Our stay at Zoëtry has been nothing short of exceptional. We love our room. It’s been kept clean and tidy, the bed is so comfy and you have pillows to pick from. The views from the property are outstanding. We’ve been lucky to see whales everyday and the staff has gone above and beyond for us whether we were relaxing at the pool or enjoying a meal/drink at their restaurant and bar. Erik and Raymundo by the pool were very attentive and very ensure we were taken care of by the pool. Alexis, Alan, Óscar, and Valeria were always so welcoming and a pleasure to interact with at Arroyo. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

It’s pretty rare that I find most everything at a hotel to be outstanding, but in the case of Zoetry Del Mar San Jose Los Cabo, I have to say it was. From check-in to check out the staff was amazing, Gabriel by the pool was always ready to serve you a drink or take your lunch order. Every morning Rosy would meet my husband with some fabulous gluten-free delight, Oscar, Antonio and Pavleth were amazing servers in the main dining area. Leonardo at the saltwater restaurant was also amazing and remembered our drinks from the night before. If you have a chance I would absolutely do the romantic dinner on the beach, we did for our anniversary. One last note besides our amazing beautiful room we could see the whales every morning and about 4 o’clock every afternoon, swim past the hotel, which truly made it feel magical. Upon checkout I felt the need to meet with the manager, Javier Sanchez to let him know about our experience

What makes this resort a perfect vacation destination is not how beautiful the grounds are or the high quality of the food on an all-inclusive, what makes this the best resort I have ever encountered is the people that are employed at the resort. Everyone made it very easy to enjoy our time here!! I would like to mention a few special people from our week long vacation: ERIK and OSCAR were so great everywhere we went they were ready to offer a drink or show us the best thing on the menu. Zacarias is so nice and patient with our lack of ability to make quick decisions and always offered the best options for lunch or dinner. Alexis does one great presentation for the tequila tasting and also so very nice. Rusty (pretty sure that is not his real name) was quick to bring a drink and also full of hilarious antics and maybe some not so true jokes - we all loved it and look forward to the availability of our Interval International exchange again.

El Arroyo - 2nd night and just delicious
Wonderful dinner! Daniel is the best! Mexican coffee show to end the night! Service was A+. The worst part of this dinner is that we leave tomorrow. Appetizers … both the northern Mexican menu and the regular menu. Dessert!!! Get the Churros! They are the best I’ve ever had.

My fiancé and I were debating on where to eat as we settled into Cabo on our first night: we are both extremely thankful we chose La Arroyo. Alexis and his boss Marco were beyond accommodating and so friendly: we were first sat at a table overlooking the poolside of the resort and ocean, but after a few minutes, Marco surprised us, and Alexis escorted us to a private enclosed table with the wine on display and the same view through an open window. For a decently busy Saturday night, they were extremely attentive. The food was delicious. We ordered the Tomahawk Steak that came with some shrimp, corn and mashed potatoes. Since the steak took a little while to prepare, we were given some small bites to eat in between. Bread was soft and warm, butter a little sweet for my liking but by no means unpleasant, corn ribs and soup were both a modern take on traditional Mexican flavors and tasted great. The steak was requested at medium rare, and came a little more rare than we prefer, but when we requested it be cooked a tiny bit more, they were receptive and friendly. The crust is seared to perfection with the fat cap rendered nicely. We asked for a nice bottle of wine that would pair well with the red meat and man, the recommendation was spot on: the Megacero went down too easy. After we finished the entree, we were greeted with another surprise. We ordered some vanilla pudding (flan) and they supplemented it with their churro and it was perfection. All in all, the experience, the staff, and food were amazing. Highly recommend enjoying this fine restaurant. Thank you Marco, Alexis, and team for a wonderful night!

The property is so peaceful and quiet. Lots of whales swimming very close to shore in February! The food and drink were hands down the best we've ever had at an all inclusive resort. All of the seafood dishes were divine. (we usually stay at Secrets all over Mexico). The staff were also so friendly! Erik down by the Bali beds/Saltwater restraunt was amazing...he tried to help me win a chess match against my husband (I'm terrible at chess). Alexis at the El Arroyo restraunt was also amazing, so funny and had us entertained all dinner. Thank you Zoetry! That was the perfect 7 day Canadian winter escape :)
