We loved Blue Horizon. We flew in via Cape Air. Our rental jeep was waiting at airport. Island easy to navigate. Roads are in pretty rough shape! Definitely gives potholes in Maine a run for their money! Greeted kindly and check in with Dave. The property is beautiful. Pool was amazing. Bar and restaurant although not really busy, not very quick. We were told it was island-time! Ate mostly appetizers and did not spend the money on the entrees. Banana pancakes and Coconut shrimp were delicious! Room was comfortable. Bed comfortable. AC worked great, plenty of hot water. Be aware of $24/daily energy charge and $42/daily room tax! $65 daily charge! Read the small print. I assumed one-time fee, not daily. Regardless we enjoyed our stay. Yes..The horses are everywhere! Some people offended by horse poop..not us! Mosquitos came out when the sun went down. Bring bug spray! Overall, we would go back. I do feel the hotel is expensive with very little amenities. They had many ground crews working and fixing things for a renovation.

Very little hot water in the shower and the light by one side of the bed never worked. But Lilian and David were great as was the bartender. I’d return mainly because of the staff!

We had a Wonderful experience! Would go back for sure. The restaurant was amazing and the service even better. Dave and Jose took great care of us! Lots of peace and quiet amd great pool time. We loved the pina coladas and the banana pancakes and French toast.

All around a wonderful experience I’ve been telling all my friends about. Great views, great food, great service, great location. There’s nothing like swimming with horses (and a foal!) on the expansive lawn and a full view of the ocean. Blue Horizon is also super close to where the bioluminescent...

All around a wonderful experience I’ve been telling all my friends about. Great views, great food, great service, great location. There’s nothing like swimming with horses (and a foal!) on the expansive lawn and a full view of the ocean. Blue Horizon is also super close to where the bioluminescent bay tours take off and Black Sand Beach. Easy to get around with a golf cart or scooters. I will absolutely be back here the next time I venture out to Vieques—our only regret was not staying longer. Definitely one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. Special shoutout to Dave for getting us into our villa early on Christmas Day. You made our trip!

We weren't staying in the hotel and only had dinner here (we were staying next door) and had a very enjoyable meal. We both had the very interesting & delicious fish dish. Dessert (cheesecake) not quite as good. The welcome was very friendly and service top notch.

She walked us to our room “Nikky” we were worried bc there wasn’t many photos online but the room is great very nice AC bathroom fridge very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely would stay again !

Serene, beautiful and excellent in all aspects! Highly recommend this place to stay in Vieques. The beach views, the pool, and the villa style rooms are appealing. The food in the restaurant and drinks in the bar are exceptional too. I totally loved it!

Amazing views, adults only, clean and friendly staff! Only downside is that hotel doesnt offer lunch, so guests have to go somewhere else to eat during the day. Apart from that, we absolutely loved it!! Such a relaxing place, right by the beach!

We have recently become disabled, and Blue Horizon Resort was amazingly accommodating for us. The cabin was great, the food good, and the staff super helpful. Dave was particularly outstanding. We plan to return with our grown offspring.

Room was amazing! Views from anywhere on the property are breathtaking. So quiet and clean. Staff is wonderful! The beach out front is secluded and quiet. Bed was made and room was cleaned every day when we got back! We will 100% be coming back
