We really enjoyed our stay at the Reefhouse Resort. Our room was ready when we arrived. Clean, exactly as described with a lovely view. Pool and beach area are great. Ate at Gus’s Grille for breakfast two days. Food was what you would expect at a resort but the view is spectacular. Enjoyed happy hour at Breezer’s. LOVED the nightly turn-down service! Felt very high end. Grounds are very clean and there’s a few restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely consider Reefhouse in the future.

Wonderful stay at the Reefhouse. Great pool, all service employees are friendly and helpful, rooms kept very clean, lots of activities. We had initially planned on staying at a competitor's hotel, but experienced numerous problems. The Reefhouse was able to provide a room on short notice, and we were even allowed to check in early, around 11:30am, since we had to check out the previous hotel at 11am. The Reefhouse was such an improvement, we were able to salvage our vacation. If I had to list one negative, it would be that the water pressure in the shower is very low. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our time at the Reefhouse. Thank you

Constant LOUD traffic noise. Constant. Had to trek up 15 steps to the room. No elevator. Do not rent room 300.
Staff was friendly. Service staff was sporadic. Does one have to ask for washcloths, dish detergent, tissues...room was cleaned late in the afternoon and not a thorough job. Shower wasn't cleaned.
The common areas of the resort, however, were pleasant. Wonderful pool and beach. Plenty of towels. Pool bar staff was fun, friendly and efficient. Food good. Restaurant cooked our fresh catch to perfection. Server on spot.
The room was awful. Cleaning staff needs better training. Start from scratch on the training. Instead of washing dishes in the dishwasher, staff did them by hand. Not sanitary.

Only one issue, they were out of coffee! We had to buy our own. We will be back!

We loved our stay at the Reefhouse Resort! The property was sparkling clean and there was a lot to do, plus was very convenient to other businesses in Key Largo. Everyone we met on the property was very friendly and helpful. I loved the little touches in our room, including the folded towels and turndown service. All text communications were super-fast and efficient. We ordered room service one night and it came within 15 minutes - I've never had room service that fast! The pool area was lovely and the bar/food service was fast and efficient. Parking on the property was very easy.
I had a massage and skin treatment at the spa which was heavenly. My therapist was very skilled and respectful, and gave me a lot of great info about what to do in the Keys.
We'd definitely stay again!

My husband and I decided on Reef House as a place to have a babymoon, celebrating the upcoming arrival of our first little one! The resort is beautiful and kept very clean. You can tell it’s a bit older, but very well-kept. The staff were generally friendly. We loved the pool and beach area, both were very relaxing especially with the live music in the afternoons. The food at Gus’s was good, but the service was a bit slow. We did appreciate having the breakfast deal where it was included in the price of our room, as well as the credits we could get for both dinner and for the spa. We did a couples massage, and while my husband said he got the “best hot stone massage ever”, my prenatal massage was just okay. My masseuse must’ve not read the questionnaire I filled out beforehand cause she missed some areas I thought she would get to. But it was still relaxing. My only real complaint was there were people vaping and smoking in public areas (the pool) and on their balconies. One night we couldn’t sit on our balcony cause someone was smoking in a room near us (which I don’t need to be breathing in being 6 months pregnant!) I also think the rooms could have been a tad cleaner and treated for bugs (we had some gnats). Overall it was a lovely stay and I would stay again.

This place is very nice but falls short of being great. It has a beautiful ocean view with well kept buildings, a large, fun pool and comfortable well equipped rooms. Check in was quick and easy, there is ample parking, and the upper floors have elevator access. There are plenty of available lounges in sun or shade poolside and beachside. Most days there was musical entertainment either by the pool or in the Breezes Bar during happy hour. The pool was filled with young kids but there were some more private places near the beach to get away from the noise. There are soda vending machines and ice on each floor and a coffee maker and refrigerator in each room. There are several nice places to grab food without going off property.
On the downside; the beach is small and going in the water involves wading through muck and seaweed. The rooms lack soundproofing (we could hear every word uttered from next door). If a neighbor is having a conversation on the balcony, they might as well be in your room. At night you could hear cars traveling down Route 1 if you left the windows open. The lunch menu was ok but remained exactly the same every day at every restaurant on site for the 5 days we were there.
We enjoyed our stay there despite the shortcomings but probably would try another option next time.

Spent 5 days at this resort. An old Marriott hotel with nicely updated rooms. Bathroom needed a couple tweaks but otherwise perfect. No need to rush to “save” beach chairs; plenty of poolside and beach lounge chairs as well as hammocks and beach chairs scattered throughout the property overlooking the bay. A couple of gas fire pits to enjoy in the evening. Great cocktails and food at the pool bar. We did not have dinner at the resort restaurant, thought it a little pricey with limited menu selections. A small reasonably priced gift shop on the property as well as an onsite marina offering scuba/ snorkeling tours and eco and sunset cruises.

This was our first time staying in Key Largo. We arrived at the front desk and the attendant was friendly and professional. She provided us with a list of hotels for dinner and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view was phenomenal. I must take a star away due to the unprofessional night manager at Gus Grille. However, breakfast was delicious and Antwon was awesome. Ask for Antwon if you go for breakfast

Pros: The resort is beautiful. The staff is wonderful and work hard. Thank you Miguel for your bar service and attention to detail - it did not go unnoticed. The weather was perfect. The water in the pool was nice and cool - cloudy - but expected with that many people wearing sunscreen and little children that never get out of the water ALL day... The beds are comfy, pillows are OK. They keep the beach cleaned. Jet ski staff - great Navy veteran working there - thank you for your service and he gave un a few extra minutes. Food is good poolside. Service is prompt. Lots of parking. Towels are soft.
Cons: Water pressure is non-existent. Housekeeping is slow and inconsistent. One trash can not nearly enough in the room. The one bar that is open after the pool bar closes is a joke. Entertainment? Thu-Fri-Sat starts at 7:00 until 9:00 but there is nothing else happening. They don't have music unless you want to hear resort music that you have heard all day long on repeat. There is no late food service as the kitchen closes early. One bartender - I think her name is Victoria - was overly rude and condescending towards guests. She complained that she was overworked and hadn't had a day off in over a week.... We booked a snorkeling trip - had to drive off property to get to the boat. They should offer some sort of discount for that inconvenience. Our first reef was outstanding with tons of fish and sea life to see. The second location - why did we even go there. It was sea grass and sand........ I talked with others that were on the trip and they displayed their displeasure with his selection as well. Apparently he was taking advice from his wife that was on the boat. Every time we went into the lobby to snag a few cookies - the same tune - "all the kids came in and took them all" Why didn't they stop that? Same think happened with the popcorn machines... First two drinks per guest amounts to a small split of warm bubbly with plastic flutes???
All in all our stay was very enjoyable but at that price point - we expected excellence and got standard.

Highlight of our trip - Pirates Cove 2 1/2 Hour Private Boat Charter with Captain Deb !
Her knowledge of the "back country" waters, her expertise and her friendly personality were all a welcomed surprise to us. My husband and I went there for some rest and relaxation and she impressed us beyond belief. She is an ECO expert of the Keys and can navigate even the windiest conditions ! She took us to a few private islands and even to some of her favorite secret spots.
What a wonderful get away ! Thank you to everyone at the Reefhouse Resort and Marina !
