Another amazing stay on this fabulous property. This was our third trip to the Baha Mar. our room (1730) had a fabulous view, was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff was great and brought any needed extra items (hangars, blanket). We are at many of the restaurants and had delicious food at all of them. We experienced outstanding service with Tiara and Sean at The Palms restaurant every morning. We rented a cabana at the reflections pool and Sean provided excellent care there as well. He even brought me a chocolate cake for my birthday. We spent three of the days at the Baha Bay in lounge chairs by the pool. Georgi took the best care of us and we all feel like we have a new best friend in her. We love the Baha Mar and all that it has to offer. We will be back.

Pretty bad experience for the price. - housekeeping service was not provided 1/4 nights we stayed. I had to call to request / remind them in the other nights. The last night I had to request a gain and the my did not come - generally a rude vibe in the complex. Not many smiles of staff, hats to find service. Even when walking workers/ employee a won’t be courteous to guest and move to allow passage on a path. Even saw one employee run into a guest. Not sure if this is the Bahamian culture or just and few bad eggs but seemed more common than not throughout the stay. - asking simple question a even at the front desk is met with resistance and note helpful answer, where you wound hope for smiles and help. - disappointed in the service for the price. Was hopeful after reading review a before I booked but turned out very unimpressive.

We had a wonderful time with friends on this trip. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. We had a wonderful time with friends on this trip. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. We dined in many restaurants and had greet meals and experiences. Our resort liaison Nakiria Williamson made our trip absolutely perfect. Nakiria provided a level of customer service that is not common these days. She helped us book reservations, change reservations and even assisted my husband when his suitcase didn’t arrive by personally walking us to the shops. A friendly text every morning and throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed and more! We will return to the Baha Mar Grand Hyatt, and Nakiria and the staff are a huge reason for that(Triquelle and DeCarlo as well).

Certain staff made an exceptional experience. Don assisted tremendously and made the experience very enjoyable and efficient. I love the property the manager at the Fialia restaurant also was exceptional. The pool managaer at the sls pool was also very involved and made the pool day great.
