If you're looking to celebrate a special occasion or spoil yourself for a weekend in Bermuda, Rosewood Bermuda Tuckers Point is the place to visit. We checked in for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was truly amazing. The Hotel Manager, Vazeeq Madhar, went above and beyond to ensure our weekend was the best ever. Our suite was outstanding - I spent the first 10 mins walking around saying 'oh my gosh'! It just kept going and going. The four poster bed and enormous freestanding tub were dreamy and the views of the turquoise ocean were spectacular. Vazeeq had even arranged for a welcome gift of local goats cheese and honey which was delightful and a perfect way to start our weekend on one of our two balconies with a glass of bubbles watching the sunset. We enjoyed all the facilities including the Conservatory Bar with great cocktails, bar food (the burger was delicious!) and live guitarist, lunch at Island Brasserie overlooking the huge heated pool which is divine and finally my birthday dinner at Sol Verde, the elegant Italian restaurant by the Golf Club with excellent service from AB. It truly was the most amazing birthday weekend and I am so grateful to Vazeeq and all the team at Rosewood Tuckers Point for making it one of my best ever! Splash out, book yourself a weekend away in the sun and indulge your senses in Rosewood Bermuda Tuckers Point. It truly is the best.

We ate there twice and each time all the food was outstanding. Cocktails round the pool were a highlight, the pool is heated making it perfect any time of year. We will be back, just exceptional

What an amazing stay we had at this beautiful property! Celebrating a special occasion, and booking through AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts, we very much appreciated the lovely upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite (which included the use of a golf cart) along with the complimentary champagne and swan profiteroles. We enjoyed many nice touches at the Rosewood, such as flip flops, a pair of Bermuda baseball caps and the use of a beach bag during our stay. I personally appreciate when a top-tier hotel provides a Dyson hair dryer, which so few do. Kudos for attention to details! This includes the wonderful housekeepers who leave special treats like lens/screen cleaners and bookmarks. Every employee we encountered, from valet to bartender, was kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Daily breakfast (included with our package) at the Brasserie was delicious and picturesque. Our favorite meal was dinner watching the sunset over the golf course on the patio at Sul Verde. We also enjoyed playing golf at Tucker's Point one day and an amazing couple's massage another afternoon. All in all, we loved our visit to the Rosewood and look forward to returning one day soon.

We had an amazing time at the Rosewood Bermuda - the third Rosewood we have stayed at in the last few years. Chelsea at the Front Office and Camilo at the beach club offered particularly stand out service with in depth knowledge and personalised touches that really made our stay. The pool staff at the main hotel pool were brilliant as were all the restaurant teams across the various outlets across the resort. The rooms were beautiful and spotless - a wonderfully relaxing environment. Rosewood are certainly giving four seasons a run for their money based on our recent stays with them (albeit both brands are excellent!). Improvement areas would be additional staffing for the bell desk which gets overwhelmed (when we arrived at the hotel in a hotel booked vehicle there was no one to take our luggage as they only have one bellman on duty at a time - they need minimum of two). The schedule of activities published in reception was never right - live music didn’t take place on the published days. Gift shop also didn’t keep to the published schedule outside the shop. The only other small thing was the hallway leading to the gym is a bit grotty and could do with a refresh. Would also be nice to have some snacks in the gym like cereal bars or dried fruit instead of whole apples etc. Otherwise brilliant and we will be back!

October 20th 2024 - this was our second “getaway” trip from the NYC area to this resort the Rosewood did not disappoint. We splurged for a suite and enjoyed zipping around on the golf cart (which was included) to get to the beach and up to the Italian restaurant on property. (Recommend!). The staff here are super nice and friendly. Shout out to Georgie in the island brasserie . She is a total pro! The beds and bedding are luxurious. Turkish towels. Turn down service. All great! They have an “Adults only” pool that is unheated and only gets a few hours of sunlight but they have another pool that was warm like bath water and very enjoyable for kids and us adults alike. The best part for us was our experience at the beach. Amazing! Paradise! Although the water temperature was a bit chilly (maybe 80 degrees and air temperature was about 78) the surf is calm enough for small kids to frolic around but a boogie board still provided fun. Perfect sand with zero shells or rocks and the beach was combed each morning to make the beach just perfect. There are a really nice group of employees who set us up each day in a beach chair and umbrella no extra fees. The beach bar runner guy remembered what beer we drank and the restaurant at the beach also called us by our names. The lunches we had there were yummy and healthy, fresh and you can’t beat the view. What a lovely hotel. We will be back !

We visit the Rosewood Bermuda every year for our anniversary over Labor Day weekend and we love the property, but this last visit was the absolute best yet thanks to the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. Tarun, in particular, communicated with my husband multiple times ahead of our visit to ensure every moment of our stay was perfect. Chelsea at the front desk accommodated last minute changes to our trip itinerary and patiently answered all of our questions. The hotel was fully booked during our stay but you wouldn’t know it. The staff juggled it all with such apparent ease. Tarun, Chelsea, and the entire staff made this our favorite trip so far and we can’t wait to come back!

Desk staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and non amenable to spontaneity. Property is lovely. Don’t stay here if you expect the service to align with the price….. very far from a client forward experience. Overall disappointed…………………..

Top notch property with luxe yet relaxing atmosphere, spacious rooms, superlative staff, and a nice variety of restaurants. Everything was great -- a must visit locale. We particularly liked the Beach Club outdoor restaurant for a relaxed meal, and Sul Verde for dinner.

Best shower pressure on earth - no matter what you will go home and think something is wrong with your shower - it’s that good. Great service, great pool cabana room - the private pool and guaranteed day bed is excellent (that pool could use some soft music as it gets eerily quiet in there). Greta dinner and lunch at the beach club, excellent dinner at Sul Verde. Drinks feel expensive but it’s a Rosewood in Bermuda. Really loved our stay and would go again.

My husband and I just got home from a relaxing get away at Rosewood Bermuda. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Everyone on site - especially the manager Emily - made sure we were having a great vacation. The property, the rooms, the food, the spa and the service were all top notch. We will certainly return and absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

We would highly recommend this resort when traveling to Bermuda! We loved: -Proximity to the airport. Takes 10 minutes, max! -We stayed in a Harbour View 1 br suite. It was a beautiful, very large suite with harbour views. The best part is it came with a golf cart. I would highly recommend getting a golf cart with your room as it was so convenient (and fun!) to get around the expansive resort. Otherwise you will need to rely on the shuttle to get to the beach club, tennis courts, and a few on property restaurants. -Staff very friendly and accommodating. -Stunning beach with an amazing restaurant. Try the couples evening private dinner under the stars. Excellent!!! -Awesome cocktail bar in lobby on property. Things to know: -As mentioned above, its a large resort and without a golf cart you have to rely on the shuttles. Get a golf cart! -A good drive from Hamiliton so take that into account if you want to go into town. -The Harvour View suites requires many stairs to get back up to main hotel. Or you can golf cart around to front door but takes more time. Thanks for a great trip!

Rosewood Bermuda Loved our stay at the beautiful and luxurious Rosewood Bermuda. Our ocean view room with big balcony was beautiful and spacious. It was nice to wake up from the bed and see the ocean and beautiful blue sky. We enjoyed our lap swim at adult pool with ocean view every evening. My husband had a great time with gin tasting one evening. The restaurants were nice both inside and outside on the patio and the food was great as well. The beach club was amazing. The hotel provided free shuttle to the beach club (5 minutes ride). The private beach is gorgeous. We spent great amount of time in a lounge chair on the beach. The restaurant at the beach is so inviting. The pool at the beach club was awesome. It face the ocean. What a beautiful setting! We played golf at “Tuckers Point Golf Course”. Wow! I saw many beautiful golf course by the beach before but this is the only one that has over 50% of the holes with ocean view. It was well kept and we had a great time. Rosewood is located at the best location :between Hamilton and St. George. We went to snorkel at Tobacco Bay. Awesome! I love it. Stopped on the way back at Swizzle Inn bar. It was great. It is easy to find a taxi around here so we made an excellent decision to stay at Rosewood. The staff across the board were wonderful. We had a wonderful 3 nights here. I chose to stay in Hamilton Princess for 2 nights. Though the property is beautiful but Rosewood gave us a special feeling of Bermuda. The same feeling between Waikiki or Oahu VS Maui or big Island. Even though Waikiki is beautiful but Maui gives me a special feeling of Hawaii. Thank you so much “Rosewood Bermuda”. for a perfect experience for our family. We will be back again!

I just want to start off by saying if I could give more than 5 stars I would. This resort was so perfect in every way. From the moment you arrive you feel so special. Everyone knows your name and treat you like a celebrity. The kindness and caring that is given to you is unmatched. The restaurants are amazing, the grounds are amazing, the beach club is amazing, but the staff is what takes it to another level. I made so many great friends while at this resort. People I will never forget. Desmond the front desk manager was incredible, Georgiana and Gusti were amazing, Tarun was the perfect host and Mr Archibald the Resort Manager was an amazing leader. We had such an incredible time it was sad to leave. The wine and food pairing was an event that we will never forget. The food and the presentation was 5 star. The pool cabana room was the most beautiful room we ever stayed in and worth every penny. Bring on the ground floor gave us a beautiful patio and our own daybed by the pool. The Royal Palm pool was stunning. Being served a cold cloth and fresh fruit made the experience so much better. The beach club was not only stunning but the food and service was outstanding. The pool at the beach club had an infinity edge that looked right at the ocean. We loved being there daily. The water was crystal clear and the pink sand was beautiful. If I tried I couldn’t find one thing wrong to say. Being only an hour and 50 mins from NYC makes this the perfect getaway. We will be back many years to come. Thank you everyone at the rosewood Bermuda!!! My 60th birthday is a memory I will never forget. Thank you also for the champagne and birthday cake!! Our home away from home!!!

We stayed for 6 nights in March. I’m going to start with the positives. The staff are all wonderful. Especially in the Brasserie. Every staff member we met, were outstanding. We had an Ocean View Suite which was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable bed, lovely linens and bath robes. Tea & Coffee making facilities etc. Negatives - The property is in need of some TLC. The cushions in The conservatory Bar are stained and worn, same in Tuckers Bar. Photos attached. The sun beds by the adult pool are frayed leaving sharp edges. Our patio window needed replacing as it had condensed inside the double glazing so you can’t see out of it. The sun beds on the beach are such poor quality, considering the price point of this hotel. The beach club was closed whilst we were there, despite being told it would be open prior to booking. Weekends are awful, you cannot get a bed around the pool -it’s full of club members and thousands of kids. The adult pool was just a sad place, scaffolding up, only half of it gets the sun. No views. We had a few poor meals at Sul Verde & The Brasserie. Definitely not value for money. Fine dining prices for bang average food. We felt that Rosewood Bermuda had an air of neglect about it, it’s not being kept to a high standard - which for its price point is really unacceptable.
