Transfer Information To secure your seats for the transfer, please provide your arrival and departure flight details to the property at least 10 days prior to arrival. Kindly note that guests with international flights arriving after 22:30 or departing before 09:00 will not be able to travel to or from the resort on the same day, as no domestic flights operate during these hours. Domestic return transfer charges are applicable as follows: USD 500 per adult (12 years and above) and USD 250 per child (2 to 11 years). These charges are in addition to the room rates and must be paid at the time of booking or prior to arrival to confirm seats on the domestic flight from Velana International Airport to the nearest domestic airport to the resort. Children’s Policy • Children under 6 years dine free of charge when accompanied by an adult and following the booked meal plan (excluding alcoholic beverages). • A Green Tax of USD 12 per child, per night applies additionally. This tax is already included in the booking price for adults. Crystal All Inclusive Meal Plan Inclusions as below: • Breakfast & Dinner at Magu Restaurant, featuring an international buffet with daily changing themes and live cooking stations. • Lunch at Ocean Breeze over-water restaurant, offering modern European gourmet dishes. • A la carte lunch menu at Zero Degree poolside restaurant and bar. • Dinner flexibility: Guests choosing to dine in alternative restaurants will receive a food credit of USD 50 per adult. • Beverages: Ayada’s signature beverage menu is available in all outlets until midnight, including a wide selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails, selected fine wines, beers, premium spirits, fresh juices, milkshakes, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Payment & Verification : Guests are requested to present the same credit card used for booking at check-in or when making payment at the property. For security reasons, the property may contact the cardholder directly to verify the booking details. Drone Policy : For the safety and privacy of all our guests, the use of drones or unmanned aerial systems, including model aircraft for recreational purposes, is generally prohibited within the resort. However, upon request, limited use may be permitted in designated areas. Guests are kindly requested to check with their butler upon arrival for guidance and approval before operating a drone. A USD dining credit per adult is provided to guests when dining in alternative restaurants. Dining is free of charge for children aged 0–5 years when accompanied by an adult. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
