If anyone is on the fence about booking — DO IT. We had an amazing trip and would absolutely return! Food – 10/10 We ate at the à la carte restaurants every single night and had zero issues getting reservations. The Italian and the steakhouse were so good we went back multiple times. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We didn’t even bother with the dinner buffet. Breakfast buffet every morning was fantastic — made-to-order omelets, tons of bacon, fresh fruit, and so much variety. Service everywhere was warm and friendly. Room – 10/10 (Oceanview Upgrade = Worth It!) We upgraded to oceanview for $270 USD and it was the best decision. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to that view every morning was priceless. If you’re considering the upgrade — I highly recommend it. Entertainment & Location – 8/10 Bars on site run from 11am–11pm, and then most people head to 5th Avenue (literally one block away). We felt completely safe walking around at night and had a blast at the local bars on Saturday. The foam party at the resort was a highlight — 10/10 energy! It was a cooler week because of the Polar Vortex, so evenings were chilly (bring a sweater just in case), but daytime in the sun was perfect. Beach & Ocean There’s a smaller beach section with chairs and a beach bar right near our room, which was super convenient. Swimming directly there wasn’t ideal, but we walked a short distance to another area where the swimming was amazing. Honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. Watching the surfers from the beach and from our balcony was such a vibe. Flying with Porter – Highly Recommend We flew Porter and had a great experience. Minor delays (30 minutes there, about an hour back), but nothing major. Free wine and WiFi on the plane was a nice touch — and they’re generous with the refills 😉. Overall, we had the best time — great food, great vibe, perfect location, and we felt safe the entire trip. If you’re considering it, I’d book with confidence!

I stayed at this resort for 5 nights with my cousin for a girls trip and we had a great time! The location can't be beat, literally steps from 5th Ave shopping/entertainment. I also can't rave enough about the food, everything was absolutely delicious and a ton of options. Definitely try Off The Hook, the sushi bar. Shout out to Brayant (buffet & Off The Hook), Marcelo (Buffet), Erika (Buffet) and Ricardo (front desk) for the amazing service. All other staff were also great but those ones stood out. Also LOVED the coffee and pizza shops! Some areas for improvement. We had a standard room which was small and definitely needed an upgrade but you don't spend much time in your room. No mimosas for breakfast which sucked and bars are only open 11am-11pm so if you want a late night drink you are out of luck. Also, if you are a beach person, this is not a resort for you. Beach is very small and getting in the water is almost impossible without water shoes as it is VERY rocky. The pools are nice but super cold. All in all though we had a fantastic time at this resort and I would absolutely cone back if the price was right!
