I’ve truly had a wonderful experience while at Baker’s Cay Resort. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. But the staff, they are truly AMAZING!!! The treat you with kindness, warm smiles and genuine conversations. Tashana at Calusa restaurant is so sweet. The DJ at the Silent Disco party kept our bodies jumping. I loved the pools (kids friendly side and the Adults Only side 😎). The warm, clear beach water was nothing but Amazing! I definitely recommend this Resort. You won’t be disappointed.

Baker's Cay is an amazing place to have fun and relax in the keys. The resorts staff is amazing and is a great relaxing place to unwind from the grind of work. They provide daily activities for the kids and family that are always fun. We will be back next year. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We had an awesome 11 days!!!

This was our second stay at Baker’s Cay, and it definitely won’t be our last! From the moment we arrived, we were reminded why we chose to come back. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Every interaction made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. A special thank you to Manager Rochelle, who was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. One of the things we appreciate most about Baker’s Cay is that it perfectly blends luxury with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. There is always something to do, and unlike many resorts, the resort fee actually feels worth it. The included activities kept our family entertained throughout our stay and added tremendous value to the overall experience. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers plenty of places to relax or explore. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with children, Baker’s Cay has something for everyone. We especially appreciated how easy it was for our family to enjoy quality time together without ever feeling bored. Our stay was everything we hoped for and set the tone for an amazing Florida Keys vacation. Baker’s Cay truly exemplifies the level of hospitality we’ve come to expect from Hilton, and it’s the standard we now compare other resorts to ( side note- don’t waste your time at Hilton Casa Marina it won’t come close in comparison to Baker’s Cay). We had a wonderful stay at Baker’s Cay! The resort was spotless, from the room to the grounds, and everything felt very well maintained. We loved relaxing on the private beach in the hammocks and watching the sunset each evening. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was peaceful and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again!

My first trip to Key Largos and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The staff is so sweet and I enjoyed seeing them every day. Loved the morning fishing and being able to grab a bike and take an evening ride. Food was great, and I enjoyed toasting the sunset every night. Cant wait to go back!
