Breezes Resort Bahamas

Service was excellent from the moment we arrived. From the porters to check in and house keeping. Beach is phenomenal and very well maintained. Big shout out to D’Von,Gino,Malik,and Shakeera with the entertainment crew as they really do a great job providing activities throughout the day and very respectful and knowledgeable about the resort and surrounding areas to go. Always available to help. Another shout out for Julianne at the bars as he was great to talk with and very knowledgable about local cocktails and always prepared to serve the customers with any and all drinks. Overall great place to rest and relax and recommend for an affordable and entertaining trip to Bahamas.

Five stars all the way! Family vacation-5 people in 3 rooms- checking took a minute but again checked into 3 rooms at one time. A friendly gentleman welcomed us with fruity refreshing drinks while we were waiting, and Tomar was quick to unload our bags from the taxi and load them on a cart. He then walked us to all 3 rooms and unloaded the luggage for all of us- he was so friendly and remembered us a couple days later when we asked about catching the bus to town! All three rooms were super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping visited every day and did a fantastic job! Dining- Samuel in the buffet dining room was attentive and kind, going out of his way to recreate the delicious welcome beverages for us. Breakfast was plentiful each day with made to order eggs and omelets, make your own waffles with fun toppings, and a full buffet of hot and cold items. Lunch and dinner buffets had different featured items each day and the food was always good. The only suggestion for improvement would be to try to keep buffet items hotter- while everything was fresh, it wasn’t always hot. The dining room was always clean and service was always prompt. We dined in all three restaurants- again the food was good as was the service. Piano bar- open every night but pianist only on the weekends. Again, great drinks, nice atmosphere, friendly bartenders. Great adult hangout spot! Pool- pools were crystal clear and water was a great temperature. The pool bar was well stocked and convenient and I enjoyed spending the week with the amazing bartenders Diamond and Jerilee! Make sure to get yourself a Goombay Smash- or twelve!! The pool grill served delicious food and the grill masters were friendly and entertaining! Beach- the beach was beautiful, water was clear and calm, and there were always chairs and umbrellas available, with attendants to help with setup. We splurged one day on a cabana and wow! We got to meet Tony who was our butler for the day, and he was fantastic! He catered to us all day and did a terrific job. Overall, the resort is beautiful and we had an amazing time. I’ve never been to a more clean resort in all of my travels. Friendliness was off the charts! We are already planning a return visit!

G at the breezes pool bar is the best bartender! Super friendly, genuinely happy to do his job and help you have a good time, and hours later when you ordered a drink he couldn’t make, when he could he remembered. Remember, breezes is an all inclusive so they don’t work for tips but G deserves them all and then some. There’s a sweet girl who also works with him who I didn’t catch her name but also was super helpful. Thanks G for making our last day memorable!

Breezes Bahamas is a great resort we had another Great time at the resort..We used Cheryl’s taxi service for our transportation from the airport to Breezes and when we arrived at the resort Shantell at the front desk checked our group in she was very friendly and very polite. The room accommodations were great.The food at breakfast Lunch and dinner was delicious the drinks at all the bars were great.The pool and beach areas were always clean Rasta the pool attendant was very friendly and all the staff there at the resort too many to mention were all very friendly.We will definitely be back to the resort for another visit.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for 7 days and it was very nice and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable the staff was very nice and accommodating the food was absolutely wonderful and the entertainment and bar staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is a beach front and is also very close to the airport and downtown town so it’s a very convenient location. The price was also very good the only thing is that the WiFi doesn’t work properly so I recommend you get a traveling package for your phone. Shout out to this staff members that made our stay so memorable: Cecil (cj),Lecl, Shakeyra,Mileak, Joseph,Linden,Audreka,(Lakeisha,Ava and Sherilyn supervisors) it’s the staff that makes that hotel and its environment so welcoming and accommodating thank you guys for making our experience so special.

When going on vacation and it includes a beach, early any beach will do. What makes the difference is the staff and how they treat people. During our visit here, Debroncya made the difference for us. Super sweet, very personal and professional. She made us feel special. She made my wife happy, and that made me happy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Reminder, if you come up North in the winter, BRING A WARM COAT 😆

Short drive from the airport and it's easy to get the bus downtown, simple and quick check-in, friendly and helpful staff. The resort is not high-end fancy or top end luxury, (as to be expected for the affordable price, i.e. it doesn't charge 5 star prices, so it's not going to be Sandals or the Four Seasons). It's smaller, old-fashioned, more intimate and easier to get around than the huge all-inclusive resorts. Our room was on 5th floor overlooking the pool with great views down the beach. Everything worked in our room. It was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it spotless every day. We requested a coffee maker at check-in and it was promptly delivered to our room, with coffee, etc. All free of charge for the week. The all-inclusive package provided value for money (on what can be a very expensive island). The food was fine - not the widest choice of buffet, but good chef station e.g. rack of lamb, roast beef, roast suckling pig, etc. There is also one of the three speciality restaurant open each evening. The Garden of Eden was a lovely outdoor dining experience, and the Japanese had great food (though the air conditioning was fierce). Never had a problem getting a table or with service in any of the restaurants. The pool grill was good for lunch at the beach or the pool. We aren't big drinkers so drinks were mainly fine for us, except the white wine (which was awful). And, there is 24-hour instant coffee, soda and filtered water in the buffet area. The beach is beautiful. One of the best on the island. The seaweed was raked up daily when we stayed, although not further down the beach away from the hotel. The beach chairs do not have cushions, and the plastic ones can be uncomfortable. The blue mesh ones are better if you can get one. (There were folk off cruises visiting on day passes, but they didn't don't turn up early and don't swamp the place.)

Reception are very helpful but the music is very loud. We arrived mid afternoon and changed our room so that it faced away from the pool to avoid the loud PA system. Good sized room but no balcony, good decor. The rooms do not appear to have a plug for the washbasin! We ate all of our meals on the terrace outside the dining room as it was noisy with very cold aircon. The food was god with plenty of variety. The beach is excellent so that you can escape the noise of the PA system at the pool. Excellent local minibus service about 100 yards away - one of then has a 40inch screen in front of the driver! You need to be gull board as there were no restaurants nearby that we could see.
