H2O Suites Hotel

What a great place! The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was nicely done and opened to a zen courtyard. Nice touches like dove bars in the evening, muffins in the morning, complimentary sangria and chips/guac at the pool. Good location- just a block from Duval St.

I would go back to Key West JUST for this hotel. It was on a quiet street but also close to all the action. The lush courtyard garden created such a beautiful atmosphere and private balcony. There was always someone cleaning around the premises. The room was beautiful and extremely clean— well equipped with anything a traveler might need. The rooftop pool area was phenomenal with an attendant bring around complimentary drinks all day. I am SO impressed by this place.

This is a really terrific hotel. It’s close to most everything but, yet, is quiet. The rooms are beautiful and the beds comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are lush and provide effective room privacy. The frozen Dove bars are a nice extra.

Great staff and very easy to deal with. Front desk agent Winffild was fantastic and helped us with anything we needed. He even went out of his way to make sure my wife had gluten-free desserts for our turn down service every night in our room. My highest rating.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, showers were exceptionally hot. Muffins at every turn down service & were delicious. Service was great, reception was very pleasant. I will definitely be taking another trip back in the future. We will highly recommend to all our friends.

We really liked this hotel, the location is excellent, we could park our car in the garage (maybe not suited for big american SUV..), staff was very helpful and smiling. The room was spacious, bed very comfy and we could even smoke on the balcony.

Room and location are perfect. Winfield took care of all our needs. Had bikes, reservations and rooms ready to go. Roof pool perfect with complimentary drinks of one kind or another all day. Park at the hotel and bike around key west. Fun times.

The hotel is extremely clean, well appointed, and provides a relaxing atmosphere just steps away from the end of Duval Street. There are many great restaurants nearby as well as shops. We would highly recommend H2O Suites and will definitely return!

A beautiful, upscale place. It’s extremely clean; extremely. Every person was super cool. It’s upscale but never pretentious. Roof top pool with great service! From the time of check-in to the unfortunate departure, you won’t be disappointed. Angie at the pool bar is so kind and genuine.

Our room was clean, spacious, and we loved our private pool! The daily Dove bars and muffins with our turndown service were a nice touch. The rooftop pool was clean, quiet, and the bartenders took great care of us. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely spot - close to everything in Key West but on a quiet street. We were greeted with a glass of Champagne and taken to a lovely suite. The courtyard is beautiful. The fountain and good sound proofing make it the quietest hotel I have been in a very long time. The staff could not have been more helpful, arranging parasailing, and "freebies" to a number of things. The rooftop pool, while not big, did give you enough room to float on the provided mats with a complimenary mimos or bloody mary every day at 11. We will definitely be back!
