Two nights anniversary stay

The young lady serving at Alexandra was its best part together with the pecan pastry dessert.

it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived until I left. It is an amazing property with plenty of space and things to do. We worked remotely on our stay and the room were kept spotless and refreshed everyday by Milagros from the housekeeping team. Barbara and Ruby at the Bar and Danny in the kitchen kept us full, topped-off and happy with their delicious cocktails and food. We definitely plan to visit again.

Fantastic Beach Resort Experience in Southern Puerto Rico!
This is a really nice place for a quiet beach vacation. It's exactly as advertised and the staff is friendly and the rooms and resort grounds are very clean. Beautiful views and we enjoyed eating at the onsite outdoor restaurant. We would highly recommend staying here.
Don't like the general vibe
Once on-site they have the gall to inform you that you will be fined $100/day if they catch you with a cooler (even though they don't tell you that ahead of time). WHAT??? Also, they give you an online reservation through Resy at their cheaper, more casual restaurant but when...
Once on-site they have the gall to inform you that you will be fined $100/day if they catch you with a cooler (even though they don't tell you that ahead of time). WHAT???
Also, they give you an online reservation through Resy at their cheaper, more casual restaurant but when you show up they tell you, "Oh, sorry, that restaurant is closed during the slow season, but we have a table open at our higher-end one".
The hostess told me that this "happens all the time."
The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are fine, if noisy. No fan in the bathroom but the staff leaves your vented bathroom window open (window opens into the hallway!)
There's no microwave in the room.
Definitely expensive for what you get.

The resort is beautiful and rooms nice and food is good. The service and communication is a different story. There was no service at the pool bar for most days. Some of the servers at the resturants were great some were terrible. More bad than good. The drinks are ridiculously expensive. They charge extra for things most resorts provide and hide it under an extra daily resort fee. Website says nightly entertainment and there was no entertainment. We had a nice time but expect service that was lacking.

I have stayed at Copamarina a few times, and enjoyed the experience so much that I hosted my wedding there.
The staff is attentive and so friendly. Everyone went out of their way to help us make the experience special. The food was excellent, the rooms were great and my family was able to enjoy the multiple pools with their kids.
The vibe at Copamarina is something special, and I am reminded of that everytime we stay.
Special thanks to Crystal and Lourdes for the wedding coordination and the reception dinner manager for making sure the wedding went off smoothly, Ruby for her bartending skills during the rehearsal, and Luis the breakfast chef for his attention.
Can't wait to return again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! Resort was fully equipped, nicely decorated and facilities well maintained. Super cleaned. All Employees were very friendly, helpful and very kind. Restaurants were amazingly nice and delicious!!! We love it!!!
Great for a couple's getaway.
Went with wife for three nights midweek. Excellent facilities. Great service and attitude. Restaurants very good. Welcoming pools. Snorkeling tours and kajaks available. Very peaceful. Bartenders could use some training. Drinks were subpar.
Great place to relax and to enjoy the beach. The rooms are very nice, overlooking the ocean and the beautiful garden. There are several spacious and smaller pools, never crowded. There are plenty of chairs around the pools as well as the beach, and there are some really nice places...
Great place to relax and to enjoy the beach. The rooms are very nice, overlooking the ocean and the beautiful garden. There are several spacious and smaller pools, never crowded. There are plenty of chairs around the pools as well as the beach, and there are some really nice places to hang out.
The breakfast was delicious. At the weekend (the more busy days) they offer a buffet, during the week it is a la cart and your breakfast credit applies. The dinner at Las Palmas was very good as well even though a bit pricey.
You can do all kinds of water sport activities. We did kayaking and diving which was great.
The staff is extremely friendly and caring.
As divers, we have just one recommendation: It would be great to offer a (very) late breakfast option for divers or some kind of take away option as diving starts too early and ends too late for the regular breakfast.
We liked our stay with you a lot. Thank you!

Rooms and Balcony with great view to the Beach. Love it.
The Restaurant is top notch. Great Quality.
The personnel are great and kindful. Willing to advise all the time.
Average to below average and overpriced

The property is very beautiful, especially the scenery. A great place to relax. Housekeeping personnel were very friendly. Milagros was ours and she was phenomenal, attentive and very sweet with us.
When it comes to service in general, the place was below average. Long waits especially in the reception as most of the time there was only 1 person working.
Attention to details is low. Many areas of opportunity. The rooms had poor lighting and not the most modern. Decor felt outdated. Food prices were too high and the food was average to below average. The main bar at restaurant Las Palmas didn't have certain liquors (Campari for example) and they were running out of others like vodka or gin. Drinks were also highly overpriced even compared with hotela in San Juan. Bartender was not friendly and used to argue with other employees in front of guests. There were also minors in the bar area running around. My last night I asked for a late checkout and the person at the front desk told me that I had to ask in the morning when the manager was at the property as he/she was the only one allowed to approve it.
Generally speaking, you get less than what you paid for. I decided to stay here because I wanted to support our local economy and enjoy what my country has to offer but Its unfortunate that for less than what I paid (i reserved a delux room) i could have stayed in an all inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic. Given the average experience I had, the overpricing and the average service, I will not go back to this resort
