Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

First time staying in Ko’Olina and I am blown away. Originally had made reservations at the Disney Aulani, but an unexpected business meeting forced me to cancel that reservation and when I could not rebook at Aulani, I noticed the Four Seasons was available at a slightly higher price. So I booked the Oceanfront room for myself, my wife and little girl. Let me say we were not disappointed, but there is one issue I would pick on and I’ll get to it later. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the valet, and the check in process was extremely pleasant. The main lobby is wide open and you can feel the breeze as it flows through. Quite a first impression. We went to our room and there was a fruit plate wrapped in some kind of leaf, maybe coconut leaves. Presentation was beautiful. Room was spacious and decoration was pleasant to see. Bathroom has a separate room for the toilet, a shower, bath tub and two sinks on opposite sides of the room. I like this because the Mrs is a little messy with her bottles, so my area would be neat and organized. Walk out to the large balcony and we got a beautiful view of the beach, lagoon and the swimming pool. Lounge chair, round table and two chairs were available for us to use. Now, my issue. Technically I guess you can say I have the oceanfront room but it’s more like the pool view with the beach and lagoon in the background. The picture in the app showed the lanai with an ocean background for the oceanfront room, but the angle of the shot may have hidden what to really expect. That’s my only issue, and it’s not going to cost this resort a star. Three pools are on the property with one adults only infinity pool. Beach is right off the property and the lounge chairs with umbrella is first come first serve for both the pool and beach. Only the cabanas would require paying a fee. Service at the beach and pool is impeccable, and there are complimentary rentals available for hotel guests…we did the stand up paddle board rental for an hour. Signed up the Mrs for the 80 minutes Traditional LomiLomi massage and she said it was wonderful. She also signed herself up for the one hour golf lesson. There are lots of complimentary (and paid 😁) activities for adults and kids every day. The Kids For All Seasons are for kids 5+, but younger kids can attend with an adult chaperone. Dining at Mina’s Fish House and La Hiki was a little pricey but nice. Kids under 4 eats free at these restaurants, plus another called Noe (which we didn’t try) as long as an adult orders as well. Poolside is covered by the Waterman Bar and kids under 4, unfortunately, don’t eat free here. A 5 minutes walk will bring you to the Ko’Olina Center with other dining options. If you have rental car you can drive 10-15 minutes to Kapolei for more dining options! The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko’Olina has been quite a pleasant experience for us. Staff was friendly all around, very helpful when we have any questions or need something. We certainly look forward to coming back in the future. It’s totally different here in Ko’Olina compared to hustling and bustling streets of Waikiki. I guess if you need many dining options and would like to go shopping the Waikiki area is the place to be. But it’s so peaceful here at the Four Seasons in Ko’Olina that I don’t see the need to stay in Waikiki for future trips. Don’t get me wrong, I still love Waikiki but for a relaxing stay Ko’Olina is the place to be. Besides, Waikiki is roughly an hour’s drive so a day trip there is always doable! 😊

We recently stayed at this property and had an amazing time. We have stayed at many Four seasons properties and this was one of our best stays. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and the concierge team made it extra special. Everyone was absolutely wonderful but I wanted to give a shoutout to Cameran, Mina, Rico, Dailan (sp?) and Gretchen. The club concierge and lounge was such a nice perk. Our son had a blast in the kids club and can't wait to go back. We have always been loyal Four Seasons guests and this trip solidified that.

Stayed at the Four Seasons Oahu on the second half of our vacation. Felt immediately relaxed getting out of the Honolulu hustle. One of the best rooms and view we have had at an hotel, incredible wow factor. Service and staff were incredible, and the adult pool looking over the ocean is unbeatable. Go eat at Noe, you won’t be disappointed. The hotel shares a beach with the Disney property, but there was ample space between. Only complaint would be the cove is man made and water is pretty murky compared to most Hawaiian beaches. Can’t wait to return!

Celebrated a three-generation holiday plus my seventy-fifth birthday in a lovely suite—two generously-sized decks, one overlooking the bay and the other offered a view of the mountains—with daughter and granddaughter. Incredibly kind “welcome back” by reception staff including personal greeting from Asst. Mgr. James at check-in. Everything we needed or wanted was promptly provided with warm smiles and good wishes from the front desk, the valets, hotel shops staff, efficient housekeepers, and breakfast restaurant staff. Best server in the history of wait staffs is Justin. Each morning, he offered extremely valuable insights into local places to visit and items to enjoy on the extensive menu. French press Kona coffee, fresh pineapple, and Malasada donuts are never-to-be-forgotten indulgences. Wonderful skin-diving excursion, great pickleball, exciting canoe rides, and sunset Celestial cruise are highlights of this hotel. Super spa, too, with a very nice hair salon. Infinity pool second to none on the island. We are already planning another visit here next May because there’s honestly no place with better service and staff or more perfect amenities than the beautiful Four Seasons, Ko Olina. Thanks to all of you who made our visit so special!

Service at this hotel is superb! Truly on point . Staff is of younger generation however they are on top of their game! From arrival to check in to pool service. Pool service at adult pool was one of the best . Very guest centric with above and beyond attitude. I can go on and on how amazing they are! View from the adult pool is just magical ! Hotel itself does not look FS style but service does. Rooms are very specious and well appointed . Will come back in May!!!

We were supposed to stay at Aulani next door for 7 days and after 2 days, we knew we needed to leave. It was insanely busy, fights for pool chairs every morning, and food was very mediocre. We were so grateful the Four Seasons was right next door and they had availability. The service is top notch, as expected with any Four Seasons. The room views are spectacular and the rooms are very comfortable. The pull out beds in the rooms could be a bit more comfy but our kiddos did fine on them. The pools are great and the menus and options for kids are wonderful. Our girls also loved the camp options like making leis and tie dying t-shirts. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we'd absolutely stay here again! Four Seasons fans for life.
