Huge fan of this resort. Sure, Four Seasons is beautiful but the privacy that we experienced (and the service) at Aurora far exceeded my expectations. Should you go to Aurora, ask for Justin Time. He will make your stay there 10x better and he comes just in time ;) For example— he was able to book a massage at a time that no one else in our group could, he booked reservations at restaurants, and he has the most friendly disposition— so he is a true breath of fresh air. This was a much needed trip and I returned home very relaxed and at peace.

Was in Anguilla 20 yrs ago and toured this resort when it was Cuisenart. Thought it was beautiful so decided to try it out. The staff make this place what it is. Everyone is extremely friendly & kind. The restaurants are ok and the beach area nice but if it wasnt for the staff I doubt we’d come back. Shout out to Justin Time, Patricia at the spa, Jovin and Argentzia at the bars and Zen at the beach. Amazing people who make us want to return for sure!!! Just a few suggestions… We stayed at the towers & it could def use some nightly entertainment-whether it’s a dj, band or acoustic singer. Also, whatever sanitizer or cleaner is used to clean our room it had a very strong odor like urine.

While we have stayed in 50 countries around the world at some very nice resorts, this is a very beautiful resort but not a 5 star. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The things that need improving are fruit options at breakfast. There are no berries. Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries....

While we have stayed in 50 countries around the world at some very nice resorts, this is a very beautiful resort but not a 5 star. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. The things that need improving are fruit options at breakfast. There are no berries. Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries. Not even bananas. Usually they had cantaloupe or honeydew. The housekeeping was not overly welcoming. There was one day I had to call and ask for our room to be cleaned around 3:45. One night no turn down. One time they forgot washcloths. We got to the hotel around 4:30 or 5 PM, and the next morning, I realized that one of the wines had been opened from the people before. They took it out of our room, but never replaced it. We stayed in room 430. Right outside of our room, the lights were broken on the pathway or leaning over. Weeds all in the beds. There needs to be more attention to detail. We still had a wonderful week.

We again thoroughly enjoyed our ten night stay here in a beachfront junior suite on Rendezvous bay. The new elevators are very nice! This was our 3rd stay here but the first in February where it was very busy, primarily due to a series of Edward Jones groups. We enjoy almost everything here now including the waterpark. We especially like seeing so many of the same staff at both breakfasts, at both pools, and the bellmen and guards. All are friendly and helpful. Marlon at water sports gave us a great snorkeling and fishing trip. Housekeeping here twice a day is terrific! This NFL football fan loved the games now included in the TV package. We moved from here to another 5-star resort but wish we had stayed at Aurora! Highly highly recommend! Ps- as an iPrefer resort they had difficulty accepting the reward certificate that was presented in accordance with the program terms.

Gorgeous resort! Was here 14 years ago under a different name. A bit off season, quiet; except for large corporate groups. MiMi was a God send helping us navigate dinner reservations off property, transportation etc. she worked to also make my birthday extra special! Played pickleball, road bikes, walked the beach, enjoyed the pool, and had fun with all the sorbet, iced teas and other daily samples the brought to sunbathers! NOT for partiers! Perfect for sun, sand and sea lovers. Bring a LOT of tipping cash (FYI). Aurora was: perfection.

We had a vision of what we wanted for our 50th wedding anniversary trip: tropical weather, a safe destination but not a port of call for cruise ships, beautiful beachfront accommodations, great restaurants, a nice, convenient golf course, a little nightlife, a spa, friendly people who love their paradise home...

We had a vision of what we wanted for our 50th wedding anniversary trip: tropical weather, a safe destination but not a port of call for cruise ships, beautiful beachfront accommodations, great restaurants, a nice, convenient golf course, a little nightlife, a spa, friendly people who love their paradise home and are happy to tell you about it, and a place relatively easy to get to from Atlanta. Cassie, our travel agent from Crafter Escapes, suggested Anguilla - and the Anguilla Aurora Resort and Golf Club checked off all of our boxes. We knew very few people who had been to Anguilla and many had never heard of the Caribbean island, but Cassie assured us it had everything we were looking for, and she was right. But what Anguilla doesn’t have are the crowds! Golf tee time? What time would work for you? Restaurant reservations? When would you like to eat? Can we book a sunset sailboat cruise? Of course! Where should we go to hear music? Take a 5 minute walk down the well-lit beach to Bankie Banx Dune Preserve to hear live reggae, jazz, and mingle with the locals, and if you’re there at dinner time, order their amazing cheeseburger! The property is gorgeous, with lovely white beaches and aqua-blue water, pristine white buildings, tastefully decorated in casual island style, lush foliage, multiple pools and water features including a fun, swim-up bar, large, inviting hot tub, and a splash park for kids. The service, from the concierge to the housekeepers, to the valets, room service, wait staff and bartenders, were friendly and helpful, always there when you need them, but never in a rush (island time!). A few of our favorites were Justin Time (great name!), who made any of our requests seem like a pleasure for him; Vishal (who seemed to do a little of everything), and after a conversation about his Indian heritage and his passion for cooking, brought to our room an homemade Indian lunch on our departure day, and Kevin, our valet / bellman, always happy to make arrangements for us, as well as every concierge we dealt with, and the wonderful staff who made breakfast enjoyable. We felt ourselves relaxing as soon as we arrived, and spent a lot of time on our beachfront balcony, or in a lounge chair on the beach or at one of the pools. But there was also a lot to do… we played golf on the award-winning, on-property Aurora International Golf Club, visited the spa and the fitness center, went on a fabulous, fun sunset sail on Tradition excursions with our expert captain, Laurie, and his crew, who not only took us to to beautiful places and served us delicious food and cocktails, but also were very knowledgeable about the natural environment and history of Anguilla. We spent an afternoon at the huge water park, tubing peacefully down the “Lazy River.” There were many surprises and unexpected gifts during our stay at Aurora: Our room had a private porch with an outdoor shower! Everything we needed was in our room: toiletries, robe and slippers, a well-stocked mini-bar, a complimentary tote bag, and on arrival, a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary! The food at the resort was outstanding, and I cannot say that about a lot of resorts. We only ate off property once because the restaurant options at Aurora were so varied, and all the food was high-end and delicious! Cassie set-up an upgrade to a breakfast-included plan, and the breakfast buffet at Chef’s Table, overlooking the ocean and the grounds, was spectacular (made-to-order omelettes, bacon, sausage, smoked salmon, cheeses, every kind of fresh fruit and grilled veggies from their own hydroponic garden, fresh-made bread and pastries, as well as plenty of “healthy” choices for those who choose not to indulge - that was not us!) Although Aurora Anguilla is definitely a high-end resort, the entire vibe of the property was friendly, casual and laid back. I had a bit of hesitation writing this review, because I think Anguilla is a hidden gem that will soon be discovered. But we were so impressed by the place, we decided we needed to let others know how wonderful it is. We will definitely go back for another visit!

Aurora Anguilla is next level luxury and service! Our personal butler/host on the resort “Justin Time” went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcomed and comfortable! He really understands how to provide next level hospitality and it was evident our entire stay. The staff across the entire resort were outstanding! The weather is amazing and the resort gives you what you need! Great food! Relaxation! The Beach, The Pool! It’s perfect! So Thankful we chose Aurora Anguilla!

Communication, service, and friendliness were all stand out at this resort. Justin Time (yes that’s his name) executed a request prior to arrival tastefully. He ensured that any want or question we had was met, and did so with a smile on his face. Justin was pleasant to speak with and seemed to never go home 😀, he was always there, with a smile, asking if we needed anything. He set us up with a driver who picked us up and took us to our intended destination of the day or hour. The grounds were gorgeous and made for a relaxing time. If you are seeking a truly relaxing time and friendly service, a stay here is a must.

The waterpark is a MUST for all ages and rendezvous beach is truly one of the best beaches on the entire island. The golf clinic was also a wonderful activity for both beginners and seasoned golfers. Staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and we will definitely be coming back here again. A truly amazing experience

What more can I say. This is the best resort I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been all around the world on personal and business travel. Don’t think about, just book it and be happy. The Beach and the way that Kevin and Jermaine make you feel like Family can't be beat. I was there in December and then in March and going again in July. The Beach is spectacular and they do WHATEVER you ask to make your stay a positive experience. When I went in December I was recovering from a Health Issue and they had baloons and welcome message for me in my room. Anyone that says anything negative doesn't appreciate quality of experience.

This hotel is truly beautiful, the customer service is top notch and our dining on site has all been 5-star experiences. One of our favorite parts of our stay has been visits with Saba, an island Border Collie mix with stunning blue eyes who peruses the beach all day to play fetch with the children. She visits our room and I give her cuddles and fresh water and then she moves on when she’s ready for play time. If Saba keeps visiting this hotel, we’ll surely return to see her again!

My husband, friends and I recently returned from the lovely Aurora Resort where we have visited and stayed for countless trips to Anguilla since 2003. We almost always book two suites on the Rendezvous Beach side. We have also stayed in most of the island’s other resorts. Here, at the Aurora, we are, unfortunately, not always recognized by the management as the frequent guests that we have become. The days of the weekly Manager’s Cocktail Party are gone, as well as the days where the resort’s managers walked through daily to meet and greet guests. We haven’t met a manager since the resort changed from CuisinArt to Aurora. We miss this friendly interaction very much. However, when, due to this, we consider returning to another resort, we usually come back to Aurora due to the outstanding, friendly, helpful, resourceful and loving staff we have come to know over the years. This resort is extremely lucky to have each and every one of its fabulous staff members. The guests that stay here are even more lucky. They are bound to be pampered in every way. We are not the only guests to feel this way. I also hear from other guests all the time about how wonderful the personal assistants or butlers are. We are usually on our own and don’t require this service but it’s there if you do! I am hesitant to write this review as I cannot name everyone by name and we have truly never encountered one person that does not deserve to be recognized. The landscaping crew always greets guests and will answer any questions about the resort’s beautiful plantings. The housekeeping staff cannot do enough to keep you in a luxurious setting. They even add small thoughtful gifts in your room during your stay. The rooms a quite large and with beautiful views. You’re in the best hands with Samaro and Nievan at Chef’s table and C-level, we just love them so much, and have for years, they truly have become friends. Joycelyn together with Sherine, Samantha, Shadai, Dwaynesia, Maldon, Charlon and all those whose names I’ve forgotten make our meals amazing. At the beach we never miss enjoying days with Marlon at the watersports, for years. Go for a sail with him! Hukeimi, along with Teresa, Junis, Tezekial, Gelano, Merlan and the rest, enable all guests to have the most relaxing and refreshing time at the beach and pool. Beach chairs, towels, drinks, food, floats and beach toys etc. are never a problem and always available. Ijeoma at the front desk is forever helping with anything and everything. The new waterpark, amazing Golf course, tennis, bicycles, Bocce Ball and Pickleball are available and top notch. Jermaine and the others at the bell service desk are incredibly helpful day and night. At last, there is Mr. “Justin Time”. He is always right where you need him, whenever….for a ride, advice, help with anything, or just a smile; he is at your service. Do not hesitate to reserve a stay at this fabulous resort.

We were going to explore the restaurants and landed at Tokyo Bay which was wonderful but first we encountered the welcoming smile and charm of Justin Time! His joy and energy is contagious, if you stop to chat with him, you have a friend for life ❤️
