Divi Little Bay Beach Resort

The whole place was exactly what we needed! Great food, beaches, friendly helpful staff, easy checkin, and much more! It was the perfect combination of relaxation and fun! We were there during wellness week so there was a great combo of stretch, aqua classes by Cheryl from Canada (NRG2Go) and everyday amazing entertainment by Tony on staff! Night time there was just enough entertainment before heading to room for the night. I really liked how the beach chairs were set up for you once you got to the beach. It was such a nice touch to always be able to get a chair and umbrella without effort! I can’t say enough how nice this place is. Even their little mini market and stores are packed with everything you need or want while on vacay. Thanks to Divi Little Bay for making my first trip to St. Martin a success!

I love this resort - it's really more like a community than a resort, in that you aren't stuck there unable to out into the surrounding area; lots to do and see on the Island, but while on the Divi property you get to know the sweet girl who serves you coffee and gelato in the cafe, the friendly guys driving guests and luggage from one place to another, the kind servers who get to know you and wave at you when you walk by the next day, and of course, the professionals at the front desk who patiently attend to your questions and issues. The managers there are very much visible and engaged. Every night it seems like there is music or an event, and there are things organized throughout the day to engage you - yoga, water aerobics, bingo, cheese tasting... and you feel very safe as security folks are always visible and watchful. Now, about the location and the beach - the beach is gorgeous, the water is clean and warm, and there are guys there to get you set up with chairs and umbrellas. If you want to snorkel, the staff will equip you. You wanna go on a sunset cruise - they've got you. The pools and hot tub are amazing - it's often difficult to choose between beach and pool. The restaurants on site are great, and the area is surrounded by great restaurants you will want to check out. Taxis are sitting and ready to take you where you want to go, and they aren't expensive. A twenty-minute walk takes you into Philipsburg to shop, walk the boardwalk, people-watch, and grab a refreshment. Bottom line: if you have the opportunity to stay at Divi Little Bay Resort, grab it!

This was our 7th time staying at Divi Little Bay. We came for two weeks and were upgraded to The Oceans One Bedroom. The accommodations were wonderful, with two walk in showers and two sink vanities. Our kitchen was well equipped and our views were spectacular. Our enormous deck had a table and chairs and two loungers. Our King bed was extremely comfortable. Even though Oceans sits back behind their pools, we felt close to everything and could get down to the main reception area or Gizmos very quickly. Housekeeping came daily and replenished our Nespresso pods. We also had a regular coffee pot for my husband. Their staff is amazing. One night, my phone had fallen out of my purse in the back of a taxi van in Maho Beach. At the end of the night, I reported this to the receptionist at the front desk. She tried to locate it and called over one of the Bell Men, Felix, who had taken a picture of the cabs license plate before we left Divi. He was able to contact our driver who found my phone and returned it to me. Anne-Marie, the GM was very visible throughout our two week stay and even checked in with me a few times while I was trying to locate my phone. Rhianna, a new server at Gizmo's, provided the best service we've ever had there over the years. We are looking forward to going back next year!

Writing this review on the plane on our way home from another incredible visit to Divi Little Bay Beach Resort, and once again we loved everything about it ! The food was amazing everywhere we went. The staff were so pleasant and made you feel really at home. We always made sure to sit in Gilberto and Thishawne’s section so we could enjoy their positive energy and delightful attitudes. Devin and the beach servers always made sure to serve the cold drinks when the flag was up lol. The entertainment was fantastic, thanks to the best entertainment manager, Tony. We knew we made a friend in Tony from the very first encounter. That guy loves his job and it shows. The fitness classes were top notch. The Nrg2go instructor, Cheryl put on a 2 week wellness session that we were lucky enough to catch the last week of. Her classes were hands down the best we’ve experienced at any resort. She puts so much into each and every class. The guests loved her and everyone had so much fun at the aqua fitness classes. Her morning yoga classes were a great way to start the day. The wellness program ended the day before we left and we really missed them on our last day. The food was excellent, the beach was gorgeous, and our room was spacious, spotless, and beautiful, complete with a kitchenette, stove, and full-size fridge. Can’t wait for our next stay and will be keeping an eye on the Divi’s Facebook group in hopes we can time our visit right to attend Cheryl’s next wellness week !!!

On our way home from another incredible stay at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort. Loved everything about Divi and have zero complaints. The staff truly made the experience—especially the amazing servers Gilberto and Thishawne at Gizmo’s bar. We’re really going to miss seeing their smiling faces. The entertainment was fantastic, thanks to the best entertainment manager, Tony, who kept everything fun and engaging and made us feel like family from the second we met him. We didn’t win Bingo but we sure had fun playing lol. The crab races were hilarious!!! A huge highlight was the aqua and yoga classes offered by Cheryl of Nrg2go who was there on a 2 week wellness program. Her classes are the best of any resort we’ve been to … so much fun they don’t even feel like a workout! She is an amazing asset to the resort. The food was excellent, the beach was gorgeous, and our room was spacious, spotless, and beautiful, with a kitchenette including a stove and full-size fridge. Can’t wait to be back and really hope to catch more of Cheryl’s classes again next time!

My Husband and I just spent an amazing 8 nights at Divi! Beautiful resort, gorgeous grounds and stunning beach. Service and food were excellent! Great variety of dining options. Pizza at lunch was a favourite! Fantastic service from Laurel! Tony from the entertainment team is such a charismatic and amazing soul! Loves his job and it shows! Added bonus was the fitness classes from guest instructor Cheryl from NRG2GO! Yoga- stretch- Aqua! Such an excellent way to start the day. Cheryl was so energetic and professional and it’s quite obvious she love to share her passion for wellness and fitness. Her yoga and stretch classes really started my day off feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Such an experienced instructor. Always taking her time to make sure you were getting the most out of the class. Aqua fit was also a huge hit! So many people including myself enjoyed the awesome energy of Cheryl’s classes! Also appreciated that she took the time to chat and engage with us guests afterwards. Definitely a huge bonus having her there. A week we thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to coming back again!

We couldn’t have been happier with our vacation to Divi Little Bay. The resort was amazing and in an excellent location. We were there for the wellness week that the resort hosted and it was great to have a variety of exercise classes every morning, yoga, aqua and stretch for us to attend. Cheryl Ponee with NRG2GO was the instructor every day and we loved her enthusiasm and energy. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The pizza chef Laurel was outstanding , always smiling and happy to see us walk by every day and the pizza she made for us was one of the best I have had. We had a chance to meet Tony, the entertainment manager, I can’t say enough good about him. He was always smiling and full of energy. We will definitely be planning a return trip to Divi in the future, hopefully during the next wellness week.

Nothing but a positive experience for us! We came as a group of 8, 4 teens and 4 adults. Both families had a studio suite and it was plenty for us . We love being outdoors. We did the signature AI plan and lemme tell you, if you have teens with you and you want the no fuss, it's the way to go. I know, I know everyone says "but there are so many great restaurants on the island", true I'm sure but we aren't looking to lock in plans with our large group and make arrangements everyday. We want to relax and unwind with a view. Enough room at the resort for us to be a family, yet let the kids have their time to do their thing with and without us. To us, the food was great and the staff was amazing! Interacting with the staff and getting to know them goes a long way. They work hard and it shows and we appreciate every one of them, so many to name but honestly I'm terrible with names. Leroy was a hoot to banter with, the ladies at breakfast made it feel like home as they recognized us and our routine every AM, the guys at the evening buffet stopped by to say hi even if we weren't at their table, Tony and his amazing personality kept the entertainment for all ages, my girl at slice had my diet coke (my coffee) and conversation every AM, the bartender at the pool bar, made his (and our new favorite) signature drink for us and all the bartenders at Gizmos pretty much treated us like regulars early on. You will see the GM out and about with her staff which shows the care for the resort and the guests. The island is beautiful, people are great and we are sitting back in our reality planning our next visit.

I can’t say anything bad Divi little Bay , we stayed in a renovated room with ocean front view. The wait staff was amazing a special couple shoutouts Andrew who is a waiter in the buffet lounge ( which is no normal buffet nicest I’ve ever seen) Maria and Madeline who work at the shack , Laurel who works @ slice who is extra special , Michelle @ gizmo’s and the man who didn’t let us go thirtsty Devon also @ gizmo’s . The grounds were beautiful, the food was amazing !! It has something for everyone!! I’d recommend this resort 10 out of 10 times.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Divi little bay. The property was nice and we loved the beach. My negative would be that the resort has 2 parrots that are kept in a small enclosure outside. The parrots never get taken out or handled. I feel like this is neglect and abuse. These large parrots deserve a much better life.

Great resort with an access to so many pools, the Caribbean Sea, a wide variety of restaurants. The service is very slow and the rooms are not as clean as we hoped for. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, but they also offer time shares, and pay as you go, so the staff which isn't as many as they need are still always looking for tips.

This was our second time at this hotel. We took a suite this time since we were with the kids. Rooms are spacious. We had a very large room with a kitchen g size bed and the kids slept on the pullaway couch in the living room. Qe had 2 bathrooms but the main issue was the shower. Such a tiny shower for such a big room! There was renovation at that time when we were there. Because of that there was a bar abd a restaurant closed. The beach is very clean. The hotel has a pizzeria, a taqueria, a snack bar on the beach and a sit down asian cuisine restaurant. What I like is that rooms have like a mini kitchenette and at the hotel there is a mini market where you can buy food to cook or heat. We always rent a car when we go to st martin. We love this island!

We arrived on a Wednesday around 3pm. It only took a few minutes to get checked in and to our room. We were on the second floor of building 12, the building closest to Fort Amsterdam. We had a one bedroom one bathroom suite, with balcony overlooking Great Bay, the views were stunning and we got to see the cruise ships each day. The first morning we went up and walked around the Fort, the ruins are cool to walk around and explanations of each area are posted. The second day we went up there for the sunrise, it was great, but had a little cloud cover! The birds were fun to watch too! The rest of the week we spent between the beach and numerous pools. The ocean water is pristine, the ocean floor is soft and white sand. Most days the waves were small and rolling. One day we had big crashing waves, perfect for body surfing. In all we had an amazing time, it was our third Divi Property, so we came with preconceived expectations that sadly were not met. We are Divi Vacation Club Members, and our home resort is Divi Village and Golf in Aruba, we have stayed at Divi Village and Golf, and Divi Dutch in the past couple years. The service was the biggest disappointment. I realize we’re on vacation and very lucky, but we’re used to and spoiled by the service at Divi Golf. The staff at Divi Little Bay didn’t seem to care much for the guests other than the women at The Amsterdam Cafe. They were amazing and very sweet! We did opted for the Premium All Inclusive and the food did not disappoint. Gizmo greeted us at her restaurant/bar on day one and was a staple throughout the week. The salads were good, as were the burgers, just know, the smash burgers are not actually smashed (more like a big burger), but good nonetheless! The Shack was very good, you can get Tacos, Nachos, Chips and Salsa, and Churros with Ice Cream for dessert! Slice, the pizza shop was also very good. Made to order pizza and calzones. Pure Ocean, the breakfast and dinner buffet were decent, but the Italian Ala Cart menu was pretty good. Mix at Oceans was probably the best food we had, simple menu, but plenty of options for a teenager and picky adults. The drinks are where this place shines. The Italian Margarita was spectacular, I had several! Seabreeze was really good! If you don’t mind cooking your meat on your own lava stone, try the Chruasco (Skirt Steak) was flavorful and perfectly cooked by me! They have a few other items that you cook on the lava stone, and several other dishes that come prepared. The Pool Bar was great too! Getting a good spot with chairs and an umbrella on the beach was very easy without having to get to the beach early. We swam out to the underwater statues to snorkel, easy swim from the Divi Beach, but there were not a ton of fish to see. The next day we went snorkeling from the old boat ramp (up the hill before Fort Amsterdam). There was a gazillion fish, they were amazing and so many varieties! All in all it was a great variation, but we will not hurry back to Divi Little Bay and we’re looking forward to our August trip to Divi Village and Golf!

We loved our experience at Divi resort. A beautiful beach, great pools, and good food. The staff is what makes the experience exceptional. Felix and Edrick take you around the resort in the golf carts. They are both amazing, friendly, and helpful! Shana, Andrew, and Amanda at Pure Oceans are the best. Shana and Amanda always go above and beyond to make your dining experience the best. Shana and Andrew really get to know you and your family. Always greeting you by name as well as making our 4 year old feel like an honored guest! Stephen at Sea Breeze is the best bartender on site. Do not miss having drinks with him! Wendy at the poolside bar is great too. I can’t say enough about all the staff.

Wish to highlight the special work of three people with had to deal with. Thank you to the GM Anne-Marie Brooks and Colin King. There was a problem with our reservation upon arrival but they quickly fixed it to our full satisfaction. Thank you as well to Sherdawn, the lady who looked after our room and did all she could to fulfil our housekeeping needs. There were also other people who went out of their way to help and serve throughout our stay. Thank you all

Where to begin…. We stayed for a whole week in an oceans suite. This hotel absolutely has the best beach in St. Martin/Marteen, which is largely why we originally chose this hotel. The views are absolutely unbeatable. We are already planning our trip back to St. Martin in 2027 and will be staying at Divi again. The oceans rooms are new and upgraded… we loved having a kitchen and laundry. Our room was clean upon check in and we noticed that the resort was clean our entire stay. The food on the resort is pretty good, as well. We rented a car to get around, beware that some of the roads are very hilly/windy and the driving can be a little intense. However, by the end of the week we felt more comfortable and drove over to the French side for several dinners. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in every morning. The resort itself is very large and has several different pools to enjoy as well as the beach, which we liked. The only thing to be aware of is that cruise passengers are able to get day passes to Divi beach and sometimes it can get very crowded. If you get up early to get a spot it is totally fine, however. Before we came, a lot of the reviews discussed slow service as a complaint at Divi. The service can be somewhat slow in some places, however, remember that you are on Caribbean time down here! We were on vacation and had no issue waiting for someone to assist either in the restaurants or on the beach. It is not going to be as fast service as in the United States. We took this week to slow down and enjoy our time. Now for the staff. The resort was already very nice. However, the staff made this an experience we won’t forget and will be returning to! We made several new friends at the resort. We first met Eddy when we checked in and he helped us when our room was mixed up. There’s not enough good things to say about him! He drove us around the resort all week and we were so happy to see him everyday. He even called to check in on us, and said goodbye on our last day. We met Laurel at the pizza shop at the resort, Slice. She is a ray of sunshine with her yellow glasses! One of us is gluten free, and she told us she makes her dough daily and was able to accommodate us. After that, we were fast friends and stopped by to talk with her everyday just about life! We will miss seeing her in the mornings. McKenzie was one of the beach attendants who set up our chairs and umbrellas. He is an extremely hard worker and was out in the sun everyday. We enjoyed seeing and talking with him each morning! Alex was the beach restaurant attendant who brought us piña coladas each day. He was also a joy to be around and we enjoyed talking with him. We will miss everyone and can’t wait to be back next year! There were many other staff that we didn’t get the names of that were absolutely incredible as well, such as the ladies in the coffee shop. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here and we will be returning.

I’m giving Divi 4 out of 5 stars overall, as there are a few areas that could be improved - like anywhere. However, the real reason I’m writing this review is to recognize the exceptional service we received from Martin at The Shack. He deserves far beyond five stars. From the moment we sat down to the very end of our meal, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we had a wonderful experience. Martin is a true example of what outstanding customer service should look like. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Divi Management: I sincerely hope he is recognized for his efforts. He is more than deserving. Thank you, Martin, for making our final night and meal so memorable! You set the standard that others should follow.
