Everything was wonderful! From the initial greeting to all of the amenities to that spectacular pool and our amazing bartenders and servers especially our favorite Ramon G(he was top notch)!! The restaurants were perfect, our room was clean and beautiful!

We LOVED Sabril. They were the best informed bar tender we came across here. They were so knowledgeable about the local liquors and rums… truly made the NOIIGHHHHT! Seriously though. Seek them out. They were fab and will Make you a banger of a drink.

Sabrinih was amazing! We had great drinks and conversation with them. The drinks were good and everything was spotless. 10/10 would recommend this spot for anyone that chooses to stay at this lovely resort. If you want a great drink and service, please come here!

We are so glad we chose Prime for are special anniversary dinner. From the minute we stepped in the restaurant we were amazed at the attention to providing excellent service then when Angelo approached the table the store continued to being amazed. Angelo was wondering and provided the special touch top off our trip and the last night at the beautiful Hyatt Grand Reserve Resort. Thank you to the entire Team.

The customer service and ambiance of the property was excellent! Everyone in every department was nice and accommodating. The room and entire property including the beach was extremely clean. The room was also stalked with water and everything we needed. The garden view was truly beautiful with greenery and water features. The gym was clean and well equipped. They have other pool areas if you do not want the busyness of the main pool. And, even though we did not call for a golf cart to transport us around the extensive property, each time we left the room there was one there to pick us up. The only downside was you would need to drive or taxi to a restaurant because they were not close. We chose to stay at the resort but the only breakfast option was the buffet or coffee shop. I would have liked an option to order an entree at a restaurant. We had lunch at the Water’s Edge and Néctar. Water’s Edge had a nice sandwich and salad. Néctar only offered their dinner menu which became expensive and redundant but was good. We needed dinner reservations and could not get into the steak house so we ended up eating at Néctar each night. Would have liked more options for food and/or better food choices but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning soon.

Worst resort experience of my life. I don’t complain much, but this resort has nothing to offer. Restaurants on site are booked until 9 pm every day. Food is salty, tasted like frozen boxed crap. The drinks and pool food aren’t cheap, but they sure tasted like it, bland and watered down. Staff is terrible, slow on service but quick to ask for tips. Stayed 5 days and never got clean wash cloths, and dirty gloves were left at my bed side. They didn’t show me to my room so I had to figure out how to turn out tv back light and balcony light never turned off. Rides were promised but unavailable most of the time. Everything on this resort comes at a cost, nothing but a bed and noisy air conditioner is included.
