Our stay at Cap Juluca was absolutely wonderful. I travelled with my daughter for a well needed reset. The beauty of the resort, the peacefulness and the team truly made it special. The check-in was easy, relaxed, and with a drink in our hand. Perfect! The room was spotless with every detail thought of. Our Villa Host, Sonni, was incredibly attentive without interrupting our experience. He managed every detail of each day, even as we changed plans, seamlessly. Keanu, who works at the pool, saw us looking at the umbrella while we were on the beach ( we thought we could put it up with ease) He went out of his way to come to the beach area to help, running over without hesitation. It was such a small gesture, but it really showed the level of thoughtfulness and care that defines the service here. And a special thank you to Eléonore, the General Manager, for all of your considerations and attention to detail. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. The hospitality at Cap Juluca is truly exceptional, and it made our stay unforgettable.

The staff at Cap Jaluca is so attentive, helpful, and accommodating. The beach and Maundays Bay is are the best water experience we have ever enjoyed. Somehow the water is magical. The attendants on the beach were always available, responsive, and so much fun. The rooms are top notch with either direct beach access or spectacular views from an upper floor.

The best overall beach experience of our lives. My wife and I kept asking each other, “how could this get better? The answer is, it can’t. 1. Best beach you could imagine 2. Beach staff have buzzers in their wrists…. You hit a button and they show up fast w whatever you like 3. Food was Michelin star level 4. I proposed to my fiancée at Cap Juluca this December, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It was an experience elevated by genuinely exceptional people who made our engagement unforgettable. Exceptional Service The staff at Cap Juluca didn’t just meet expectations. They anticipated our needs with warmth and authenticity. From the moment we arrived, we felt the difference. Staff genuinely welcomed us saying “welcome back home” rather than the typical hotel greeting. It set a tone of comfort and belonging that made Cap Juluca feel refreshingly different from any other resort we’ve stayed at. Deandre, Our Villa Host Deandre was the perfect balance of attentive and unobtrusive. He checked in daily in the most natural way, appearing at the pool, beach, or breakfast with a friendly greeting and thoughtful recommendations. He didn’t just suggest restaurants. He’d tell us specific dishes to order. When our scheduled boat excursion hit a snag, he seamlessly rearranged everything and secured us a better boat for another day. Marisse, Events Coordinator Marisse made my proposal planning effortless and stress-free. She sent videos of potential locations, coordinated with decor and photography vendors, and arranged our beachside celebration dinner. Her attention to detail ensured everything unfolded perfectly. Later during our stay, she left us a hand written note with chocolate covered strawberries. Miguel, Server Miguel, our server for our beachside dinner, was wonderful. He was genuinely friendly and took beautiful photos of us during the meal. Days later, we randomly encountered him elsewhere on property, and he insisted on taking more photos of us. Sheriffa, Front Desk Sheriffa exemplified the resort’s hospitality. When my fiancée got a small cut, Sheriffa personally provided first aid. She also handled our checkout process smoothly, resolved a small hiccup on the bill, and offered to photograph us when she saw us later. Housekeeping & Other Staff The housekeeping team was superb. They were prompt, accommodating to our schedule, and left sweet handwritten notes that added personal touches to each day. On the proposal day, they left a pretty towel swan with rose petals. Also they thoughtfully organized our bathroom items, which we really appreciated. Throughout our stay, we had lovely interactions with pool attendants, spa staff, and beach service team members. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there and to help us enjoy our time. Accommodations Our accommodations were stunning. Beautifully designed with classic elegance that felt both luxurious and authentic. The bath products were excellent, and the room was stocked with everything you might need: shoe horn, bug spray, umbrellas, and sparkling water. Beach chairs sat just steps from our door with cold water readily available and a simple button to get beachside service. Property & Atmosphere The property itself struck the perfect balance. It felt quiet and intimate, even though we saw and chatted with other guests throughout our stay. The layout made it easy to walk or bike anywhere on the resort, yet each area felt surprisingly secluded. You could enjoy breakfast with other couples, then walk to your own private slice of beach minutes later and feel completely alone. The views throughout the property are breathtaking: from our room, the event pavilion, breakfast terrace, and the stunning infinity pool by the spa. Dining The included breakfast offered an impressive selection balancing indulgent and healthy options. We mostly dined off-property at Deandre’s recommendations, but our one room service experience was excellent. Prompt, friendly service with menu options from the on-site restaurants. Activities Our snorkeling boat excursion departed directly from the hotel beach, which was incredibly convenient. Overall Experience From the welcome cocktail and cold towel upon arrival to the pre-vacation itinerary and easy WhatsApp communication, Cap Juluca created a seamless, relaxing experience. The staff’s genuine warmth, the resort’s stunning beauty, and the countless thoughtful details combined to give us a magical experience we’ll cherish forever.

My wife and I stayed at the Belmond Cap Juluca for our anniversary. The trip was a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be back. The property is beautiful, and the beach is on par with the best I've ever seen. Despite what we read in some reviews, the food we had was very good on property, especially the tamales and chicken skewers at Uchu. The Cap Shack was a great vibe with very good food. The service of our villa host and concierge was top notch. I highly recommend a visit!

We stayed at Cap Juluca over Thanksgiving week. It far exceeded our expectations, which were high. It is by far the nicest beach I’ve ever visited. Having your own chairs assigned for the entire trip relieves so much of the stress of having rush down early in the morning to reserve seats. Beach service was top notch. Our villa host, Ngozi, was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout the trip. The recently updated spa was just perfect. The only downside is that it very spread out. This is impossible to avoid since every room is a beach front room, so it is worth it. If possible, try to secure a lower number villa. These are closer to the restaurants and lobby and the beach is a bit better in that area. Also, consider trying to secure a golf cart for your stay. These come for free with one bedroom suites and above and can be rented for a fee (subject to availability) for other rooms.

CapJaluca is just the most special place. The resort itself is spectacular (rooms, restaurants, spa, beach) but it's the staff and the overall environment that keeps us coming back. If you visit 20 times, you can your name on a wooden sign on a tree. The number of names is astounding! It says a lot about a resort that people want to visit that many times. I'm to get a tree (twist my arm to have to keep going back)! 5 down, 15 to go!

We stayed at Cap Juluca, in Anguilla, for a week, and it was one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. The property is stunning, set on a pristine, calm beach with crystal-clear water and breathtaking views. The rooms, grounds, and amenities are all world-class. Service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member made us feel welcome, not just to the resort but to the entire island of Anguilla. A special thanks to our incredible butler, Ngozi, who went above and beyond. His genuine warmth, attention to detail, and thoughtful care made our stay unforgettable. The restaurants at Cap Juluca were fabulous. Every meal was memorable, highlighting the fresh fish caught by local fishermen. Whether it was breakfast with ocean views or dinner under the stars, the dining experiences were consistently excellent. Cap Juluca delivered everything we hoped for: luxury, relaxation, exceptional hospitality, and a true sense of island warmth. We left refreshed and already planning a return trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier Caribbean resort experience.

Without a doubt, Cap Juluca is the most spectacular hotel in the world, with a beach that is sure to take your breath away! Not only are the hotel and rooms timeless, peaceful, and just gorgeous, the staff and everyone who works there (like Claudia, Gene, Saint Clair - just to name a few) are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you'll ever meet, and they all make your stay there that much more special. Oh! And make sure to go to Cip's and get Walter's Rolling Stone cocktail!

Cap Juluca is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been daqwan at the beach was the best he is a star. He was professional full of knowledge very fun to talk to paid attention to details and he made the best cocktails they were delicious. Jerome was good also Walter at cips was great gene was great and our stay was the best we ever had I definitely recommend we’ll definitely be coming back

First time staying in Anguilla AND a Belmond Hotel, so it was between you and the Four Seasons; I am so glad that I picked Cap Jaluca. What swayed my decision was that you all were saying Ocean Front Rooms whereas Four Seasons was not guaranteeing it. When I checked into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to be told that we were being complimentary upgraded to a junior suite, wow. It was so gorgeous! The entire experience was amazing, from the butler to the cute magic buttom while sitting on the beach to the complimentary snacks/drink samples at the beach was all over the top! To top it all off, a cute beach bag and a sample perfume to take home to remember the resort was wonderful as well!! The over the top experience was being able to get soup from Room Service since I wasn't feeling well, Henry helped in securing some for me since I wasn't feeling well the first night and it wasn't on the Room Service menu!

This is an amazing resort. It truly felt like you were stepping into an episode of white lotus as the entire staff greeted you upon arrival and did an amazing sendoff with some of the best cookies i've ever eaten. During our stay, our villa host Caldon took care of every detail and need that we may have had. The restaurants on site are fantastic, but you cannot beat some of the restaurants close by as well! Straw Hat, Da'Vita, Dolce, etc were all amazing and a very quick cab ride to and from. We felt pampered and truly treated as guests not just in the hotel, but on the entire island. It's a fantastic culture and we cannot wait to return!

We stayed at Cap Juluca for 6 nights and had an incredible time. The beach is one of the best we have ever experienced, the room and facilities are clearly 5 star, and the service level was amazing. In fact, all the staff at the resort were friendly, smiled, and made you feel welcome and part of the family. Even throughout the island we found the local people to be very friendly and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, every detail, every meal, every interaction, and every experience felt intentional, warm, and above and beyond. The staff truly makes this paradise exceptional. Maury, Sawnie, Yoann, Glenford, Shadae delivered some of the most attentive and personalized service I’ve ever experienced. Jerome made every beach day effortless and memorable with his kindness and impeccable timing. George, the coconut man, was a whole vibe—fresh coconuts by the Sea is always a great experience. The golf cart chauffeurs were always patient, friendly, and quick to assist, making every ride smooth and enjoyable. The Cap Juluca spa team offered a level of care and relaxation that left me feeling renewed. Every therapist and staff member ensured the experience was both restorative and luxurious. The beach is absolutely breathtaking—powdery white sand, crystal-clear water, and an atmosphere so peaceful it feels unreal. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly designed, capturing the essence of Anguilla’s calm and elegance. From start to finish, Cap Juluca delivered stellar service that exceeded every expectation. Loved cap Juluca. It is truly the best beach on the island. Warm calm water with incredible sand. Loved having our dedicated beach chairs. The room was very nice. Well kept. Bright and stylish. I wished there was an outdoor shower. Otherwise it was very nice. So close to the water and screens on the windows so we kept the windows open all night. Heaven. Our villa host sonni was fantastic. He went above and beyond every day to make our stay special. Big shout out to him. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. We walked down the beach every morning and evening. Peaceful. Quiet. Perfect Spa was by far the best on the island. Very lovely. Great staff. Paradise.

Our second time staying at Cap Juluca and will be an annual trip for the rest of our lives… maybe even more that Newark now flies direct! Can not even begin to describe the experience that we have had, from the warm welcome check in to Evan assisting us through out the day. Everyone at this resort was so beyond kind and attentive. The room is just perfect with the most amazing view of the water. You feel like you are on your own private beach. We are already planning our next escape.
