We had a great time at Playa Largo. The resort is beautiful. The food and drinks are delicious. The staff are amazing. Edwin and Elonanngo went above and beyond. I loved the bikes and took one out almost everyday. Con’s: The pets at the pool were not always well behaved...

We had a great time at Playa Largo. The resort is beautiful. The food and drinks are delicious. The staff are amazing. Edwin and Elonanngo went above and beyond. I loved the bikes and took one out almost everyday. Con’s: The pets at the pool were not always well behaved so that was annoying. Also, for six of our seven days things were great at the pool. For some reason on Sunday the pool was overrun with a crowd that ignored all the rules. I got the impression the majority of them were only there for the day. They were not staying there. I felt like I was at a Miami night club instead of a resort pool. The men around me were smoking nonstop cigarettes and cigars. They were playing their music very loudly and there were dirty cups and dirty tools left everywhere. If the resort is going to do Resort Pass on slow days, they need to hire a security guard.

Amazing peaceful getaway at the resort. Perfect for relaxation, great drinks and cozy ambiance. Make sure to look for Edwin at the sandbar (pool area). Amazing energy, customer service pro and positive vibes fella. Pays attention to details and make you feel like a star. Cheers

Excellent service! Edwin waited on us poolside and it was among the best service we have ever received. The atmosphere is great, beautiful white sand beach front property and perfect view for watching the sunset or rise. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and drinks. Very attentive and super friendly. I will visit again. I enjoyed the room and overall service. Great location and ambiance. A great hotel experience includes exceptional service, luxurious rooms, comfortable beds, stunning views, delicious dining, friendly staff, cleanliness, relaxing ambiance, and top-notch amenities.

Stayed 5 nights from Jan. 28 to Feb. 2, 2025. We were upgraded as soon as we checked in because they were remodeling the room we booked. The stay was excellent! The rooms were very clean and the resort has several attractions to help peak your enjoyment while staying there....

Stayed 5 nights from Jan. 28 to Feb. 2, 2025. We were upgraded as soon as we checked in because they were remodeling the room we booked. The stay was excellent! The rooms were very clean and the resort has several attractions to help peak your enjoyment while staying there. We had a flat tire the first morning when we approached our car to go to Key West. Bellmen Javier and Fabian helped us retrieve a portable air compressor so we could drive our car to a tire repair shop nearby even while they were swamped Valeting cars. Their help was awesome and saved us a couple of hours changing a tire! Since we were getting a late start to Key West, Yoly suggested that we go as far as Marathon and have lunch at their sister resort Aro Blanco in the Lighthouse Grill. We did and it was excellent! Our server, Tyler was outstanding! The first night, one of our meals was overcooked and Jasir, Valentina and Yoly spent the rest of our time there trying to make it right. And they accomplished that in a very professional way! We were served by Jacqueline for breakfast, and She was fabulous making it a very enjoyable experience.

Wonderful stay that exceeded expectations. Staff all went the extra mile, but F&B Manager Jeremy blew us away and completely wow'd us. Super relaxing and the sunset rituals on the beach are a nice way to start the evening. We will definitely plan a repeat visit.

Beautiful resort but we payed over $500 a night for a bay view room. The room overlooks the lawn which they use to host private events. So EVERY night we were there we tried to enjoy our balcony view and we had to listen to business conference bs the entire...

We always choose an Autograph Collection hotel for our anniversary trip & they never disappoint! They’re beautiful & the staff is always so eager to make magic happen! They gifted us desserts & wine in our room when we arrived along with a handwritten card with best wishes for us...

They even helped me to arrange the singers to surprise my husband with “our song” which is ‘Wonderful Tonight’ by Eric Clapton. Gaby & Milly did an AMAZING job on it! They stayed in constant contact with me to be sure we could make this happen. If you need someone to do a perfect job of performing for you, don’t hesitate to book them! The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are spectacular, & the sunset views are breathtaking!
