The staff at the Hamilton Princess made us feel like royalty. They went out of their way to accommodate our every request. We stayed in the Patience suite which was well appointed. The Infiniti pool was heated. Visited the Princess Beach Club on the south side of the island with amazing views. Loved our vacation in Bermuda.

The Hamilton Princess is simply not to be missed. From the comfy room to the breathtaking views to the great restaurant to the stunning original artwork to the warm friendly helpful staff, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!

We stayed here for three nights and were not aware of the works going underway one in the pool and the other directly next to the infinity pool.I complained to John Richardson the rooms manager who was rude and offensive & reduced me to tears demanding I checked out of the hotel was his first response and that it was stated on the hotels website.However I booked through a third party so was unaware.He laughed constantly in my face it was just so unprofessional of him and eventually after seeing me so upset he moved us to a suite.Unfortunately the room above our suite there was a private function going on between 5-10pm with constant chair scraping and shouting.I complained to front desk who explained it was a private function and that it would end at 10pm.We were then woken at 7.15am the next morning to workmen directly underneath our building working away not what you need when trying to unwind from everything what had already occurred.I then spoke to Roydell who was extremely empathetic of all we had endured and the hotel’s shortcomings super helpful & very professional.We were given an extension of our room until 6pm on our last day which was extremely helpful.The beach club restaurant wasn’t open so didn’t really work so we felt there was nowhere to unwind.A picnic was provided to the beach club but they forgot soft drinks and sandwiches it was to the point I was so fed up of complaining at everything going wrong.The gold lounge was good however the breakfast wasn’t to a five star standard hot food not good.There was also a manager there who approached us for a chat both mornings when we were trying to eat our breakfast very annoying and intrusive.Our last day was further interrupted by the pool as scaffolding was getting taken down to one side and the restaurant which wasn’t yet open was being jet washed.It really was never ending issues.Would we return not at all.The two stars are for the lovely room which would have been perfect if there hadn’t been a party and underneath works.A beautiful property but such a shame all we endured.

This is the second year that we have enjoyed a two-week mid-winter stay at the Princess Hotel in Hamilton. From the moment we first walked into the hotel and smelt their signature rose scent, we knew that we were in for another marvellous stay. The concierge staff treated us like family and the front desk and housekeeping staff couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel is beautifully appointed and boasts an impressive modern art collection. Our room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and sported a lovely balcony complete with a chaise lounge. The hotel is centrally located on the island and within easy walking distance to downtown Hamilton. The bus depot is only a short walk away and has excellent service all over the island. (If you haven’t taken a bus, you should. On one occasion this year the bus turned into a Motown Karaoke bus with everyone singing along!) The ferry terminal is even closer and gets you to the dockyard in about 20 minutes. The hotel restaurants are all excellent or you can purchase delicious deli meals from Miles Market, located only a short stroll away. Each time we visit, we make sure that we partake in the scrumptious Afternoon Tea at the Crown and Anchor. We will definitely be back again next year for another infusion of Bermuda hospitality at its finest.

I can’t recommend the Intrepid enough! Marilyn was our server and she was awesome. 10/10 experience and be sure to ask for her. The food, ambiance, and attention to detail were some of the best we experienced on the island. Can’t wait to return!

We celebrated our 20th anniversary with our first trip to beautiful Bermuda staying at the amazing Hamilton princess. The hotel is older but very comfortable and well appointed. We chose the Gold level package which included a nice variety of delicious daily breakfast offerings, afternoon tea and luscious evening desserts....

We chose the Gold level package which included a nice variety of delicious daily breakfast offerings, afternoon tea and luscious evening desserts. I highly recommend this. I cannot say enough about our staff and the impeccable service we received! Pascoal, Rolly, George and so many others made our stay here so lovely… we wish we could have extended our trip. We had one small issue with our room , another with a gift shop returned item charge but both were immediately resolved. Thank you Hamilton Princess and staff for making our trip absolutely perfect and memorable. We will definitely see you again.

This review is about the restaurant: INTREPID. My husband and I dined today without reservations, and had the absolute best time. Food was amazing (easily best we had on the island), all staff were attentive kind and friendly. Lloyd, Analiza and Stacey were the standout performers for us tonight. We had drinks before the restaurant opened, and Lloyd got us a seat with an amazing view- it was a full restaurant so we definitely recommend getting resos beforehand. Not only did Lloyd make our seats happen, he checked on us a few times and ensured we were taken care of. Analiza and Stacey gave recommendations that we loved, and just had the best attitude and personality! We can’t wait to come back to Intrepid, the atmosphere is energetic and the food is in a league of its own. I love everything about the spot!
