We had the best time ever on praslin island. Special thanks to Harrish from Kandy. The kitchen was awesome, including kind service every time. Our room was very cosy. Castello beach hotel is al very good place to relax. Weather in January is perfect.

Very spacious suites with beautiful and practical decor. The dining area is next to the beach affording beautiful ocean view. Buffet breakfast with plenty of fruit and extras such as porridge on request. Staff polite and attentive. Lovely!

Nice resort with bus station direct in front for every excursion usable. Also some footsteps away are lonely beaches where you have full privacy. Rooms are comfortable and staff is very friendly, only food is more 3 stars and not 4 stars e.g. 3 days we had at breakfast hard...

Rooms are comfortable and staff is very friendly, only food is more 3 stars and not 4 stars e.g. 3 days we had at breakfast hard croisants and hard danish raisons ( they were at least 4 days old...please make fresh bakery items ). Room cleaning was excellent, especially Vimal raj was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was for one week during our honeymoon. Upon our arrival we were given an excellent welcome by Tina, who explained every detail with professionalism and clarity. The front desk works with great customer care, and Chloe, Harish, and everyone else always supported us with every request. Unfortunately, our experience with the restaurant staff was not the best. They almost always forgot something when ordering and there was absolutely no organization in the distribution of waiters to the various tables. Since the restaurant was not full of customers we expected more attention. Colette and Nanda stand out in their work, you can see that they are experienced. Always correct, attentive and full of professionalism and love for their work. The experience that disappointed us most was the decision to eliminate the established evening menu and have us order "a la carte " (after a couple of days of our arrival). They had very little choice and very unremarkable menus for a 4-star hotel. Based on the price we paid for food, in our opinion, it was unfair to eliminate the breakfast buffet and leave so little choice for guests who paid fully only because there were few guests in the hotel. After a complaint from another couple to this decision, they arranged a special, plentiful and special dinner for all of us, and this definitely improved our mood and gratitude. This we appreciated very much. I hope for their sake that they can improve this aspect in the future. The beach as proudly shown in the photos (with weddings held on the beach and along the waterfront with direct access to the water) is practically nonexistent. Even during low tide there was no possibility of " straying to the beach " but only to the area on the sand in front of the hotel that was saparated by large rocks blocking the strong waves. As far as I'm concerned it can be considered a very nice three-star hotel.

What an amazing experience! Is better than expected. The rooms are very big and clean. The staff is always available and smiley ready to help. If you are travelling to Praslin, this is the place to be! From here you can reach the port and the main beaches in around 20 mins. Mandatory to be seen Anse Lazio, Anse Georgette, Cote d’Or, Valle de mai, Curieuse Island. I have posted some pictures so is easier to have an idea about this place. Enjoy Seychelles 🇸🇨

Hotel is too much expensive for what you get. Very bad breakfast (poor, horrible breads, horrible juices, yeah it is unbelievable but it is possible on this hospitality). Food in the restaurant is very expensive like 30 euros for a simple pasta in a half board! You don’t have options...

The staff is kindly and the room is nice and well cleaned.

We stayed 6 days at Castello Beach Hotel and everything was perfect. We had the chance to visit Anse Georgette (which is close by walking distance). The bus station and many shops are right next to the hotel. You can enjoy the sunset right from the hotel beach. The breakfast was very nice, we had fresh fruits and fresh eggs prepared right in front of you. The rooms have been very clean, Vimalraj was very professional , we had beautiful flowers in the room. It was the perfect stay for our honeymoon.

Vimaltaj made really nice towel animals everyday. The staff was excellent! What a lovely place to be and stay. Everyday the room was very nice clean and tidy. We had a great service and now im just typing to get the minimum of 200 words. X

Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping (Raj) also very courteous and conscientious. Castello Beach is a wonderful location, right on the sea with stunning sunsets. We definetly enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was perfectly organized from the start, wonderful room, hotel and food. There was also great atrention for details from Vimalraj and Pramod who where our dedicated housekeepers, ans they have did wonderful job and made our staying more pleasent. Thank you for wonderful experience.
