prettiest beach on the island. The beach is kept pristine. The rooms are lovely. We have been to Manchebo in August, November and February. The weather is always perfect as is the resort. A special thank you to Fedirico and Randall who shared the last of the Manchebo hats with me. We cannot wait to return next year! We are already booked.

A True Sanctuary of Hospitality, Relaxation, and Wellness From the moment we arrived at Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa, we were embraced with warmth and hospitality. Andrew greeted us immediately, making us feel right at home, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay started off perfectly. Though our room wasn’t quite ready, he quickly secured one for us while we enjoyed a refreshing mojito and a tour of the beautiful property. Andrew remained attentive from start to finish, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. As we walked through the resort, we had the privilege of meeting many of the incredible staff members—several of whom have been with Manchebo for decades, dating back to its time under the well-loved Cohen family. It was clear that the resort has maintained its commitment to impeccable service and guest experience. Exceptional Staff & Service—Hospitality at Its Best Throughout our stay, the hospitality was unparalleled. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, friendly, and proactive. Whether it was helping with extra pillows, offering thoughtful restaurant recommendations, or arranging taxis, they made sure we had everything we needed. The staff’s genuine joy in their work was infectious. It was evident that management treats their full-time employees incredibly well. Many work long shifts, rotating a couple of days off, especially during high season. Yet, despite the demanding hours, there wasn’t a single moment when we saw a sour face—only smiles from sunrise to sunset. Special shoutouts to: • Cynthia, the warm and welcoming manager for the morning food shift, whose presence made every meal more enjoyable. • Fanny, Ada, Jean, Avi Maria, and Aracelys—who went above and beyond with attentive service and a kind-hearted approach. • The beach staff, who graciously set up our Palapas each morning and delivered delicious food and drinks throughout the day. • The security and groundskeepers, who ensured a safe and welcoming environment—even in a place where we already felt completely at ease. Many guests we met were return visitors, some for six years, others for many more—which speaks volumes about the quality of service and experience. A Location That Feels Like Paradise Manchebo’s location is breathtaking—nestled right on the shores of pristine white sands and tranquil turquoise waters. The resort offers Tiki huts (palapas) that you can reserve, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the serenity of the ocean. The resort’s beautifully designed layout creates a sense of community and tranquility, making it feel like a private sanctuary. The three main restaurants and the pool are all centered around an open-air dining space, creating a cozy yet airy ambiance. Spacious, Beachfront Accommodations Our room was spacious, offering the perfect balance of comfort and beachside convenience. Stepping outside, we found ourselves just seconds from the sandy shores, making each morning feel like an absolute dream. Additionally, the in-room safes provided an extra level of security, giving us peace of mind for storing valuables. Incredible Wellness & Spa Experience—Don’t Miss the Aruba-Style Lomi Lomi! Manchebo’s spa is an absolute must! Luz, the spa manager, is expertly trained and licensed in multiple types of massage and ensures her staff is equally well-trained. Don’t miss the Aruba-style Lomi Lomi massage! This traditional massage is done with coconut oil and long, flowing strokes that create an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic experience. We indulged in double Lomi Lomi sessions—I had mine with Camile, and my partner had theirs with Shadel. Both were phenomenal! If you’re used to deep massage and open to whole-body flowing muscle strokes, we highly recommend splurging on the 80 minutes! We also tried the Shiatsu massage, which was equally rejuvenating, thanks to the skilled hands of Erlinda. Delicious & Fresh Dining—The Breakfast is a Must! We opted for the inclusive breakfast and loved it! Highly recommended—it runs from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. every day. • The Açaí bowl was a favorite! • We tried every smoothie (get them before 10:45 a.m., made fresh by the wonderful Fanny). • The fresh orange juice is a must! • If you’re not a coconut lover, skip the French toast option. Activities & Wellness Options • We enjoyed the Vinyasa yoga class, which was a great way to start the morning. • The resort is located right by a walking/bike path, which made for a scenic run. For beachgoers, the resort provides coolers and free ice, along with SPF 30 aloe-based sunblock just off Pega Pega restaurant. There are also two filtered water stations to keep hydrated throughout the day. Adults Only One of the aspects we particularly loved was that Manchebo is an adults-only resort. This created a peaceful and intimate environment—exactly what we were looking for on our getaway. Final Thoughts Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa is a true sanctuary—a place where hospitality shines, the staff genuinely care, and every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable stay. We left the resort with hugs, a testament to how much we felt at home. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful beachfront retreat, outstanding service, or a top-tier wellness experience, this resort delivers on all fronts. We can’t wait to return!
