This has been our 5th visit to Garza Blanca in Cabo and we are never disappointed. The welcome we receive , the All Inclusive meal plan, the variety of pools, the Spa and the room are all 5 stars! We had a great butler team as well! Very attentive to our requests for reservations, pool chairs and off site reservations & sight seeing suggestions as well. Looking forward to our next stay at a Garza Blanca resort!

Consumer alert, I booked a very expensive vacation for me and my wife through the Expedia APP (My First Mistake). Due to a health problem with my wife, I was forced to try and cancel the trip. I received an email from Garza Blanc Resort and Spa in Los Cabos stating I had until Feb 14th at 6pm to cancel the trip without financial repercussions. On the 14th I attempted to Cancel the Trip on the Expedia APP and was unable to find any place inside the trip itinerary or APP functions to update / cancel the trip. Knowing I was getting close to the cut off time, I started googling How to Cancel an Expedia reservation. I clicked on 1 of the first website that popped up offering a 1 800 number to make reservation modifications. The Website looked just like the Expedia page. I called the number and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. After telling me I had no options to adjust the trip I was forced to cancel it. At that point they asked for my CC number that I used to book the trip. Almost immediately I received a notification from my bank that a 4100-dollar charge was trying to process. At this point I realized it was a scam. I was forced to cancel my credit card. I then used the Expedia APP Chat and was finally able to cancel the trip. Which I initiated before the cut off time! But it didn’t matter. I lost over 2,800 dollars on the booking. After another 5 days of talking with the AI chat feature in the Expedia chat, Bringing up all my concerns. Including the Third-party company that was scamming their customers! Which they wouldn’t even acknowledge. I was told they wouldn’t do anything to make it right! Don’t be another victim. The “Deals” they advertise are not worth the problems! The hotel is aware of my experience and chooses to allow a business partner to take advantage of its customers! Also charging them in the background to make sure they get there cut!! Multiple attempts have been made to contact the resort! Took almost 3,000 in fee from me!!!

My wife and I stayed at Garza Blanca to celebrate Valentine’s Day and my wife’s birthday. The resort is beautiful. Definitely deserving of their 5 star rating. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I dealt with two superstars during our stay. Dwight and Sebastian. These two guys were awesome. They were informative, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They both were genuine in their actions. We left feeling like family.

You guys. Seriously the BEST. I have nothing bad to say at all. We love Garza Blanca and have been to their other hotels in PV and Cancun. They are good but Los Cabos is great. Start the morning with coffee and pastries delivered to your room. Enjoy the amazing ocean view from your balcony while you sip. Then head down to the breakfast buffet. You probably need a mimosa and a cappuccino. DO NOT miss the lady making fresh quesadillas in the corner. Take a walk on the beach and check out the whales swimming around right right off shore. The main pool has a few things going on so play volleyball or aqua zumba if that's your thing or head to the rooftop for a more chill morning. If you choose the latter, you have to try the tuna poke bowl for lunch it's 10/10. Rene and Alejandro were our servers and they took great care of us up there. The beach chairs were also great- the ocean is a little rough for swimming but it was nice to get your toes wet. The food truck on the beach has really good fish tacos. For dinner, my favorite was Noi, I had a pesto shrimp pasta and that was yummy. We had an excellent server there named Esteban. The steak house and sushi were also good. The hamachi app at sushi is really tasty. They have heaters on the patio that kept us warm all evening. Basically, I never wanted to leave. We stayed in the rooftop pool until we absolutely had to run to the lobby to check out and catch our plane. Overall everything is really clean and well cared for. The service is top notch. We were absolutely spoiled all week. The weather was in the 70's the whole time and I only needed a light jacket at night. I can't wait to return. Already looking at dates for next year.

Overall an excellent experience! From the moment we walked into the resort we were treated like family. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. We were lucky to have Sheccid and Luis as our butlers for the week, they were both amazing!! They catered to our every need , extremely responsive. Gerarmo, at the pool was always smiling, personable, kind and attentive Many dining options, food was great. Chef Mario prepared an amazing meal in our suite- highly recommend’. The team did an incredible job with Superbowl party!!! Cooking class with Oscar & Pizza was an an added bonus and very enjoyable. Resort is well maintained and clean. Looking forward to returning!!

This resort gave us 110%. The staff was so friendly and would accommodate your every need. The food was awesome at every restaurant we attended. We even had a chef who was willing to cook up a catch for us for dinner! The breakfast buffet was loaded with all your favorites and you could whale watch while enjoying a mimosa. Highly recommended going with the all-inclusive plan as meals would get pricy quickly for you. We went in January..weather was perfect and resort didn’t seem crowded at all. This resort won’t disappoint!!

We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was quite spacious and well appointed. The food was quite great. The check in process took nearly an hour although they did not have many guests in line. This was uncomfortable as we had children who were waiting for dinner. Our suite had a loud buzzing noise throughout. The maintenance staff said it was a “building noise” that they could not change. When requesting a room change, the management told us the hotel was completely booked, although most restaurants seem to be 20-30% full. I would not book this resort again.

Garza Blanca is a beautiful resort! My husband & I had a wonderful vacation. We had Leo & Sofia as our butlers & they were incredible!! They made sure all of our dinner reservations were set & saved us spots by the pool(s). Thank you Leo & Sofia! 🙏🏽😊

We went for the Tafer residence club sales pitch at Garza Blanca Cabo. Arturo was our salesman and we were really impressed by the property. But I read a lot of bad reviews and realized they must have some staffing problems and some things Tafer promises were not delivered. We said no and were passed to Victor, who tried a high pressure sales pitch. At this point, after hours passed, we were done and just wanted to go but they wanted to keep us there. Finally, after a continuous no from us, they let us go. Victor was angry and he gave me a little piece of paper he tore from the sales sheet and made a snide comment. I’m ok my feelings weren’t hurt but it confirmed my gut feeling that this was a bad deal. Arturo showed us out and asked us to leave a tip for the complimentary drinks they gave us. Who does this??? I’m so happy to avoid this apparent trap. I’m not saying time shares or residence clubs are bad but they can be. I wasn’t convinced Tafer was a good deal but maybe I’m wrong. But based on the treatment I feel relieved not to have to find out the hard way. Also beware, the cancellation limit is 5 days. I asked if we could get activated immediately if we signed the contract. The salesman said no, we would have to wait 5 days. What? This tells me there might be some truth to the reviewers who say they can’t access resorts when they want to. If they really believe in their product, they would extend the cancellation policy beyond the activation period. Just make it ten days and keep activation at 5 days. In other words, put your money where your mouth is and if the product works like you say it does then everyone is happy. But if it doesn’t then the consumer can leave no harm no foul.
