Un. Be. Lievable. Unbelievable! Tonight is our last night at Nobu and we are already planning our trip here next year. We have been to several resorts in Cabo and NOTHING compares to Nobu. We had almost given up on Cabo until discovering Nobu. The rooms are well appointed. The service is stellar. Do NOT miss the Nobu and Ardea restaurants. This is not one of the party resorts in Cabo. This resort, in my opionion, is for those who want top notch service, excellent food and a place to unwind. We are aged 50+ travelers who want a place to unplug and unwind. The spa visit was also amazing. Ask for Talia and Esperanza. We are so happy to have found Nobu.

He gave us very excellent service,made dinner reservations etc etc, He even showed us a couple of rooms to compare; We had a private pool room with a view overlooking the larger pool and cabana area. The room that we had was most delightful especially the attached jacuzzi.The room that we was very spacious with a lovely Japanese theme throughout.The Guest manager Vanessa was very helpful and made us feel vey special , she has excellent PR skills. The massage at the spa was world class, out therapist was Iraacema, she is absolutely the best! All in all we would highly recommend Nobu Los Cabos . We think the opportunity to choose from a varied 5 star menu at one of the many restaurants at the Nobu is a much better option than lower quality generic food found in most of the other “all inclusive resorts .

As other reviewers have noted, Nobu Los Cabos is a stunningly beautiful 5 star resort, with exceptional service and food. Every vista is Instagrammable. However, before considering this hotel, you should be aware of a couple of issues that may affect your selection. 1) the resort is extremely isolated. It is at least a half hour by car into town, and there is nothing within walking distance. The immediate area is a barren landscape with ongoing construction. 2) This part of Cabo is extremely windy, to the point where it was unpleasant to sit by the pool areas for two days of our stay. Other guests wrapped themselves head to toe in beach towels to stay warm. 3) There is no beach access, as the ocean is unswimmable here due to riptides and huge waves. If you think of the resort as a self-contained cruise ship, it will suit your needs luxuriously.

We had a beautiful room that was right on the beach. All the staff was really friendly and always available. We had a great concierge assisting us with whatever we needed called Ignacio Cota, he truly made the trip so much easier! The food was amazing too.

The staff was very conscientious and concerned about the comfort of our stay. We never wanted for anything. Stephano made sure that we knew the best places to eat and local attractions. The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed the amenities and the expansive beach!

The resort was amazing!! Eduardo is the BEST you can get! He showed my fiancé and me a wonderful time. Truly as good of a time as we could have asked for. The food and reservations Eduardo got us was second to none! The spa treatment was also so good.

We came for our honeymoon trip and had an amazing time. The service from when we checked in was top tier. Our room was super clean and nice with an excellent view. The hotel amenities were excellent. We will definitely be returning and staying again next time back.

We had the luxury to eat at the Andrea Steakhouse and the food was amazing and are service was fantastic. Wry poor customer service for the hotel ranking - unresponsive front desk, doesn’t answer calls, and promised an upgrade that came with our package that was suddenly reversed. The restaurant staff was fine but front desk and guest services leaves a lot to be desired

We have the most memorable stay at the Nobu Hotel. Every detail of a guests’ stay has been highly curated, from the ease of the check-in/out process to the range of pools and dining options. The most special part of our experience was being taken such good care of by Michelle, the concierge who invested in us and helped us to feel completely honored to be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at Nobu. From the moment we met, she listened, responded with promptness, and even proactively helped make suggestions that created ease during our entire stay. The hotel felt incredibly peaceful despite being at a typical occupancy, so there was never a need to wait to get a table or spa appointment with her support. On our last night, we received the treasured gift of returning from dinner to have a personal note from her about marriage, along with sparkling wine, a drawn hot bubble bath, and a firelit deck spot. It was such a romantic, thoughtful action on her behalf. Thank you, Michelle, and Nobu for the beautiful time in Cabo.

We spent a blissful week at Nobu for our baby moon and everything was 10/10. From the amazing food/ drinks to the top notch service. A special shout out to Stephano, our personal concierge, who went above and beyond to make every accommodation happen!

We visited the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos from April 1-April 5th for our mini honeymoon after our wedding. We wanted to go somewhere warm, relaxing, with good food and drinks, and not leave the resort. Nobu was the perfect choice! Everywhere we ate was so delicious from room service, poolside dining, and of course the restaurants at night. It also seemed so empty at the resort! I'm not sure if that was really the case or if it was just calm energy all around but we loved it. The check in process was smooth, and Michelle Ponce our concierge was so helpful! She showed us to our room that had been upgraded, and explained the different features of the room. It was nice that we were in a text group message with her in case we had any questions, needed her to book us activities, or had any requests. She even wished my husband happy birthday because she remembered from our conversation the first day! We also really appreciated the service from Alejandro at the main pool. He was extremely helpful and friendly, and because of him we went back to the main pool almost every day. It was definitely windy this time of year, but the sun was still strong thank goodness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else looking for a relaxing vacation that wants to stay on the resort only!

The resort was absolutely stunning and we had a magical time. Great pools and the good food. The service was incredible, especially our ambassador/concierge Michelle Ponce who ensured we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back soon!

Nobu Cabo is one of the nicest hotels in resorts. I have had the pleasure of staying at. Michelle Ponce was an incredible concierge and made our stay so enjoyable. The staff isn’t extremely attentive and the food and drinks are bar none The best in Cabo.

We had the most incredible honeymoon at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing personal concierge, Michelle Ponce. From the moment we arrived, Michelle was warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Planning a honeymoon comes with high expectations, and the team at Nobu — especially Michelle — absolutely delivered. What really stood out was how accommodating and flexible the hotel was, particularly with my kosher dietary needs. They didn’t just meet our requests — they moved mountains to make sure everything was perfect. From arranging special meals to ensuring every detail was taken care of, Michelle made sure we felt comfortable, cared for, and celebrated. She checked in regularly, handled all our reservations and plans with such grace, and made sure every moment of our trip was smooth and stress-free. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism truly enhanced our entire experience. If you’re planning a special trip — especially a honeymoon — I can’t recommend Nobu Los Cabos and Michelle Ponce enough. The level of service, warmth, and genuine hospitality was next level. We’re already dreaming of our return!

This was our 4th trip to Cabo in the last 5 years. We were a group of 8 (4 couples) that booked 4 rooms. We are unlikely to return to Nobu. This is based on the location of the resort; quality of the rooms and service misses we experienced both pre-arrival and onsite. PRE-ARRIVAL: I would give our pre-arrival experience one star. We questioned our choice to stay at the Nobu based on the lack of responsiveness from the hotel and were worried about service expectations once onsite. Our group made multiple attempts to contact the hotel to make spa appointments and restaurant reservations. The front desk, concierge and spa do not answer the phones. The concierge either takes a long time to respond to emails or does not respond altogether. We tried calling at different times of the day. Often the phone rings once and then you get a busy signal. I finally called the US reservations line for Nobu and asked for assistance and they put me through the concierge (Brenda). Brenda informed me that the hotel takes 48 hours to respond to emails. That is just not accurate as multiple emails from our group went unanswered. It appears the front desk/concierge is understaffed for the size of the property and number of guests. We had trouble getting them to pick up the phone during our stay as well. CHECK-IN: We had a long journey to the resort. It’s 40 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the main road with the first checkpoint to the resort area. When we arrived, there was a line of cars waiting to enter the resort. The gate attendant was not letting anyone in. After waiting for a while, I got out of the car and walked up to see what was happening. The gate attendant informed me that guests were being asked to wait in their cars until the front desk was ready to check them to ensure “a good experience”. It is not a good experience to be kept in your car at the gate of your hotel after a 40 minute journey. Check-in was a chaotic experience with lots of families waiting and generally taking a while for the staff to check-in. The next day there was an internet outage at the hotel, and reportedly Cabo, so the hotel was unable to create keys for rooms. This required a staff escort of the guests to their room using a master key causing further delays at check-in. BELLMAN: Our friends gave their bags to the bellman at check-in. It took almost 2 hours for the bags to make it to the room. Based on this, we chose to take our own bags to our room. The next day we had to change rooms. The bell staff confirmed the bags had been collected from the old room to be moved to the new room. However, when we arrived in the new room after 2.5 hours, our bags were not there. The concierge escorted us to the bag storage area to locate our bags and the bags were not there either. They were left in the old room. We went to the old room and retrieved the bags ourselves. BUTLER/CONCIERGE/SERVICE: Each room is assigned a butler/concierge upon check-in to take care of needs during the stay. Our concierge, Michelle Ponce, was the bright spot of the stay. We were able to text her for transportation and restaurant arrangements and she took care of them all without any issues. She was a shining star amongst the rest of the staff we encountered. Two of our friends never heard from their concierge during their 4-day stay. They made various requests from the guest services which were never addressed, and they eventually just gave up LOCATION & PROPERTY: Nobu is located on the Pacific side of Cabo. During our stay it was really windy. We were unable to use the pools or beach or really spend time outdoors. The design of the hotel property turns it into a massive wind tunnel. This was especially acute in the lobby where you feel like you will be blown away. For me it was uncomfortable just to walk through it. For 2 days, in our room, you could hear the wind howling and whistling 24x7. We left the property daily to visit restaurants in San Jose, downtown Cabo and other properties. It was amazing to experience the difference in weather conditions out of the property. No wind! This property might work for people that just want to stay at the resort the entire time with multiple restaurants. For our group that wanted to go to restaurants and do activities in Cabo and San Jose, we incurred 2 hours of round trip travel each day and hundreds of dollars in taxis. ROOMS: We stayed in a Deluxe room with no view for 1 night and were upgraded to Residence for the remainder of the stay. The residence had a dining and living room area, kitchen and washer dryer. Both rooms had very comfortable beds and a nice design. However, we experienced issues in both rooms. There was no hot water in the first room in the shower. In the second room, cold water was limited but worse was the lack of water pressure in both the rain shower and the handheld. The water would trickle to nothing during your shower. The phone in the second room didn’t work. This is a major problem as if you call from the outside the front desk doesn’t answer. We had to ask 3 separate times for the phone to get fixed before it was. The electric blinds in our room didn’t work either. We had to call to get this addressed as well. GYM: The are multiple gyms at Nobu. These are some of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel/resort with all the strength and cardio equipment you might need. I generally have to compromise my work outs at most hotel gyms due to lack of equipment. That was not the case at Nobu. The fitness center offers daily classes: morning yoga at the beach, stretch and HIIT. Cost of classes is $45. SPA: Everyone was happy with their spa service. To use the spa facilities (hydrotherapy, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge) without a spa treatment costs $35. During our stay the sauna was not functioning so the fee was reduced to $25. I will note that Nobu does not charge a resort fee so a charge for use of the facilities seems reasonable. RESTAURANTS: We had breakfast at the Restaurant and breakfast and lunch at Nami. Food and service at the restaurants was very good. Mario and Vanessa, in particular, were excellent. INTERNET: Wifi worked throughout the property but did drop a couple of times a day. HOUSEKEEPING: Housekeeping did an excellent job. The resort was very clean and maintained well.

It was good, food wasn’t the best, shower was extremely cold the entire trip, way too many kids, pools weren’t heated so we couldn’t swim because it was cold. The trip was not worth the cost. The drinks were good , the staff were very great, very beautiful hotel.

Great hotel and great staff. We could not ask for a better vacation. From the food to the quality of service, everything was exceptional. I will recommend this property to many friends and family. Looking forward to additional great stays with Nobu in the future.

Then we became part of the Prive Club, we couldn’t imagine the service could be any better , insert Stephano our ambassador within the residences. We have never experienced service like this and it was sincere gratitude for him to serve you- Stephano was responsive via text till late, scheduled appts and checked in to make sure all went well. Upon checking out , Stephano conducted a private check out - bell boy right behind him and waited till our car took off for the airport. Stephano is one of a kind - if I am at Nobu , he is our only option. Nothing else!! Lastly, Nobu- keep up this level and quality of service and you have a loyal customer . Great experience, the hotel has breathtaking views. It's a perfectl place to just relax and hang out by the pools all day. The staff was very helpful throughout the hotel, specially our concierge Napoleon. Nobu and Ardea restaurants were our favorite ones, amazing food.

We just got back from our babymoon at Nobu and everything was fantastic. The room is spacious and has one of my favourite hotel bathrooms. The food was amazing every meal we had was great. I’ve been to several Nobu restaurants and this Nobu is in my top 3 when it comes to the quality of the food along with service. Ignacio was our dedicated concierge and he made the experience even better. Being able to message him and get a quick response for any questions we had in or outside the resort was very helpful and made the stay even more relaxing. He checked in with us every day and made sure that everything we needed was at our fingertips — literally! A couple of others I want to shout out that contributed to our experience: Alan at the pool was always attentive and friendly. Gregorio (I hope that is his name, he was tall in the blue shirt) at Nobu was fantastic and made our second night very memorable!

Our personal concierge, Ignacio, made our experience seamless! He helped us book reservations, transportation, and experiences. Nobu Los Cabos was a fabulous resort with amazing food and very attentive service at every turn. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I became residence members last April when we visited Nobu on our honeymoon so it only felt fitting to return to celebrate our one year anniversary! We had an amazing time and have to give a shoutout to Stephano for helping with all of our plans and reservations throughout the week (not only at Nobu but in town as well). I’m always the one having to handle that sort of thing so it was nice to have that taken care of for me. Aside from that he made sure we were nothing short of satisfied during our entire stay - always checking in to ensure we had what we needed! We look forward to working with Stephano again on our next trip to Nobu :)
