Live Aqua Cancun

We spent ten perfect days at LA. Returning year after year has allowed us to become friends with the entire staff. They always do their absolute best to make sure everything is the best it can be! Last year we were lucky enough to visit twice and we enjoyed it so much that we may do the same this year. Our butlers were Stephany and Arturo this time. They did a great job! From daily dinner reservations, activity schedules and spa appointments to providing Champagne, wine and treats, it was all taken care of for us. We always enjoy seeing Daniel in the Aqua Club. He is the best! Always has a smile and is very accommodating. We were so happy to see Daniel and his beautiful wife perform the traditional Mexican dances one evening. The costumes were vibrantly colorful and the dancing was perfect! This was one of the highlights of our trip. We love to have lunch at Azur with Mauricio as our server. He takes very good care of us and will offer fresh fish or even a quesadilla if that is what we are in the mood for. We have noticed that the food at all the restaurants has improved over the last few years since Chef Ernesto Palapa has been there. We even had the Executive Chef Cesar Germain and Chef Ernesto check in with us to make sure we were happy. Chef Manuel at Azur created a delicious dinner for us. The team at the pool hut are always so helpful. Flavio does his absolute best to make sure we are comfortable and pleased. He is the sweetest! Eduardo Weston kept us cool with his offer of ice cold cloths in the heat. His smile and personality are radiant! I love my foot massages with Yajaira. I look forward to seeing her every day! We like to see Romero each time too. Even though he was not assigned to us this time, he got us a good table to see the Mexican night festivities. We also make a point of visiting Eli at the swing bar. He knows a lot about tequila! He was happy to make us a special margarita as we requested. We enjoyed Andres as our server at the pool. He came around perfectly in time with fresh ice, water as needed and of course, cocktails! We are looking forward to our next visit to see our family of friends at LA.

Fifth time at this property and it was another great visit. We did have a issue with our last trip, being a vodka snob, with the lack of Premium vodka throughout the resort, but this time it was back on track! The only opportunity we had was we tried to request our Butler's for Aqua Club weeks in advance and kept getting a response that they could not guarantee us our requests. I found this strange that they would not accommodate something so simple as this, and quite frankly, can make or break a resort because the people that work at the resorts, in most cases, are more important than the services. Fortunately we were assigned one requested Butler, Stephanie, who was amazing as usual as she took care of us on our previous visit so we requested her and she did not disappoint she was amazing and pretty much took care of everything we needed. Our other Butler, Arturo, which was new to us, also did a fantastic job, he was awesome... we recommend both of them. We saw a lot of new employees but also saw quite a few familiar faces. One at the breakfast buffet was amazing unfortunately I wanted to give credit to one of the Omelette making chefs who has been there for quite a long time but I did not jot down her name... This resort is not a wild partying Resort but nor is it a retirement home as well LOL. We enjoy consistency at this property with the great customer service, food, cleanliness, and the endless flow of cocktails with good branded liquors. This Resort is a must for the hotel Zone in Cancun if you've never tried it. Pro tip, for us Aqua Club is definitely worth the upgrade.

Our stay at Live Aqua Cancun was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with care, but what truly set this experience apart was the staff. The level of hospitality was unmatched—genuine, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. A special shoutout to Jonathan Gonzalez, our poolside waiter, who made our days unforgettable. His attention to detail, warm personality, and ability to anticipate what we needed before we even asked did not go unnoticed. Whether it was making sure we had the perfect spot, keeping drinks refreshed, or just checking in with a smile, he made us feel like VIPs the entire time. It’s rare to find a place where the service leaves such a lasting impression, but this team truly delivers. Live Aqua Cancun didn’t just give us a vacation—it gave us an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time. We can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing time at Live Aqua Cancun! The experience was elevated by the incredible staff, especially Pablo and Ricky—every event they hosted was full of energy and genuinely so much fun. You could tell they love what they do, and it made a huge difference in our stay. A huge thank you as well to our butlers, Alan and Carlos, who made everything seamless. They were always available to answer questions, helped us book dinners, and handled our cabana reservations every day without a hitch. Their attention to detail and service really took our trip to the next level. And a special shoutout to Manny at the bar—he was unbelievable. We asked him to surprise us with drinks every time, and he never missed. Each one was creative, delicious, and somehow better than the last. The people truly made this trip unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve now stayed at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun nine times, which probably says everything. This place consistently delivers and keeps us coming back. The biggest reason is the service. It’s genuinely the best we’ve experienced anywhere. Staff are attentive without hovering and are very consistent. Poolside and beach service is reliable, drinks come quickly, and little touches (like remembering preferences) make it feel personal. The overall vibe is what really separates this resort. It’s calm, adults-only, and designed for relaxation. No loud party scene just a laid-back atmosphere where you can actually decompress. That’s exactly why we keep returning. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The aromatherapy menu is still one of those unique touches that adds to the experience. My wife brings home the sprays. Food & drinks: for an all-inclusive, it’s very solid. The Italian restaurant, hidden garden and MB steakhouse have always been standouts for us, and the breakfast buffet is consistently good with plenty of options. Drinks are well-made. ________________________________________ Things we always tell friends before they go: • Go early for pool chairs if you want a prime spot. The best ones don’t last long. • Try all the restaurants. • Bring small bills for tipping. In our opinion we always do. • The ocean can be rough at times. Just something to be aware of depending on what you’re looking for. • Evenings are more low-key. Great for relaxing, not for big nightlife. ________________________________________ Anything to look out for? Very little, especially considering how many times we’ve been: • Dinner reservations can sometimes take a little planning during busy periods. ________________________________________ Bottom line: After nine visits, this has become our go-to resort when we want to relax and recharge. If you’re looking for great service, a peaceful atmosphere, and a consistently good all-inclusive experience, it’s hard to beat. We’ll be back again (and again).

I had my wedding at Live Aqua and it was truly a dream come true! All of our guests loved the food, tranquility of the resort, activities, and the exceptional hospitality. I have to give a special thank you to Christy (our wedding planner), Maggie and Eladio (Butlers). They all made sure we had a phenomenal experience from begging to end. We are forever grateful and can’t wait to visit again for our anniversary!!

This is the BEST resort/hotel my husband and I have ever visited. This was our eighth time visiting and we're coming back. I can't say enough about the staff members! Every interaction was a delight. From morning to night, every staff member was truly looking after our well being. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms set it apart from other resorts we've visited over the years. Live Aqua has a luxurious feel and the level of cleanliness, not only the rooms but the entire resort. Food! For lunch, hot dogs and hamburgers to dinner, Siete, Hidden Garden to all of the other restaurants with a flair for the presentation and taste! We stayed at the club level. Our butlers were truly amazing. WE can't thank Arturo and Stephany for taking care of us over our visit. They were available throughout the day, ensuring our needs were met.

A beautiful facility with EXCELLENT service, but beware of upcharges at restaurants. We loved our first trip to Live Aqua Cancun in 2025 so much we chose to go again this year to celebrate my 60th birthday. The majority of our experience was amazing, but a bottle of wine that we didn't realize cost $700 put a big damper on our trip. Go to the resort, ask about the price of anything extra that is offered, and you should really enjoy it.

We had the most wonderful trip to Live Aqua. The turquoise ocean, the room, the food and the pools and beach were all amazing. So many people made our trip special. Thank you to Edourd and Frank for your incredible service and kindness at the beach. Thank you Daniel, Fidel and the head chef and restaurant manager at MB for two memorable nights of dining (and the special recipe). Karina, your foot message alone is worth the trip. And, we can’t forget Marco. You make the most delicious smoothies and you have the happiest demeanor ever. We will be back!

This is our 4th time coming to Live Aqua and it continues to be one of our favorite places in the world! The staff are top notch and immediately make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Luisa, Ernesto, Edouard, Frank, Marco, and Marysol are gems and it’s such a joy to see them every time we’re here. They go above and beyond every time which is why we continue to come back!

From beginning to end, our stay at Live Aqua Cancun was absolutely OUTSTANDING! 🌊✨ The room was beautiful, the water was breathtaking, and the customer service was top-tier every single day. A special thank you to Jamie at the concierge who set us up with the BEST excursions — it was truly the bomb.com! 🔥 The Extreme Adventure experience was unforgettable… ATV, Jungle tour, Zip lining, Cenote and Tequila tasting all in ONE?! 😍🍹 What an incredible time! And shoutout to Chillie who made the tour even more fun — hands down the BEST! 🙌🏾 Puerto Maya Adventure was just as amazing! Angel took great care of us during the Speedboat ride and Snorkeling excursion 🚤🐠 — everything was smooth, exciting, and absolutely beautiful. My hubby was my captain❤️ Oh and can’t forget about Ricardo at Tacogrill! He had us in tears laughing😂…..Food & Drinks was delicious!
