Great resort! Private beach, multiple swimming pools, water views from all angles of the resort. From the start. Valets were amazing. Friendly. Smiles. Engagement. We loved the staff uniforms. Felt like we were in paradise already. Concierge/front desk staff. Mahalo! So helpful and full of information. Ask for where the locals go if you are exploring the island is Oahu. Sunday brunch is a must. The staff squeezed us into a reservation even though there were none available. Shout out to Camron. Cameron was so helpful and genuinely cared about his job, and we felt that he wanted to be there for the guests. Activities Couples spa. A must. Spent little over an hour at the massage. The sauna had cold and hot bath. Kombucha was provided to the spa members and other beverages and so on. A StarTour show was decent. I am an amateur astronomer and they covered all the basics. Kids will love it. I believe they are utilizing 11” Celestron GoTo telescope. Bring binoculars if you have one. Adult swimming pool is peaceful. They also had staff members with a free drink cart when we were enjoying our swim. Daily Clean inside and out. Turn down service was exceptional. Small touches like cleaning clothes for the sunglasses/glasses. Welcome baskets for your special occasions. Upgrades, if available. The staff made it effortless. My wife and I loved our stay at the Four Seasons Ko Olina. Everything about the hotel was perfect for us. First, I have to point out that the staff at the Four Seasons was incredible. To say that the staff provided great customer service is an understatement. Every person we interacted with was so friendly and helpful, and very responsive to any requests that we had. In addition to the staff, the hotel itself is lovely and very well-maintained. We loved the dining options at the hotel and the food was top-notch. As far as our room, we stayed in the standard resort room, which I think is their most basic room, yet it was perfectly fine for us - very spacious, well-appointed, and the ocean view from our room was amazing. We also loved the hotel's location in Ko Olina, which while fairly far from Waikiki (about 45 min to an hour drive with traffic), was preferable as it's much quieter in Ko Olina and we liked being away from the crowds of Waikiki. Overall, we had an excellent stay. My wife and I want to return to Oahu eventually as there are still some sights we want to see, and we will definitely be staying again at the Four Seasons.

Our stay was outstanding, we loved the quiet location on the west side of Oahu. The resort is situation within the Ko Olina lagoons we particularly enjoyed the walkways and view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need and of course the amazing FS bed and linen. The food at the hotel was excellent. The adult pool was a highlight , a great place to relax for the day or after exploring the island. We highly recommend this hotel

GolfAhoy got us the pay for three nights and the fourth night is free deal. Another appreciated GolfAhoy perk was the inclusion of free breakfasts daily during our stay. The hotel's proximity to premier golf courses, especially the Ko Olina course makes it a great choice for golf travelers. The staff are welcoming and polite. Food and waiter service is a 10 out of 10. My only negative observation concerns the ugly food spill stains on the slate surrounding the main pool chaise lounges.

We just checked in today and I am shocked that this is a Four Seasons resort, I would rate this 3 stars at best. We have stayed at Four Seasons resorts all over the world and this property is my least favorite. The carpet in the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, there’s no dresser to store your unpacked clothing in, the lounge chairs at the pool are old and falling apart. I am shocked that this is a Four Seasons property. The guest room is the quality of a days inn. Four Seasons Maui and Four Seasons on the big Island of Hawaii are sooooooo much nicer.

Excellent rooms, super fast elevators, lots of space and pools. Luxury hotel and services. Beautiful property. The adult pool is a very good place to spend time, there is great service, food and drink available and a great view of the pacific.

We just returned from another incredible week at Four Seasons Oahu, and I can't say enough about the experience. It is always a pleasure to stay here, and we truly feel at home every time we visit. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay is perfect. The hospitality is unmatched, and no other property even comes close to the level of care and attention to detail we receive here. From the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional service, every visit has been flawless, and we can’t wait to return in September. To start, you can't go wrong at a Four Seasons. After Lahaina burned down, the Wailea Four Seasons immediately jacked up their prices. Ko Olina is 30ish miles out of Honolulu. It's basically self contained. Restaurants are very good. Gym is good. Everything is good and less pricey than Wailea...

To start, you can't go wrong at a Four Seasons. After Lahaina burned down, the Wailea Four Seasons immediately jacked up their prices. Ko Olina is 30ish miles out of Honolulu. It's basically self contained. Restaurants are very good. Gym is good. Everything is good and less pricey than Wailea or their hotel on the Big iIsland. Even saw a few whales from our balcony.

We stayed for ten days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was really great and made us feel so special. We loved everyone from valet to the pool and beach staff. Valet was great- always offered us cold waters or towels when we left to go adventure, pool and beach staff always took great care of us as well. All restaurants on site are great too. The hotel is also located on a 3 mile long path that goes all the way down the different lagoons which was awesome to walk morning or night.

Excellent stay at a wonderful property. It was Four Seasons level service and amenities in a nice, quiet part of Oahu. Wonderful adults-only pool and great restaurants. But mostly it was highly attentive and highly functional service. Would happily stay here again.
