Pros:Great food, great staff, great location; clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. well kept hotel grounds. Cons: hotel is advertised as adults only but a few children were there; only 1 main pool and 1 roof top small pool; a bit difficult to adjust the air conditioner settings, had to call maintenance to reset it. Overall, highly recommended.

The staff and team were amzing! Its a chill vibe, and has mini activities theoughout the day. Food was great! I attended with adult family, however I seen a lot of couples while visiting.

I was staying with my wife for her birthday we had a fantastic time, Orville our server was great but what stand out the most was how the property were always clean and fresh. We will definitely come back to this property.

Our visit was lovely, service was impeccable, staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. I will definitely be going back. 5 stars across the board, from security, to the lobby, to the luxurious setting of the Jamrock restaurant, to the chef. Very impeccable to say the least.

We had very good service from Trisania, Paula, Marlon, M. Rose - security, & Shavon. They are very good ambassadors of your hotel. They are ready to assist. I needed some materials to complete a 45th anniversary card. All offered help! I like the café, the buffet, and the Roots Restaurant. We would visit again.
