Definitely will be back service here is amazing and a lot a fun think to do also so relaxing. But I must say there’s 1 person smiling I always hoping to see for the weekend and that Andito she’s good at what she does and give nothing but great attitude and service. Didn’t think I thank her enough by just checking in on us but I want u to help me thank her she’s amazing and I’m definitely coming back and looking forward for that smile. Otherwise everything was smooth and we did have a good time do think I like the change of menu at dry rocks but otherwise it was a great weekend.

We visited at least 2 times out of the year every year and all the time it’s been amazing and as a diamond member I good at picking out good service and ANDITO WAS AMAZING!!! She always checks on us I love seeing her always smiling and her skin…. I’ll be back July 4th and I’m looking forward to see her.

TJ gave us such an amazing breakfast experience! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect, checked in on us regularly, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely made our morning so much better. We booked Baker’s Cay in Key Largo almost last minute to celebrate my husband’s 47th birthday, and it ended up being one of those trips we’ll genuinely remember for a long time. We came as a family of four with our two kids (8 and 10), and somehow managed to completely disconnect from reality for 48 hours straight, just one hour away from Miami. The property is beautiful. The water looks and feels like the Caribbean: crystal clear and incredibly warm, around 90°F / 32°C. Honestly, it felt like swimming in a natural heated pool. The accommodations were very good overall. My only personal downside was the mattress, which was a bit too soft for me and left me with some neck discomfort, but that didn’t take away from the experience as a whole. The hotel is pet friendly, which I know many guests probably love. For us, it was a bit of a mixed feeling, mainly because we saw dogs being held inside the pool area, which felt a little uncomfortable. What truly made the stay special was the service. Every single staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming, but TJ at Calusa deserves a special mention. He was absolutely wonderful with our family, especially with the kids, and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this became one of those places we already know we’ll come back to.

Everything in this place is perfect from the location, the scenery, especially the restaurant. Be prepare for waiting your food longer maybe because it’s memorial day weekend but their staff is exquisite. They are very attentive to our needs and respectful. My wife and I have the privilege to get their name Ms. Karen, Ms. Genalyn and Ms. Cristina thank you for giving us a wonderful service while we are there. You make our waiting time worth it. Can’t wait to come back again this year and hope to see you three!

We had an amazing stay at Baker’s Cay Resort, and one of the highlights of our trip was the exceptional service from Ricardo, the supervisor. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Ricardo was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. His customer service and positive attitude truly made a difference during our stay. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained, but Ricardo’s attention and hospitality made our vacation even more special. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Baker’s Cay to anyone looking for a great experience in the Keys!

An amazing experience from beginning to end. The resort has a relaxing, clean, and very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times, making us feel special from the moment we arrived. I would especially like to thank Ricky, the F&B Supervisor, for his outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness; he made our experience even more special. Staff as always is amazing. Jazmen at the outside bar, Daniel and Sandra in the Calusa Restaurant took extra time and care during our stay. Their service is beyond excellent. They are truly a treasure. SADLY- the menu changed recently and the food isn’t that great compared to when we were here last year. Things were taken out of the menu and things that stayed weren’t as good. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! Overall, great place and great staff. Thank you
