I wanted to give a big shout out to the spa at the Westin. It is just beautiful and serene and the staff is great. We were next door at the Marriott Property and were told the services over at the Westin were available for reservations. We got them easily, were treated royally and comfortably, and my massage technician, Dee, was excellent. Fantastic hands and lovely personality. Couldn't have been more pleased. Would love to go back!

We enjoy the buffet breakfast every morning at the Shorebird Restaurant. The selection is great, including the omelet bar, and the cooks and staff are fantastic. Today we enjoyed the exceptional service from Veronica St.Luce. Highly recommended!

Great resort with friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with access to pool - a bit of a walk to beach but not a big deal unless you have mobility issues (though there is an elevator which helps). We used Prince Taxi 340-513-7117 our last night when my wife thought she lost her wallet. Amir drove us to the last place she had it and when it was closed, he personally called the store to see if anyone would answer! Amir even offered to mail the wallet if it turned up after we left. He was so kind and helpful. This resort is great - for couples and families alike. Need to use taxis to get around island from here so that can get pricey.

She watched over all details of the staff and made our experience a five out of five dining outside at the restaurant. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere second to none. Good job to this whole team. Hotel is bringing in some new management and this will help the time it took to check in. We will be back.

The valet and transportation staff at the Westin made our stay truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Throughout our week-long stay, they went above and beyond to ensure smooth and seamless service, whether it was quickly retrieving our car (we named Bluey), providing helpful local tips, or just sharing friendly conversation. Their efficiency and hospitality did not go unnoticed - we felt well taken care of every time we pulled up or headed out. A huge thank you to the entire valet team for their hard work and top-notch service! They truly made our Hyatt experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was very nice. The property was great including the pools, views, and available restaurants. I do feel it is rather overpriced but I think that’s just the standard for the USVI. $15+ for drinks, $35+ for any entree you order, often much more. One thing that really bothered me is that they charge you a $40 “towel fee” if you don’t return your pool towel by 8pm, however, the pool stays open until 11pm. That just feels like a slimy way to squeeze more money out of me tbh. How are you supposed to dry off if you’re using the pool after 8pm? They also charge a $75 daily resort fee on top of the nearly $1,000 per night room price. The AC was only partially functional, set to 65 degrees the entire time but never made it down past 70 and would still shut off. The fire alarm in the room has a very bright blinking light which was disruptive to sleep. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful and we really did have a great time, the resort is quite luxurious. However, at this price tag, the expectations of guests are going to be quite high.

This place has amazing potential but it doesn't fully deliver. If they put a bit more work into this hotel, it could be the best in St. Thomas. For now, however, it falls into the average category. PROS: - The views are 5 stars. It's set right on the water with absolutely stunning views all around. - Great pools. The pools could probably use a cleaning but they are still fantastic. Three pools, all with views, plenty of umbrellas and chairs, an adults only pool with a bar and a hot tub. - Access to the beach if you want to enjoy the ocean. - Access to a pier with various excursions associated with the hotel so you don't have to travel far to enjoy some activities. We did a boat ride/snorkel trip to St. John island. They also had jet skis and night kayaking. - The gym was decent sized for an island hotel. The treadmills were good commercial grade equipment. CONS - Customer service wasn't that good. No one was particularly friendly or outgoing. We didn't have a single interaction with a hotel worker that made you feel welcomed. - They have multiple beautiful looking restaurants but they were all very average. The food was incredibly disappointing and the waitstaff and bartenders were fair or below average. - The hotel rooms were OK, but definitely need some upkeep. Our door lock didn't work well but we were told to just slam it shut and jiggle it until it locked properly. That's something that should be fixed. The rooms and definitely the hallways/stairways had a lot of wear and tear. Paint and minor cosmetic work can go a long way. BOTTOM LINE: This place needs to just train their staff across the board to be a bit better about being attentive, friendly and outgoing. They should also do a bit of upkeep to the property to make it stand out as being fresh and clean.
