The 2 bedrooms suite we rented was perfect for our two couples. Plenty of coffee provided. There was a blender that allowed for creation and consumption of multiple boat drinks during our 5 day stay. The staff was absolutely the best! Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, just a genuine pleasure to work...

The 2 bedrooms suite we rented was perfect for our two couples. Plenty of coffee provided. There was a blender that allowed for creation and consumption of multiple boat drinks during our 5 day stay. The staff was absolutely the best! Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, just a genuine pleasure to work with last week. One evening we came back at bout 11PM and the thermostat would not work (turned out to be dead battery). I went the the front desk to ask for maintenance, who leaves at 11. The gentleman was to our unit in about 15 minutes and could not have been nicer. As he was leaving I told him I was glad he had not left yet... His response was; "I was on my way home, but came back to see if I could fix it easily!" That my friends is customer service. Book this super clean hotel, you will love the location and the staff!

Wonderful lux suite. Very nice finishes in the 2 BR, 2.5 Bath suite we stayed in. It included a fully stocked kitchen, separate living room, wahser and dryer, and an outdoor private balcony. The courtyard style pool area was quiet with lush FL landscape, truly a great place to relax....

Wonderful lux suite. Very nice finishes in the 2 BR, 2.5 Bath suite we stayed in. It included a fully stocked kitchen, separate living room, wahser and dryer, and an outdoor private balcony. The courtyard style pool area was quiet with lush FL landscape, truly a great place to relax. There was free wine and snacks daily at the poolside Happy Hour. Muffins are delivered to your suite each evening as well. We rented bikes across the street and visited the nearby beaches in this more quiet, uncongested area of Key West. The suite was also very clean and well cared for. Really they have checked all the boxes here.

The next morning, Matilda gave us all hugs as we walked through her office. She always recommends wonderful places to go. If you stay at the hotel, be sure to make a reservation if you want to go to Milagro. It, too, was wonderful. Thanks to all for a great visit to Key West!

We loved the pool and the location of this resort. Comfy beds, washer dryer was awesome, unit was nice and quiet. Ana's cafe across the street for coffee and breakfast was 10/10. The hotel was having some fire alarm issues during our stay, but the management team worked through it...

We loved the pool and the location of this resort. Comfy beds, washer dryer was awesome, unit was nice and quiet. Ana's cafe across the street for coffee and breakfast was 10/10. The hotel was having some fire alarm issues during our stay, but the management team worked through it the best they could. Tessica was working the front desk during the fire alarm issues and she handled herself very well with some angry/frustrated hotel guests. Adam was the supervisor working during this time and he also handled himself well. The general manager, Mark Bibb, was very reasonable and clearly takes pride in how he handles business at this resort.
