Murad was very courteous and very hospitable Definitely had a A 1 experience partially due to his assistance with answering our questions n helping us navigate the facility. We had a couples massage, I can say my lady was very pleased with his work. Very professional high recommend

Murad and Christopher were absolutely amazing! We left feeling extremely relaxed. The amenities included are also wonderful, including the steam room and sauna and access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. We will definitely be back and request the same therapists. Thank you!

Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff. Japon is a great addition to an already wide choice of eating and drinking spots…..we have stayed many times and it will continue to be our ‘Go To’ place in Miami. The Setai will always be a special place for us.

This hotel is both wellness and indulgence at the same time. Where to begin; the linens. They were so luxurious. I would love to know where to buy a set. We booked through Amex and received an upgrade upon arrival. Our room was quiet, peaceful, a feng shui sanctuary. They have thought of everything. The complimentary baseball caps and flipflops came in handy. We found ourselves feeling very at home due to the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. I cannot think of one interaction with staff that wasn’t exemplary. Thanks to the discretion of the staff and the quiet luxury imbued by this hotel, my spouse and I were able to connect and truly enjoy our stay. The food was phenomenal and inventive. Their brunch is a special occasion in and of itself. Housekeeping twice a day with nightly turn down service, left no stone unturned. My makeup collection was organized, slippers left near the bed, blackout shades in use. My husband couldn’t stop raving at how great of a hotel I picked. We will definitely be back when we are in the Miami area again.

Amazing ambience and environment. Staff is super friendly and tends to all your needs. If you go for a massage I highly recommend Murad as he is highly skilled, especially when it comes to the athletic massage. I walked out of there feeling like a completely new man.

Overall great trip and experience. The Setai staff from beginning to end are the best! I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the south beach area. Everything was top notch including the food, room service, cleaning staff and bell hops.

This hotel once was a high class hotel. Now it is very mediocre. From the lobby, the dining area, the beach beds, the gym. It is all worn. The breakfast is terrible. The place is not very clean and the food is bad. The food presentation, the variety and the quality are below what to expect from a five star hotel and even in 3 stars it is mostly better. When you want to go from the lobby to the beach or swimmingpool area, you have to walk through the lunch or breakfast area, which is odd and sometimes you see people change their swimclothes while breakfast. About my room however, I didn't had any complaints. I could give more details why I think the place is below par, but I think the impression is clear.

We booked a room for my wife and I with the street view for $2000/nights plus all the other add on fees and taxes totaling $2400/night! The room was nothing special for a 5 Star Hotel. The toilet was low and designed for kids. The toilet area lacked basic things like a toilet brush! We had to call the housekeeping to get toothbrushes! The shower was good but the shower area was too small. The room had no view except the Collin’s Ave. The sofa seemed worn out. We got 4 cuties upon arrival and nothing after that. No bottle of wine or champagne, no chocolate, nothing. I checked and that is a room they normally sell for $1100. Because it was the Valentine’s Day and the Presidents’ Day weekend, the management decided to double the price which is a shameful practice. The hotel’s pool and beach are at par with other hotels. We tried the Spa for 2 facials and 2 massages which cost us $2000!! The food was normal for a luxury hotel but the add in’s were way over priced. Selling a glass of wine at 400% markup is greedy. Adding 20% service charge to everything without the consent of the guests and whether they received good service or not is awful. The only differentiator for The Setai is their elegant courtyard which has been turned into a colorful and enjoyable dining area. We enjoyed the experience of dining there while the service was not at par with a 5 Star Hotel. We felt rushed as they were trying to turn the tables as quickly as possible. The dinner menu was a combo of Indian, Thai and Japanese dishes. The food was good and on average with 2 glasses of wine it was $125/person. The 3 Star rating reflects our overall experience in terms of value, experience and services. .

The Satai is a great hotel and has beautiful restaurants. The pools are wonderful and heated. Pablo was very friendly, gave great service and also recommended a great Cuban restaurant here in Miami Beach. Cubans were eating there in the restaurant so you know it’s good.

Massage and experience was really great. Such an awesome time. An inviting mix of exclusivity and warmth / comfort. Jane was my masseuse and she was so accommodating, gave a wonderful massage, and just provided an overall world class service. Highly highly recommend!

I went with my girlfriend at ocean grill , everything was perfect , this gentleman Tim ( the manager ) was outstanding , very friendly and attentive ..beautiful restaurant, impeccable, delicious food ..highly recommend this place 10/10.

What a beautiful hotel is Setai. I went with my wife for a dinner at Ocean grill. We had such a beautiful time there. Food was delicious, great service. Manager Tim from Uzbekistan , was very attentive and made our experience even more special. We will come back again.-

Impeccable customer service. Comfortable and beautiful decor. Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Would highly recommend the Setai. Couples retreat or family vacation. Swimming pools are very clean and plenty of cabanas for your privacy.
