This is my family’s sixth time at the resort and each time is better than the last. We absolutely love it and the staff makes you feel at home and special. Yiting was our host and she was a pleasure as usual and made our trip absolutely amazing and unforgettable! Definitely coming back soon as it’s the best place to disconnect and be pampered!

From the moment we were warmly welcomed after a short, luxurious boat transfer from the airport, we knew we were in for something truly special. What impressed us the most: Villa and Privacy: Our villa with a private pool was the epitome of luxury – spacious, elegantly designed, and with direct access to a stunning white-sand beach. The level of privacy provided by the lush tropical vegetation is absolutely priceless. Gastronomy: The variety of restaurants is breathtaking. From modern Japanese cuisine at Tapasake to the authentic flavors of Botanica – every meal was a culinary masterpiece. Service and Staff: The service here is truly on another level. The entire team took care of us with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we felt completely at home in paradise. They created unforgettable moments that will stay in our hearts and memories forever. Great service! My butler Yting is really professional and responsive! She helped us a lot and cate about us! Everyone in the resort is so nice and welcoming! Warm atmosphere! It’s like a paradise! I want a lobster in OO’s 2024 menu, although they changed the menu twice and it’s no longer in the menu, they made it for me! Especially a missing ingredient, they find it to make it exactly the same! Thank you OO for bringing me great memories!

Dear One&Only Team, I would like to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay at One&Only with my family. We came for the festive season, and it truly was one of the best holidays we have had. Everything was exceptional, from the atmosphere to the service. We absolutely loved the variety of restaurants — being able to enjoy Japanese, Arabic, and many other cuisines was such a pleasure. We tried almost all of them, and our favorites were Tapasake & Fire — both were outstanding. My children were especially happy with the Kids Club. They absolutely loved the activities, the energy, and the warm vibes created by the team. Every day they came back excited, often bringing little giveaways and surprises back to the room, which made them feel so special. The New Year’s event was amazing!!!!!!! my husband and I were able to enjoy the celebration while the kids had a fantastic time at the kids’ corner. It was perfectly organized. I would love to mention all the Kids Club team members by name, but I’m afraid of forgetting someone - so I would like to sincerely thank everyone from the Kids Club team for giving my children such a joyful and memorable experience. I would also like to thank Housekeeping for the lovely gifts we received in our room. It was a beautiful and thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. Thank you once again to the entire team for creating such unforgettable memories for US. We are very grateful and hope to return again soon.

Perfect for couples in love! It is so beautiful and so well kept, the beaches, the roads, the villas, and you do not see people! The service is as kind as effective. We choose the healthy way: Gim, massage, sauna and spa everyday. Then beach until the sunset and dinner at our favorites, the Japanese and botánica. The price is high but worth it! We will come back every year. Bravo!

A place with the most rightfull name there is, One&Only. A place where you feel the genuine kindness and welcome from the second you touch their boat after landing to the last wave from them when you leave the resort. Here simply everything works and energy is simply incomparable to any other place. Its not just about amazing food that they offer, clean everything, best Spa we have ever visited, amazing beach club, Fandita, Tapasake& Tepanyake vibes or Botanica perfection with amazing mr Joseph in charge of its looks and the most tasteful food right from their gardens, its about each person working there that gives you the feeling that they enjoy being there as much as you. Each day they offer so many events that when you leave you wanna come back next week to attend them all. We always find superb experts/healers visiting in Spa and each of them gives us so many good feelings to take home and then work on what we've learned. I wanna thank each person that we've met this time, from team at the airport to all the waiters, chefs , Buggie drivers, healers, yoga teachers, spa team to the management team Mrs Larisa & Mr Jan: your building a simply superb, amazing, great & perfect story that is truly One& Only and we have always spent important days of our lives with you from rounded birthdays to weddings already 11 times and I can only assure you that we will definitely choose you also the 12th one! Unfortunately, our stay ended on a disappointing note. On our departure day, I arrived at breakfast just five minutes late. Despite informing my butler, I attempted to take some food from the already-cleared buffet, but the staff were not attentive or helpful, leaving us with a negative experience right before check-out. While we appreciated the Food & Beverage Director visiting our table, his responses were very harsh and abrupt. His condescending attitude and communication style were unpleasant and did not reflect the level of hospitality we expected. Throughout our stay, it was extremely difficult to find a waiter, (Beach Club) and orders often arrived late. For a bed & breakfast hotel, the beach operation should be far more efficient and proactive. Despite the very high prices, it was hard to receive value for money from the beach service. Our honeymoon at Reethi Rah One&Only was nothing short of extraordinary - an experience that exceeded every expectation and will stay with us forever. From the very moment we arrived in Malé, we felt exceptionally well cared for. We were warmly welcomed, our luggage was seamlessly taken care of, and we were escorted to the yacht for a breathtaking one-hour journey to the island. The arrival itself already set the tone for what would become an unforgettable stay. Upon reaching the resort, we were greeted with genuine warmth by Jan whose Swiss-German hospitality made us feel instantly at home. Our host, Rasheed, truly elevated our entire experience. He took the time to show us around the island and then introduced us to our stunning and spacious overwater villa #211, which we absolutely fell in love with. The villa was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with countless luxurious amenities. Every detail reflected perfection. It was attended twice a day beautifully by Zakee and team and we received a beautiful special every night. We would like to especially highlight Zakee- he went absolutely out of his way and this is the best what we ever experienced - and we have been to many gorgeous places all over the world. Choosing a favourite restaurant was nearly impossible, as every dining experience was outstanding in its own way. On our first evening, we dined at Tapasake, where we were welcomed by a fantastic team, enjoyed exceptional food, and loved watching sharks glide by beneath us. We also returned for pre-dinner drinks, as the sunset views there are simply magical. We were always catered fantasically by Arpan helping us to choose the perfect wine (even after Arzuaga was drunk out!) and Dilshan. On the second night, we enjoyed pre-drinks at Fandita, again accompanied by a spectacular sunset and wonderful service from a charming and very engaging young waiter. Dinner followed at the Treehouse, which was an absolutely magical experience. The setting, the atmosphere, and the beautiful decorations made the evening feel incredibly special. Our third night was spent with live music at Botanica, which became my personal highlight of the entire trip: thanks largely to Joseph. Not only was the food and atmosphere exceptional and hopelessly romantic, but Joseph took the time to show us the garden at night, which was truly impressive. Seeing zucchinis, chillis, vanilla, passion fruit, and various types of basil growing right there was fascinating! Especially the zucchinis, which I absolutely loved. The experience became even more special the following day when we returned to Botanica, planted our own olive tree, received a private garden tour, and even tasted fresh passion fruit. This moment was deeply meaningful to us and will forever be one of our most cherished memories. On our final evening, we returned to Tapasake, where we were once again welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere perfect, and the evening unforgettable. We enjoyed it so much that we even changed our original reservation elsewhere to return - something that speaks volumes about the team and the experience. From the chef to every single team member, Tapasake made us feel truly at home. If we were to highlight a few individuals who made our honeymoon so incredibly special, we would like to mention our host Rasheed first- every wish we had was fulfilled with such care and dedication. Joseph will always hold a very special place in our hearts for creating such meaningful and unforgettable moments. And of course, the entire Tapasake team, who turned every visit into something extraordinary. We also want to mention Zakee explicitly. His care deeply impressed us. This was, without a doubt, the perfect honeymoon. We enjoyed every single second and cannot recommend this experience enough. What a dream vacation — truly a special, unforgettable experience. I loved every minute here and honestly couldn’t have imagined a better stay. From the moment I landed, everything was seamless. I was greeted the second I exited customs, escorted directly to the yacht, and on the island within an hour. The welcome at O&O was warm and genuine — staff waiting, smiles everywhere, and my villa host giving me a full tour before taking me to the villa. The island itself is pristine and stunning, with lush greenery and an incredible sense of privacy. You rarely see other villas, which makes the whole experience feel intimate and exclusive. The only drawback was the presence of mini CAT bulldozers due to maintenance on certain villas; the sight of heavy machinery did detract from the ambiance at times. Ideally, this should be limited to very early morning or late evening when guests aren’t out enjoying the island. The service, however, is exceptional. Professional, polished, warm, and heartfelt — especially the Maldivian staff who added something truly special. My villa host, Hameed, was phenomenal: always available, prompt, and attentive, and he made my stay unforgettable. Rose’s unpacking service was wonderful, and housekeeping and turndown were consistently excellent. Buggy service was prompt but could be slow at times during peak periods. In villa dining was great as well. You could tell that the staff at O&O take a lot of pride in their jobs and in the resort. I really felt this consistently. I also truly loved the hands over heart greeting that EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER addressed me with. It was extremely heartwarming, and I felt seen, and valued as a guest. I stayed in Grand Water Villa #154, and it was gorgeous. Spacious, immaculate, beautifully designed — even the standard water villas are stunning. I loved the closet and vanity layout and the incredible bathtub overlooking the Indian Ocean. Absolutely breathtaking. The Grand Water Villas also come with a jacuzzi and a large pool; on rainy days the jacuzzi was pure heaven. And the ladder leads straight into the most magical lagoon. The dining is fantastic, especially breakfast — truly outstanding. The selection of cuisines across the buffet and à la carte menu makes it a dream. Service in the morning is warm, welcoming, and attentive. Tapasake was another highlight; the sushi was among the best I’ve ever had, and the restaurant itself is visually stunning. The main pool area beside Reethi restaurant is gorgeous, with the long infinity pool and then the other pool under the trees. Visually stunning. Lifeguards were always present, and helpful. Pool service was excellent. With regards to the activities, I did not really explore any of them. However, I did do the photoshoot, and while the photos were edited very well, I think the photographer could be better at guiding his subject into poses, and give better creative direction. I've done a lot of photoshoots around the world, and this one was not as well done as others. Still, very happy with the photos! Larissa, the resort manager, was also present throughout the stay, greeting guests and making sure everything felt personal and well looked after. Everything was fabulous. Overall I cannot wait to return!

Our vacation at One&Only Reethi Rah was, without exaggeration, absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment on the island until the day we left, everything was flawless: the attention to detail, the care of the staff, the peace, the beauty of the place, and the feeling that each day was created especially for us. The staff is exceptional – warm, professional, present without being intrusive. We felt genuine hospitality at every step and a true desire to make our stay perfect. The atmosphere of the island is unique: elegance, refinement, and breathtaking natural beauty. Our villa was superb — clean, bright, private, and incredibly comfortable, the kind of place that makes you never want to leave. The food was delicious, diverse, and impeccably prepared. Where do we start, our stay at the One and Only was absolutely a slice of heaven. The staff were the most accommodating and friendly, they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The resort, the facilities, the restaurants were out of this world! A special mention to Eugene- our host- she couldn’t have made our stay any better, Abdul gadhir, Aduham, Faiz and Isha waiters and waitresses were the nicest people and couldn’t of done enough for us. Larissa the general manager and Hussain the Airport manager were the kindest and most accommodating. Nothing was a big ask of them. We truly felt if we had to define paradise it would be our Stay at this resort. The personal touch that each staff member provides is a credit to each and every one of you, we understand why guests returns time and time again. We just returned from One&Only Reethi Rah, and we are already missing it more than anything. It’s hard to describe a place that looks like a postcard, every palm tree perfectly placed, every shade of blue somehow brighter than the last. The resort itself is pure luxury, but without ever feeling pretentious. Spacious villas hidden in lush greenery, private beaches that look like they belong only to you, sunsets that make time stop… It is beauty that constantly surprises you, even on the last day. From the moment we arrived, Jan and Larisa made us feel as if we were visiting dear friends rather than checking into a hotel. Every detail was planned with such warmth and care, and thanks to them, our stay truly became unforgettable. The sweetest part of our Reethi Rah story definitely belongs to Lajos — the pastry chef who turned every dessert into a little work of art. Huge thanks to Gato and Toto for turning the ocean into an adventure playground .. snorkeling, exploring, laughing… memories we will keep forever. Kindness and attention of Ksenija and chef Ilija, made every moment even more special — a true feeling of home on a five-star island. And a shout-out to Shippe, who helped us craft souvenirs with our own hands. We left with gifts that carry the sound of waves. O&O Reethi Rah is beautiful, extraordinary, luxurious — but what truly sets it apart are the people who pour their hearts into everything they do. Thank you for spoiling us, surprising us, and making it absolutely impossible to imagine another holiday destination next time.

One&Only is truly a beautiful place peaceful, elegant, and perfect for relaxing. The beaches were stunning, the island was spotless, and every corner felt calm! Every time my boys passed by the Kids Club, the team was welcoming and kind. A special thank you to Gigi from Kids club, for always greeting us withg such KINDNESS whenever we visited. We also met a lovely lady at Tapasake dinner (I unfortunately forgot her name) she was friendly and easy to talk to. We truly appreciated the friendly , warm feeling and the positive energy. And finally, thank you to Hussain. The food was GREAT!!! and we finally had time to rest with absolutely no stress.

We absolutly loved everything about our experience at Reethi Rah. Everyone who works there is so friendly, with a beautiful smile on their faces and making sure that your stay becomes a truly unique experience. The variaty of the food and restaurants is excellent and really good. We truly appreciated the privacy which each villa gives you, excatly what we were looking for. A little piece of heaven on earth. The lighting is soft and warm in the evenings, no cold LED lighting, which was much appreciated by us. The villas are very clean and have a nice setting. We definitly will go back to Reethi Rah.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We loved everything about this beautiful resort and its island setting. The warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention to our wonderful host, Manal, who went out of her way every day to ensure everything was perfect and that we were always happy and well looked after. We stayed in a beach villa and loved the tranquil lagoon and the privacy between each villa. Even the overwater villas were thoughtfully positioned around the island rather than lined up along a boardwalk, which added to the resort’s natural beauty. The entire property is stunning and immaculately maintained, and every restaurant offered breathtaking views of the turquoise lagoons and ocean. We also loved the unique jungle atmosphere of Botanica—it's the only restaurant without a view, but absolutely worth a visit. We’re already looking forward to returning to the beautiful One&Only. Our family had such a wonderful time. It’s a paradise… the sea… favorite restaurant it’s fanditha, the Arabic food was absolutely delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere there is magical. Kids love the kids club❤️🥰 The activities were creative, fun, and perfectly organized for children of all ages. The team is absolutely amazing, friendly, patient, and full of positive energy. A special mention goes to Gigi who is incredibly kind and attentive.. her warmth truly made a difference in our stay. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

This was not our 1st time returning to the One & Only Resort Maldives, and once again, the experience exceeded all expectations. Each time we return, we are reminded of why we fell in love with this island in the first place. The stunning surroundings, the world class service, and most of all, the incredible people who made every moment so meaningful. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Manal, whose warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly special. Her thoughtful care and genuine hospitality never go unnoticed, and she always adds a personal touch that means so much to us. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction played a big role in making this trip seamless and memorable from start to finish that made us come back for the 3rd time.
