There was a random man sleeping inside of my hotel room when my partner and I returned from a night out late at night. Trashed our room then passed out! The hotel hasn’t said anything or did anything to fix this issue. The ONLY THING they offered was to change the sheets. They gave us no explanation on how or why his keyed worked to access our room. The man even assaulted both my partner and I. The cops had to be called to get him to leave. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this place at all! And the gym is joke and extremely pitiful. 2 treadmills but only 1 works. The other has a ripped up tread floor.

This is a correction of a previous report regarding our visit. We had issues with the room category we had booked on-site, but this was resolved by the hotel after some time. What is truly fantastic, however, is how the hotel handled the situation afterward. They immediately reached out to us and resolved everything. The AC didn’t work in the first room either. Moved to a different room on the second floor but, Again it was nice but not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you have not been to the Pier House Resort and Spa you are missing the best place on Key West. The hotel, rooms. Food and drinks are spectacular. Staff is friendly and ready to make you feel comfortable. What we noticed is how quiet the resort is and how friendly the staff are. This will be a hard place to top for future trips. We will be back again for a longer stay for sure.

This resort is beautiful! The room was great. The patio was stunning surrounded with palms to give us privacy. The entire staff was absolutely amazing and made our stay so enjoyable. The location was great as well. We cannot wait to go back. We didn't get to enjoy the pool...

So glad we splurged and chose a waterfront room at this lovely hotel. Great location with easy access to Duval Street and Mallory Square. Especially enjoyed their sandy beach and lovely pool area. Ramon was helpful with restaurant info and booking us a fun sailboat cruise. We got lucky and were there for the Christmas boat parade which we could see right from our balcony. A perfect spot for our 3 night mini vacation.

The room was very clean, and every person we made contact with from the front desk, servers at the bar and restaurant were all excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would try to get a suite with the 180 balcony as the view is excellent there for sunsets. Although we didn’t have that room you can walk around on the patio past the restaurant and watch the sun set. The location is ideal, right by the action of Duval street, yet set off enough that when you come back to the room, you can open the patio door and hear the ocean! Perfection!

Been a long time fan of the pier house, and our four night trip this year was no exception. Weather was a bit of a challenge this year due to edge of hurricane rain, but all great in spite of Mother Nature. The accommodations, staff, and location were all perfect. Even caught some great pool time between cloudbursts (and bar hopping). The pool area is one of the best of the many places we have stayed over the years. Breakfast on the porch area was also terrific, and came with an extra perk on Thursday, with a front seat view of the boat races turn markers. Thanks Pier house for another great Key West stay.

Over priced. Very average hotel however, friendly staff and great location. Rooms were cleaned daily however the floors were not swept as we had sand all over the floor from the beach from the day we arrived. Food at the beach bar was nice. Would say 3 star hotel equivalent
