Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

We had an amazing stay at the Nobu Hotel! What we loved: The property is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a more secluded experience then Cabo San Lucas is for you. Tons of space! Blown away by the service - everyone was so nice, welcoming and extremely attentive. Their processes are very smooth and we didn’t have to worry about any of the excursion bookings we made, transportation or whenever you needed a single thing on property - just send a message or show up, and it’s all taken care of for you on time! Multiple pools which is really great especially since you cannot swim in the ocean in this area. The spa is incredible and we experienced the best massages we’ve ever had. I have never been so relaxed! Steam room, sauna, jet pool, hot tub, cold plunge and ice room were all really nice amenities. You can spend a few hours or even a full day in here! What we thought could be better: The food and drinks. We’d say it was good, but missing a wow factor. We tried The Restaurant (breakfasts), playabar, Nami and Cocina for lunches and Nobu and Ardea for dinner. Again, service was wonderful! But the food didn’t impress us, and the menu drinks were either too sweet or missing something. I recommend ordering drinks off menu (ie. Basic margarita). Overall we loved our experience and would absolutely stay again.

Some destinations stay with you long after you’ve returned home. Nobu Los Cabos is one of them. We celebrated our birthday here and left with a deep appreciation for the thought behind every detail. From the architecture and atmosphere to the service, every part of the experience felt intentional. The dining was outstanding, the pools were pristine, and the level of hospitality throughout the resort was second to none. Absolutely stunning from the moment we arrived. The design intentionally marries Japanese and Mexican culture, and it shows in every detail — the architecture, the views, the food, the energy. We spent multiple days here and did not have a single issue, not one, across every single interaction: the spa, kids club, dining, poolside service. After 15 years in hospitality myself, I don’t say this lightly - The staff’s warmth and professionalism was some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world!! Every single person seemed genuinely happy to be there, genuinely happy to serve — and that kind of consistency, day after day, is extremely rare. The property also strikes a rare balance: romantic enough for couples, warm enough for families, and spacious enough that it never once felt crowded or chaotic. Special thanks to David, our concierge, for making the whole stay absolutely seamless. We loved it so much we’re already planning how to come back. Cannot recommend enough!!

At Pacific Restaurant, Larry, Moises, Hugo, Lizbeth, and Javier provided exceptional service, remembering our preferences and making every meal a wonderful experience. The pool team—Oscar, Jesus, and Gustavo—were attentive, friendly, and always made us feel like valued guests. Even our evenings at the M Bar were made special by the outstanding staff. What impressed us most was how many team members remembered our names and anticipated our needs. That level of personalized hospitality is rare and made us feel truly at home. Best Birthday trip with my daughter at Nobu! Let me start by saying my daughter and her husband are Prive members with Nobu in Cabos and we therefore stayed at the Residences. Upon arrival we were greeted by Salvador and he was amazing! Salvador was there for our every need from booking activities, making dinner reservations and our every need. He is the greatest. Everyone and everything about Nobu was excellent.

That level of care gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy the incredible food. Nobu Los Cabos is truly a world-class resort, but it’s the people who make it extraordinary. Best long birthday weekend at the Nobu Hotel! From the room, and every drink, to each meal at all the restaurants. The swim up pool and bar was a favorite, great service by Martha! A big shout out to the pool life guard - Luis Tarango, best customer service I have ever seen! Thank you so much for taking extra care and attention to all the guests around the pool area! Hope the Manager reads this to give him much deserved job recognition!

The Nobu hotel was a magical experience. From the second you arrive you are greeted to a beautiful lobby and welcome drinks. The staff was all super friendly and attentive. The rooms were spectacular and spacious. The community activities were well thought out as we were there during the 4th of July and the World Cup. The spa is also small but very well put together to maximize all of your relaxation needs. Antonio was our local hotel ambassador (similar to a personal concierge) and he made it so easy to make reservations or plan any day trips we requested. He was truly a highlight of the experience. One note: renting a car will be super helpful if you plan taking trips often during your stay

We frequent this resort every year, and every year it feels like a homecoming. As members of the hotel's vacation club, we have gotten to know some of the staff, become accustomed to the experience and thoroughly enjoy our annual trip, here. Alexa and Raul were our butlers, they took exceptional care of us, and we really appreciate them. We always look forward to seeing Gustavo and Marco from food service, Alejandro from the sushi bar- he always takes exceptional care of my elderly mom and my kids. The coffee/gelato bar team is absolutely amazing. Anali, Leydi, Alejandra and the guys who work there get a special shout out from all of us. Hopefully they can start offering traditional cold brew at some point, too. Diamante has always felt secluded and safe the Hard Rock is adjacent to Nobu, and situated in the heart of an oceanfront/ocean view, golf community. This trip we referred our friends to come with us, and they really enjoyed themselves.

During my stay at Nobu Los Cabos, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ted Lima and Salvador Jimenez, and they both made my experience truly exceptional. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding from beginning to end. Ted Lima went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and always had a positive attitude that made us feel welcomed and valued. Salvador Jimenez also provided incredible service. Nobu was absolutely gorgeous it’s by far one of the most peaceful, relaxing and zen inspiring hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a ways from the airport just like anything in Cabo San Lucas and also a little farther than I wanted to be from the marina but it was definitely well equipped to be a stay-in hotel. David was my local ambassador and he did and exceptional job at handling all our needs he was critical in making this stay so memorable I would recommend this place until I’m blue in the face

The entire Nobu Los Cabos staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Salvador Jimenez, who was our local ambassador during our stay, was extremely thorough in making sure my wife and I had everything we needed along the way. This was our 3rd time visiting Los Cabos but our first time staying at Nobu and you can rest assured that we’ll be coming back to stay again. We also really appreciated seeing members of the landscaping team actively freshening up things around the property, which let us know that Nobu is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the property. Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

Where do I begin… Nobu is an absolute dream! I go to Cabo at least two or three times a year and have been doing so forthe last 20+ years. Nobu might be my most favorite day that I’ve had in Cabo. I was concerned about the remote location and it is kind of out there, it’s 25 minutes by car to downtown and I did miss going up to my favorite restaurants the San Jose Del Cabo area. But Nobu is the kind of place where you unpack and feel like you are in a dream and you don’t really need to leave the property. There are so many good restaurants and different pools and different vibes that it’s really worth just staying on the property. The service and food were absolutely top-notch. Salvador and Ted were our butlers and they were amazing every single day checking in, fantastic attitudes, so helpful just everything we could ever ask for we all loved it so much. We are planning a return trip and might even check into the residences . If you’re wondering, maybe you should go… Just do it. It’s well worth it.
