Great location
Amazing location. Great that you can take towels and they have chairs to take to the beach. Great perk. This is a big busy hotel and I was surly with the attention to detail they showed my wife and I. Been to many other hotels on Waikiki and was very happy to stay here.
Great Customer Service!
Before our arrival, we received an email from the VIP Manager of the hotel. His name is HJ Lee. He was super responsive and literally took care of all of our needs. He made us feel very special and made our stay really stand out. This is the kind of service that makes any hotel experience so much better!
Location with fabulous ocean views!
Location can’t be beat. Staff were warm and friendly. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. The ocean view from our lanai was beautiful and sunsets were breathtaking. Happy they had filtered water filling station for my big Stanley. Interior of our room could use a paint refresh, but that would be my only suggestion.
