Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff was always friendly. Our assigned concierge, Jean Paul, was especially helpful and responsive, helping with restaurant reservations and taxis. I think the service at the restaurants could be more efficient. For example, the hostess would know our allergies, but the waiter would not, which is more important. During high season, make sure to book a spa appointment ahead of your stay. Overall, great hotel but it is far from most off-campus restaurants.

Nobu is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous design and fantastic food, but the people who work there are what make it a truly incredible experience! Ted Lima, our concierge, went above and beyond every day to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Super helpful with reservations and recommendations, he also went far out of his way to find us a pair of binoculars so we could watch whales all day on the beach! You can see them from the beach unaided, but it is an exhilarating experience to see the up close and without interfering with their migration. Ted absolutely made this trip wonderful! We are so grateful! Manuel was our server at the beach cabanas and was an absolute joy! He provided great service of course, and also made it a point to learn about us and make a real connection. He is a charming, warm person who made our Christmas special! Finally the manager of Pacific (I am so sorry I am forgetting his name!) was naturally knowledgeable and professional, and also made it a point to be kind and helpful at every opportunity, making us feel welcome as friends, not just as guests. While Nobu is obviously the star restaurant attraction, we loved Pacific. Fantastic food and ambience! We would dine there every night if we could! If you like salsa picante, they have an amazing habanero ash salsa that will change your life

Gorgeous property with fabulous 5 star service. We loved every minute of our stay. Relaxing vibes at all 3 pools and staff who know how to be there when you need something without being overbearing. The spa is wonderful and all of the restaurants offer great food and excellent service, while pricy. The location is off the beaten path and works best for a vacation where you stay at the resort the whole time. It’s not very convenient for going to restaurants in downtown Cabo or San Jose Del Cabo. It’s a bit more adult oriented though kids are ok.

Upon arrival I was greeted with refreshments and friendly faces. After I checked in Jean Paul introduced himself and walked me to my room. After getting to my room, I explained to him that I needed a charger for my phone he quickly went to the retail store to fetch me one, once he got back, he made reservations for a spa day in dinners for stay. He also was available via phone 24 hours when I needed him. He was very helpful and made my trip memorable. When leaving for my trip, I checked out and the mail at the desk told me that he would let me know when my transportation arrived, but he didn’t & my Transportation left while I was waiting in the lobby. The staff then informed me that I would have to pay for a taxi to get to the airport. I contacted Jean Paul and he fixed the situation quickly so I could make it to the airport on time. I am very thankful for him.

This was our second time staying at Nobu in the past three months. We enjoy that the resort never feels crowded and has that boutique style quality. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome & looked after. Our personal concierge Salvador was so gracious, reaching out daily to see if we needed anything! The rooms are spacious & very clean, with staff coming in 2-3x per day to freshen things if needed. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere with amazing hospitality and views, I highly recommend Nobu.

Wonderful property and location made outstanding by the excellent concierge services from Napoleon Ramirez and his associate Ted Lima. Their attention to fast service and resolving inquiries was the best I’ve ever experienced in 30 years of traveling. All requests were met with speed, great support, and friendly follow up including assisting us with minor medical issues on site. If you can upgrade or reserve a private pool it’s worth it! Overall the food was excellent and staff friendly and very attentive. I will definitely return to Nobu Los Cabos again and again not only for the great resort, location, and amazing sunsets, but to experience the wonderful service and friendships formed with Napoleon and Ted. Great people who take pride in their professionalism!! These two gentlemen are second to none!

Samuel was so kind upon arrival helping us with baggage and during check out! Salvador our concierge was also responsive and helpful during our stay. A few things I would like to point out is that they never mentioned the pool table, ping pong table or other little amenities on property we would have liked to use. I also wish they would ask if we would like a tour of the property we didn’t see where the pickleball courts were or anything. The staff is extremely kind and the pools are clean another downside is 44$ taxi every time leaving the site as uber is not allowed onsite. The nobu restaurant was definitely our fav meal and property is extremely clean and quiet

Every dish at the restaurant was beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients and unforgettable flavors. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxing, and perfect for our group. I can not say enough good things about Nobu Cabo. If you want to go to a place and unplug, this is it. Beautifully peaceful, quiet and luxurious. The food is outstanding and I dine at some of the top restaurants in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to see the whales migrating. I had to see easily 100 whales over the five days.Just a couple hundred yards off the shore. The service is great and the help very friendly.

Staying at nobu was so calm and easy. The food was amazing, bed was comfortable, rooms were very nice. Salvador helped me the entire way through my stay. He helped with bookings, getting refills on any needs, and questions he would answer the second I texted. He also made sure to text me throughout my stay to make sure I was comfortable or things happening in the hotel. You are lucky if you get him to help assist you.

Nobu Los Cabos is the epitome of a perfect vacation! Everything - from the food and hospitality to the service, ambience, and interiors - is truly impeccable. We’ve visited three times now, and each stay has been exceptional. What consistently stands out most is the level of service. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and willing to go out of their way to make our stay special. A huge shoutout to Senen Guerrero, our Prive Experience Manager Prive. Senen went above and beyond in every possible way—he was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and always just a text away whenever we needed help with reservations, room service, or literally anything at all. His warmth and professionalism elevated our entire stay, and he’s a big reason we’ll keep coming back. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had—especially at Ardea and Muna— plus the coffee. pastries and the service at the coffee bar is incredible. The entire property is stunning. Every space is beautifully designed, serene, and spotless. Nobu Los Cabos truly feels like my happy place. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’m already planning my next trip back!

I always feel so well taken care of at NOBU Los Cabos. Their staff and facilities are incredible. Salvador and Mariana are so attentive and always available for anything I needed. Salvador and Mariana knew that I was there for work and would always check in with me throughout the day to see how they could assist me and make sure I still was able to enjoy my stay at all times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nobu where all our needs were taken care of. The room we had was ground level and had a private pool off the patio. Many rooms have pool access off the patio, but only the select wing we were on had privacy screens for a feeling of having our very own pool. Of course there are other pools to go to if you want as well. Food was outstanding in every location across the property, too. The beach is beautiful, but it is not a swimming beach due to the tides and currents making it dangerous, and they do ensure you don't go into the ocean. But it is great for a stroll in the sand, watching a sunrise or sunset, or even the whales, stingrays and other sea life! For the golfer, there are multiple options surrounding the property and nearby. We don't golf, but still enjoyed watching and visiting those areas. It is a bit of a drive from the airport and downtown, but for an exclusive and full-service resort, it was just right!
