Everything was perfect: the grounds and rooms were beautiful and immaculately kept, every person on staff was superb, the continental breakfast and wine hour were really nicely done. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk (along a sidewalk!) to every bus you need to get around the island and there are many great restaurants a short walk away. The food offerings at the restaurant were also excellent. It was really one of the most perfect places we've ever stayed.

As our taxi pulled up to the Royal Palms Hotel, Jade was standing there warmly greeting us. We had booked by phone with her and found she is even more skilled and charming in person!
Our luggage was whisked off to our beautiful room, and our much anticipated return to Bermuda unfolded into one beautiful memory after another.
Mornings began with a lovely breakfast, set out in the glass walled sunroom, with a daily warm dish, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, cereals, and toasts. Maryann (who also decorated the hotel and the towering Christmas tree), along with Bali, greeted us and kept breakfast running immaculately.
The front desk staff, with manager Theresa, Jade, Prisana, and Muriel, were not only professional and friendly, but also made us feel so at home, arranging shuttle rides and taxis, answering questions, seeing to our every need, and arranging afternoon wine and cheese.
The reception rooms are beautiful and welcoming places to relax. On our stroll to our room the tiny tree frogs chimed a musical welcome. The immaculate gardens are strung with twinkle lights, making it look and feel like a tropical fairyland.
We also enjoyed Christmas lunch at Ascots, the wonderful restaurant at the hotel, where the food is excellent, along with talented and gracious staff. Our amazing server, Anil, took the time to take perfect photos of us in front of their Christmas tree. The bartender made me a special cosmo one evening and Dani made me the best Bellini ever!
Needless to say, we have already booked to return to this beautiful garden paradise… the delightfully run Royal Palms Hotel!

My husband and I have just stayed at the Royal Palms, we have been to this lovely boutique hotel several times and it never disappoints. From the time of arrival we were greeted by Prisana and Jade like we were family members, and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Our room was perfect, fresh flowers, clean and well decorated. I understand that the owner takes pride in decorating all the rooms herself. Every morning we were greeted by their lovely staff and had breakfast in the garden terrace. Bali was very helpful in giving us ideas and places to go while traveling about Bermuda. The gardens are especially lovely and well taken care of by Trevor and other staff members. A shout out to Kennita for telling us about the Harbor nights Street festival and the Gombeys, we really enjoyed that! Our last night in Bermuda, we ate at Ascot’s restaurant which we feel as far as dining Experiences “we saved the best for last!”The service was top-notch and the meal was superb. Thank you Dani Our bartender who suggested a lovely red wine and made a delicious chocolate martini. Once again the Royal Palms is our little gem in Bermuda and we will be back!

Beautiful Bermuda decor inside and immaculate everywhere. The gardens are superb and invite you to relax on the multiple seating area. Cocktail hour between 5-6 with complimentary wine and nibbles in the lounge with chatted to the other residents.
We dined at their restaurant Ascots and had a wonderful meal!
It is truly the most exceptionally well run hotel, all staff are friendly, polite and efficient.
Definitely will return for a longer stay next time!

Due to extenuating circumstances we had to end our stay early. We offered to pay one of the two nights remaining with the hope that would be sufficient. Bus and ferry service is exceptional! Taxis pricey however engagingly informative and necessary for evening dining outside of Hamilton.
The main hotel is beautifully decorated with old school fabrics, wood, chandeliers with definitely a Bermuda charm. Porch delightful! Little sitting areas outside! Ascots fabulous. Servers professional yet cheerful. Housekeeping always efficient but so friendly.

The Royal Palms Hotel in Bermuda Family is an absolute gem!! It embodies the warmth, intimacy, and personalized hospitality of this lovely island. From the moment we arrived - literally as our taxi arrived from the airport - the friendly and welcoming staff members made us feel like we’d come home to our tropical family. I have to give a special shoutout to Jade at the front desk, who patiently answered all of my emailed questions before our arrival and greeted our taxi with a warm smile at the front door. Her attentiveness and genuine helpfulness set the tone for our entire stay. During the complimentary breakfast, Bali in the dining room went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He provided excellent service, as well as valuable recommendations for things to do on the island. Plus, the little Easter treats he surprised us with on Easter morning added an extra touch of thoughtfulness!
The rooms at the Royal Palms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting retreat after a day of exploring Bermuda. Outside? The lush grounds abounded with tropical and exotic flowers, creating a picturesque escape. It felt like heaven. Strolling through the gardens felt like being transported to a tropical paradise, adding to the overall charm and beauty of this family-owned oasis.
Overall, the Royal Palms Hotel offers an exceptional level of hospitality. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. 💕
