This Rock Royality package trip would not have been as successful as it was without the dedication of Ted and Danny, who assisted us daily. We also thank the following people who stood out for their exceptional services; - Juan at the Toro restaurant - Javier at the Los Gallos restaurant - Renee and his team at the Ciao restaurant - Zanchez for the tequila tasting - The room maid who works very hard behind the scene - All the employées of the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos who offered their services with their smiles.

We just had a beautiful 9 days and 8 nights at the Hard Rock hotel in Cabo! We enjoyed the pools, the food, and our room was amazing! We would sit on our patio daily and watch sooo many whales out in the beautiful ocean. We had several windy days that for sure made things colder than we were anticipating. Seems to be a bit windy in this exact spot. They offered rides to and from the airport which we were very thankful for. Also we were rock royalty and we had two of the best guys available for whatever was needed while we were there from getting meds, saving us a great spot at the pool, turn downs, booking adventures etc… we were highly impressed with both of them and they kept in constant contact with us via text. The spa was also a highlight loved loved the couples massage! Just what we needed! We also loved all our waiters they were all very nice and polite! Only thing we didn’t love was the legendary club hounding us to become members day 1 and 2. They wanted us to become members before we even knew the grounds. And after saying no to one man we then had several other men continue to try to sell us on it. But other then that we enjoyed the rest of our stay…

Dani Jr Rhythm pool Aaron & Miguel Concierge Eden Pool super fast & attentive!! Bartender Ramon, Nestor, Luis, M& M (Guilermo)makes the best spicy margaritas @ Eden Pool makes great drinks!! Eden pool waiters Humberto, Manuel, Santos, Carlos, & Rubin excellent!! Umo Victor great service Coffee shop Bryan & Leydi & Pily great coffee & a show ask for Ling Ling great group!! Hard workers!! Los Galos Luis & Javier good service!! JP pizza & pool he is a hard worker!! Filled in around resort you would see him all over!! He needs a promotion he is great with all guest, but your members will love him!! I expect the next time I visit he has advanced to a higher level job working with Legendary Members!! Braulio & Jose Toro Excellent!! Favorite restaurant!! Best food!! Try the expresso martini Ciao Cesar great service!! Rodrigo Server @Private Dinner in room was great!! Legendary pool Sergio Garza he is a go getter he is going places!! He’s another I expect to be in a higher position the next time I’m there!! Entertainment Mily played cards by the pool with us excellent, hard worker!! Give her the job!! Can’t say a bad word about anyone there everyone was great!!

The service was amazing at the Hard Rock Resort. We paid for the Rock Royalty package and were assigned a butler named Rafael. His dedication to excellent client satisfaction went above and beyond. If you decide to go, ask for Rafi. You’ll definitely feel the celebrity treatment

My husband and I did alot of research for our honeymoon, and we are SO glad we decided to stay at the Hard Rock in Los Cabos. We booked through Capital One which was a breeze thankfully. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff is PHENOMENAL! The property is beautiful. Large enough to have so many things to do for a longer stay, but also felt like you'd see many familiar faces. We wanted to give a major shout out to the following people who made our stay extraordinary: Porcayo - our favorite waiter/bartender at the pool! We made sure to find him every day. He was SO polite, efficient, thoughtful, and we just loved befriending him this week. Rafael: our conceirge. He checked in every day, and answered any question I had promptly and with and eagerness to ensure we didn't want for anything our trip. He was always a text away day or night, and ensured we were in the best hands. He helped us coordinate all of our transportation when we left the property and gave us so much peace of mind. He truly made us feel like we never lifted a finger. We felt that Los Gallos for breakfast was a hidden gem - we ate there everyday! We want to shout our our waiter Diego - a highlight of our trip! Knew our orders by the end, and was such a friendly face and ensured excellent service. Our favorite restaurants were Umo and Toro; we ate at Toro twice and thanks to Victor our waiter, we had a top notch experience! My husband has Celiac disease and everyone, but especially victor, made sure to have his food prepared safely and gave us additional custom options. He was AMAZING! He even noticed on a night we chose to sit outside, it got breezy and he brought me a blanket. Truly a gem of a human and we hope to see him again next time! Lastly, we loved all of the entertainment staff. Tony, Sebastian, Lore, and Denis made sure we had a BLAST each day at the pool. They have a fabulous sense of humor, and there is something for everybody. They even played some of our music requests! We highly recommend staying here, and hope to come back. I have no complaints. We thought we had an issue with our hot water, and a maintenance team member was at our room with a fix within minutes. Five star service no matter what! The best part though, was that we visited during whale season and saw humpback and grey whales every day!! It was magical.

Hard Rock was a great resort. Good food, great staff, could use better entertainment in the evening and better poolside service. Loved the bowling alley! Mar was awesome and took good care of us! She was thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Service at a whole different level!!! Since arriving to departing we couldn’t be more grateful with all the staff, but also need to mention the “three amigos”, a group of three guys that get rotated around the pools but always remain together. These guys made our visit to the pools a great experience with genuine care and loving what they do, which is care for their guests, thank you Manuel “Manny”, Ruben and Santos, but they wouldn’t be able to do what they do without a great bartender, Marcos!!! Thanks guys! Now, on to the splash bar… the crew here was exceptional! Victor and Cristian made sure that we were entertained with their high quality drinks (talking about mixology!!), and the shows they would put together making the drinks. But it didn’t stop there, these guys knew that one of our party members was celebrating her birthday and made an experience out of it. Last but not least, the night we arrived we went to Zen and experienced the sushi bar which we haven’t seen at other Hard Rock all inclusive properties and boy that wasn’t just good, it was amazing!! Diego took care of us and entertained us while his manager Villamil helped with some unique creations and sharing his experiences throughout the night, making it a night to remember. Our server Angeles never stopped making sure we were taken care of at all times. We love in Florida, but we love it so much, we are making this destination one of our favorites to continue to visit as often as we can.

While no resort is perfect, Hard Rock Los Cabos is exceptional! What makes HR Los Cabos special is the staff. If you are friendly and outgoing and spend the time to get to know them, you will find them the friendliest and most helpful staff anywhere on the globe. They work to satisfy the customers, not for tips. 1. Tony Gonzalez: an exceptional manager of bars for HR Los Cabos. He is so capable, and we cannot say enough good things about the remarkable service he provides Los Cabos customers. Being able to do what is needed to continue to hold onto him is great achievement for HR Los Cabos. He is incredible. 2. Javier Laura: an exceptional a manager of Restaurants. Constantly overseeing operations and watching out for customer satisfaction. He is a godsend for HR Los Cabos, and we hope Los Cabos is able to provide what is required in order keep him. Also Luz, working and training under Javier, is providing great help and custom service to Los Cabos customers. 3. Oscar Lopez and Atzin Baltazar were our butlers and were perfect in every way. In addition, my wife had a medical injury (she fell off-site of Hard Rock Los Cabos) and they were critical in getting her/us to the hospital and the needed follow up medical visit, in addition to helping her with a wheel chair. We cannot say enough great things about these 2 people. 4. Sunlight Bar: Cristopher, Victor, Jerry, Martin, and Fernando are the bartenders at Sunlight Bar. While they deal with huge surges in the number of patrons, they constantly maintain their cheerful and helpful attitude. I would hire any/every one of them. 5. Moonlight bar: All the staff, up and down stairs, provided excellent service to the guests, even in the most crowded conditions. Obviously, the manager of the Moonlight bar provides excellent and careful training of the staff. 6. Caffetto: Geraldinne, Susi, Leyti, and Anali– all provide courteous service and are excellent at their jobs, even when they are dealing with major surges in customers wanting coffee and snacks. Would hire them. 7. Zen: Miguel, an incredible sushi chef at Zen. He is so artistic in his presentation and provides wonderfully tasty sushi. Diego, is the best sushi roller we have ever come across, with a great eye to presentation, blending and mixing of tastes and appearance. Marco and Rafael (Captains at Zen, we believe) with help from Fernanda (spelling?) at Zen were most effective in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. We hope Los Cabos is able to retain all these remarkable workers. 8. Toro: Picasso, as Capitan, was most gracious, understanding, and accommodating of our special requests. 9. Ciao: Luz: A breakfast Captain at Ciao, was always courteous, helpful, and effective. She is a prized employee to us. 10. The Market: Juan Ochoa was a great Captain there and we saw him almost daily. Always courteous and helpful. 11. Perrys, one of the sommeliers was excellent finding us white and red wines that fit our palate. 12. Jonny, is an excellent entertainment. manager. He is attentive to guests, the entertainment workers and the performers. Suggestion for the head of entertainment - find another great Queen impersonator. 13. Marco, Dani Jr, Renteria, Aron, and JP are servers @ Legendary Club (LC) Members pool; they work hard and stay attentive, would hire them. 14. Monse in LC sales and her boss Gilberto made our upgrade to Chairman purchase as useful to us as possible. 15. Danny: excellent Concierge and is an excellent addition to the upwardly moving staff at HR Los Cabos. 16. Spa: Karen, massage therapist, provided truly exceptional massage as did the woman who did my pedicure at POSH. 17. Ary: Members Experience Manager is approachable and easy to talk to about problems at the hotel. She makes even the smallest problem one she seeks to solve by reaching out to the proper person(s) and the problem is fixed. Would hire her in a minute.
