In my opinion, Four Seasons Ocean Club is the finest hotel in the area. Its architecture and overall concept truly reflect the local atmosphere. Compared to other hotels in the region, it is a peaceful place where you can truly relax—there is no hustle, noise, or overcrowding. The staff are very professional and helpful, the rooms are spacious, and the restaurant offerings were better and more impressive than I expected. Having a house car service is also a great added touch.

This was the third time we stayed at this resort and I must say it got better every time. The resort is gorgeous with all the amenities and services you would expect from the luxury associated with the Four Seasons brand. Due to my wife's special dietary requirements, Ocean Blu was our preferred choice for dinner and chef Ingrid was more than happy to show off her culinary talents. Dune chefs (especially chef Braxton) and staff were excellent and were able to provide special meals within the confines of the menu. What made this trip special, however, were the people that work there as they seemed to remember us and made us feel more like returning favourite family members rather than guests, in particular Darius, Tyrone and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure our special breakfast requests were met. I cannot end this review without giving a special mention to Lance, Tess and Oscar for looking after our every need, ensuring our celebrations were memorable and giving us more reasons to go back again.

We are loyal Four Seasons guests and will definitely add this gorgeous property to our winter travel rotation.
A few highlights of this property:
-Wesley, who treated us to two nights of exceptional service and the most memorable anniversary dinner at Ocean Blu. He even sung our wedding song to us on our anniversary!
He is hands down the best service we’ve experienced in all of our travels.
-Gorgeous grounds, including their very special Versailles Gardens.
-Wonderful biking through the gated Ocean Club neighborhoods.
-Perfect white sand walking beach.
-Stunning Oceanside infinity pool.
We were told by other guests that they may make the ocean side infinity pool 14+ only.
Not sure why they would do this as it was quiet and lovely when we were there, and so nice to see young families enjoying as well.
We are planning to come back with our 2 grandchildren (2 years and 8 months old), but would not if the main pool is unavailable for families.
The family pool tucked behind the tennis courts is lovely, but not where you want to spend the day as it’s quite far from the ocean.
You can’t beat the beauty of the infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Seems very short-sided to limit the main pool to adults only when they have an enormous adults only pool overlooking the Versailles garden for those who desire that vibe.
If the resort does not welcome children at the main pool, that needs to be well known prior to families booking.
Hoping the Ocean Club stays as is, as it is a very special property we hope to enjoy with our family in the future.

An exceptional resort. Small and understated but elegant and beautiful. This is the place to stay if you prefer the “less is more”’approach to 5 star luxury resorts. The rooms were lovely but not in your face. Service is friendly, warm and welcoming. The entire place is top quality, from beach to pool to spa to gym. It does NOT have a casino like Atlantis or BahaMar but that’s welcome.
We played the nearby golf course, the Ocean Club course and loved it. It is not cheap but if you can afford it, and it’s good enough for James Bond (see Casino Royale), it’s good enough for me and you.

We just returned from an extraordinary week at The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Bahamas, staying as a family of eight (six adults and two children) in one of the Three Bedroom Villas. Each Villa comes with a team of people who deliver flawless service. We can say without hesitation that our Villa Team made this one of the best vacations our family has ever taken.
From the moment we arrived, our Villa Team made us feel not just welcomed, but truly at home. This is a long-tenured team of Four Seasons professionals who clearly love what they do and know how to make guests feel like family. Their service was that perfect combination of intuitive and attentive, yet never intrusive.
The standout heroes for our family were David, our day butler, and Delano, our evening butler, who were nothing short of exceptional. David seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. He set us up for the day at the beach or pool with coolers full of drinks, arranged activities throughout the resort, and kept everything running seamlessly. He approaches his craft with a permanent smile and joyful attitude that are infectious. Delano carried that same level of care into the evenings, checking in with a quiet professionalism that made every night feel relaxed and effortless. He also makes great cocktails. Together, they were the heartbeat of our stay and the reason everything felt so easy and luxurious.
The rest of our Villa Team was equally amazing:
- Arvin, head butler, a true leader who sets a high standard and ensured every detail was perfect. Arvin emailed us as soon as we booked the reservation and arranged for groceries and liquor to be stocked just as we wanted it.
- Ricardo, butler assistant, always there with a warm smile, driving us where we needed to go in the golf cart or helping with anything we needed around the villa.
- Shanara, our breakfast and lunch chef every morning and midday meal was a delight; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. She expertly managed custom orders each of eight family members for every breakfast. Her “famous cauliflower” was a crowd favorite that we requested many days.
- Deangelo, our dinner chef -- the dinners in the villa were outstanding, and honestly better than the dinner we had at Dune, the Michelin-starred restaurant on property. The food was always abundant and delicious across varied themes – Mexican, Italian, Barbecue and Bahamian Sunday Feast. Deangelo also makes some of the best desserts we have ever had – his chocolate panna cota with berries was an inspired masterpiece, and local specialty coconut duff was a treat.
- Raynard and Rashaaad, the overnight butlers – it was incredibly reassuring to know that, no matter the hour, there was always someone available and happy to help. And some of our crew were up early. They had the coffee and pastries out for the early risers, and were also good enough to bring one of our family members to the local grocery store for a pre-workout protein drink.
- Shavonne and the team of room attendants – our villa was always immaculate, refreshed, and organized without us ever feeling interrupted.
The Villa itself is stunning, spacious, and has everything you need for a great vacation. While a bit older, it is very well maintained and cleaned each day. The private beach was a special treat – about 30 steps down to soft white sand, calm beautiful water, and flawless chair and umbrella setup every day. The pool at the villa was fantastic as well, and the team worked hard to raise the temperature of the pool significantly for our family. Between the beach, pool, and a wonderful boat trip arranged through the hotel, we had the perfect mix of relaxation and activity.
What truly sets this experience apart, though, is the people. Our Villa Team brought us everything we asked for, often before we even realized we wanted it, and did it all with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their 24-hour coverage meant we were always taken care of, but in a way that felt natural and never overbearing.
We left already talking about when we could come back. Our Villa Team turned a beautiful resort into an unforgettable home away from home in paradise for our family.

Food wise a little mixed to be honest
Dune - very disappointed at dinner and breakfast with the quality of food and the service. Several times made a mess of the gluten free parts of the order (despite multiple discussions on this point). The breakfast could do with some simpler lighter options but free

Very thoughtful service! After waiting over 20 minutes for the Atlantis shuttle, the doormanarranged for us to return in the Four Seasons’ luxury transport, free of charge as he said we had been waiting too long and it was unacceptable. Even the groundskeeper made an impression, he cut down fresh coconuts for our kids!
A beautiful property with excellent service. If we return to Nassau/Paradise Island this is where we will be staying!

Such a lovely stay at The Ocean Club last week. The hotel is extremely pretty and beautifully maintained and the staff were fantastic. Food at both Dune and Ocean Blu was always superb and the pools, beachfront and rooms were amazing. Travelled as a family with teenagers, and we all agreed that this was the nicest summer holiday we have had to date. Already hoping to head back next summer! As is usual with Four Seasons the staff really do make a huge difference to your stay. The level of care they provide is always second to none. Also really enjoyed our half day trip to Rose Island to see the swimming pigs. A must do trip for any animal enthusiasts! Special thanks to Ashanti, Lesean and Alan - definitely some of the sunniest people I have ever met!

The Ocean Club is exactly that; a high end hotel with a club private atmosphere situated on a beautiful beachfront compound. The property is situated on the north side of Paradise Island. Though Paradise Island is busy (especially on the West End where the Atlantis is) the Ocean Club feels secluded and peaceful.
The hotel is divided in to two separate types of accommodation… the Hartford Wing (original) and a Crescent Wing (higher category and newer).
We stayed in the Crescent Wing. The room was very comfortable and nice. The construction is sound and we had no noise issues (other than some birds at night..lol). The Four Seasons is constructing a new residence club; though, it appeared this site was to the east of the Crescent Wing and divided by another already constructed condominium complex. From what I could tell, the construction is only in the land clearing stage. When it really gets going, I’d imagine there may be some residual noise if you’re staying in the Crescent Wing and utilizing that end of the beach. We had zero issues with noise.
The OC compound has beautiful grounds, pools and gardens. There are 3 pools. The infinity pool overlooks the beach. The Versailles pool is in a lush garden area. The kids pool is hidden by the tennis courts. We utilized the infinity and Versailles pools and both had very attentive staff.
Speaking of the Staff, we had an extremely positive overall interaction with the staff (other than as below). Pre-Arrival, the concierge was very helpful. Upon arrival, from the drivers, front desk, pool staff and house keepers, excessive staff, they were all genuinely nice and engaging.
The beach is very beautiful and calm. Yes, the Atlantis is down the beach, but you feel like you are on a separate island on the beach at the OC. The beach is miles long and walkable. It was a really nice beach.
The only negative interactions we had were with one beach staff member who refused to allow us to use a float (strange) and an atrocious experience with the front of house staff for dinner at Dune (Jean-Georges). The staff at Dune were dismissive and unengaged. They were too busy staring at their phones and iPad than engaging with customers and being proactive with the customer experience. Though we had a reservation, we were seated 1.5 hours after are reserved time. I would never return to this restaurant for dinner service. There are plenty of other nice restaurants nearby (Nobu, Cafe Martinique). As an aside, Dune is the onsite restaurant for breakfast. The service at breakfast was better; albeit, really slow.
Would I return to the OC; yes. Would I eat at Dine for Dinner while there; absolutely not.

Our stay was better than we could have ever imagined. We were choosing between the Ocean Club and Baha Mar since we were traveling with two 9-yr olds and wanted a "family" experience, but I am SO happy we chose the Ocean Club. The staff was beyond compare. They made my children feel so special. So much so that they were crying on the flight back because they are going to miss "their friends." Every day felt like we had a private beach just for our family (and the hotel was at max capacity). The hotel is small so it feels more like a boutique hotel than a big resort. By Day 2 we knew everyone and they knew to bring the kids Shirley Temples! The best part was having to exit the water to let the sea turtles go by. The kids were amazed. We never ventured to the other side with the kids pool (we did once and it was empty) because we wanted to enjoy the warm, clear ocean water and the infinity pool. When we returned to our room in the evening there were chocolates and a personalized note for the kids from their staff member friend, Levi, who went our of his way to give a tour of the grounds to the kids and was so warm and friendly. They also loved Broussard and Philippa and there were hugs and tears when we left (after only 4 days). I also love how they had local artisans and painters showing their work for purchase. My kids love their new Bluey and Stitch straw bags. The food was amazing, although a few more options for those of us who don't eat seafood would be great. Everyday when you go to the beach someone put out chairs for you and brings you a bucket of ice with cartons of water (very needed on those hot days). Also kids branded merchandise would be great. Our room in the Hartford Wing on the 2nd floor was phenomenal and we will request that same exact room when we go back (and we WILL be back). In the pictures it looked like just a small balcony, but it was a nice- sized terrace where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean. In the evening I sat outside listening to the band at Ocean Blu and it was fabulous. We went to Atlantis one day just to do the Dolphin Experience but the kids were eager to get back to our hotel. My only real suggestion is to have more branded merchandise for sale on site. We loved the complimentary Ocean Club hats and wanted more so we had to venture off site to the golf course (which is gorgeous), to get some shirts. Overall I would say if you have "old-ish" kids who like swimming and exploring and are not at the age where they need a lot of stimulation with toys, etc., then this is an amazing choice. We would love to say a huge thank you to all the staff, but especially Levi, Philiippa and Broussard for making our trip unforgettable,

This is the most beautiful property we have every sayed at in the Caribbean and we have stayed on many, many islands. The hotel has a wonderful boutique hotel feel without being crowded. The gardens, grounds and beach are unmatched in the Caribbean and we have been to Turks And Caicos, Aruba, Anguilla and many other beautiful places. Service here…

Service here us stellar and Hartford building rooms are beautiful and perfectly located. Beach service was excellent and the beach is large, uncrowded and the water is crystal clear with no rocks or seagrass.
There is a reason Ocean club is pricey. Service was friendly and helpful and food and drinks were good. Money well spent.

Our room was the epitome of comfort and class, featuring thoughtful touches, a plush bed, and a private terrace overlooking the sea.
Housekeeping was impeccable, and the service overall was warm, personal, and five-star in every way. Dining was another highlight.
DUNE by Jean-Georges offers world class cuisine with Bahamian flair, and each meal was a memorable experience. The Martini Bar and Lounge inside the historic Hartford Wing was a perfect place to unwind! The Four Seasons Ocean Club is more than just a resort, it's an escape to a world of effortless luxury and natural beauty. We left completely recharged and already dreaming of our return.

The food at Dune remains spectacular. The beach was incredibly calm, perfect temperatures. Our room was newly renovated and we were upgraded to lovely ocean view. The service was incredibly responsive - when I called housekeeping for something it was at my room 30 seconds later.
The two tennis pros that we used, Shaka and Marvin, we’re fantastic and some of the best we’ve encountered at a high-end resort. I highly recommend hitting with them if you play tennis
They also make it incredibly easy if you want to have dinner at Atlantis and can book your reservations through their system.
We would definitely return for a quick, easy, and luxurious getaway from NYC
