The food and service was wonderful. The location was exceptional.

Could improve: The bungalow was very clean, but the golf cart wasn't wiped down. I had to clean the cart windshield after the rain and dust accumulated.

Not crowded, space to enjoy the beach in private. Gorgeous location accessible directly from the room. Vegetarian options at meals. Mix of activities available as well as leisure time to ensure the surroundings.

A paradise for island adventures

Hidden gem, a paradise you must visit once in a life time. Location was perfect and staff were very personal not pretentious, especially loved our butler, Winston, he is truly genuine and trying everything to make your island life luxurious and enjoyable. Definitely worth going back.

Could improve: We traveled from west coast so flight time to getting to PLS was long but no complaints for ambergris cay.

The fact that you had your own golf cart to explore the island and nothing was off limits.

Could improve: we got a tour and noticed in some of the larger villa’s there were telescopes but not in the beach front rooms.

Ambergris Cay provides complimentary private transfers by air on a daily basis from Providenciales (PLS) to Ambergris Cay. To arrange for private transfers guests are asked to provide their flight information to Providenciales (PLS) at the time of booking. Additionally , when planning those flights please be aware that transfers to Ambergris Cay are only available during daylight hours. An Ambergris Cay representative will meet guests outside the Customs Hall in Providenciales. For more details, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided on this email. On occasion, our planes may be out of operation for routine maintenance and we may have to substitute transfer by one our private planes for a chartered flight on a domestic airline. If this is necessary, we will make every attempt to notify guests in advance. In this case, transfers will depart from the main terminal and not the Atlantic Aviation FBO (formerly Blue Heron).
