This resort is amazing. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it was such a pleasure to just hang out, but lots to do as well. Paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! I was endlessly entertained by watching all the sea life right from the dock! Parrot fish, needle fish, a barracuda...

This resort is amazing. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it was such a pleasure to just hang out, but lots to do as well. Paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! I was endlessly entertained by watching all the sea life right from the dock! Parrot fish, needle fish, a barracuda chasing small fish, and a dolphin! We stayed in one of the motel rooms; very big and comfortable. Already booked for a whole week next year in one of their adorable cottages. And I’ll bring my snorkel gear this time! Highly recommend!

Literally just got here this morning and the front desk Staff “Lilly” was very nice and kind…. The property was being maintained by the maintenance upon arrival to a beautiful view…. Clean and beautiful rooms , NO BUGS, …. Breakfast truck , amenities including bike riding, clean pool, boats …. Overall very nice !

The sweetest vacation spot for a couple! My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the cottages which was so charming. The resort is beautiful, clean, and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The resort is in an amazing location in Tavernier with lots to do both at and around the area (we also drove less 15 min to islamorada for bars, restaurants, and jet ski rentals!). From the firepit, to the free kayaks and paddleboards, to the pool, and all the amazing sunset views in between. I could not reccommend this resort enough!!

Beautiful property with Peaceful serenity surrounding you. Outdoor Games, beautiful pool and lots of seating to nestle down and read and relax, this property literally has something for everyone. Each detail inside and out makes this the perfect home away from home getaway. You can wake up in the morning and go for a paddleboard / kayak ( either readily available) on the crystal clean Atlantic water to watch the sun peek through the trees as it rises. You may even spot a family of manatees feasting on a bed of grass just to the left of the property, this was the perfect addition to our trip. There is access to launch and boat dock exclusive for guest if you want to bring your water craft with you for even more fun in the sun . After a fun day in the sun, we had plenty of delicious restaurants close by to enjoy. We can’t wait to go back in the near future.

The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy but otherwise that was the only detraction to an otherwise lovely stay.

Unfortunately we were not able to go to the resort due to a canceled flight. However, even though it was the day of arrival the resort refunded us our entire deposit. They were incredibly generous and I look forward to visiting them soon. They made it very easy for us....

Absolutely love this place. Cute, quaint and right on the water. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are impeccably clean. There are chairs and tables all over the property with great views. If you're looking for a place to relax and decompress, this is it!

Amazing experience from beginning to end. From the staff, to the cleanliness of the resort, to the endless amenities. Breathtaking views and ultimate attention to detail make this resort one of a kind. We will definitely be returning time and time again.

The owners have done an amazing job carving out a beautiful resort amidst a lot of houses and irregular shore front. Our one bedroom was nicely furnished with a comfortable shaded porch and nice small kitchen, but the best part is the common areas. There are shaded and unshaded spots to sit along the shore and a nice swimming area in the bay (as well as a nice pool.). Nothing ever felt crowded. The paddle boards and kayaks are easy to use. There are also two communal gas grills. The clientele is quite eclectic, with people from around the US and several parts of Europe. We met a few people who have been coming for years. Having said all this, it’s a pretty high price for a small resort that’s fairly close to a busy road, and not very close to a lot of attractions. The free breakfast is also pretty disappointing. But all in all, if you like a small homey place, it has many good things to offer.

We stayed 2 nights in Tropical Cottage No 1 and it was fantastic. The cottage was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable that we slept well. The kitchen area seemed well equipped although we ate out so didn't use the facilities, the large fridge was great for keeping the beer and wine cool!! The pool and beach area were well tended and all staff were friendly. There were kayaks, paddleboards, life vests, bikes, cornhole, bbq available for use. The bay area was perfect for canoeing and there was plenty of space in the resort for sitting in the sun or finding some shade. The cottages little tiki hut deck had chairs and table too so was great for taking in the amazing view! We drove to nearby restaurants for food although there is an Italian within walking distance. We walked to The Blond Giiraffe Key Lime Pie Factory for delicious key lime pie and coffee. Would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely return.
