Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco Resort

The courtyard by Marriott is so nice. When we arrived by boat my husband realized I just booked a regular room. My mistake. Marlon Allen was so gracious and accommodating, and was able to get us a suite. Very thankful for his help. Our room was super spacious with great AC. Customer service was top tier. Will be booking again! Atmosphere was beach chic. Very affordable, super clean! Not noisy, at all. The amenities are great because you can dock there, and you can use the neighboring properties amenities as well plenty of pools.

Krystle was amazing—she was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. It’s clear that she makes it her mission every day to ensure her customers are happy and well taken care of. The location is great, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

This is a really nice hotel and classier than most Courtyards that I’ve stayed at. It has a nice gym, and a good pool area with island vibes. They have some games set up around the property for kids and good coffee in the lobby for free. Marlon, on the desk, was exceptionally helpful, polite and professional. There are several good restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy as well.

The hotel was relatively calm and quiet. We didn't hear any noise from other guests rooms at all during out stay. Property, common areas, and rooms were all clean and neat. Price was reflective of the area. Had to drive an hour to get into Key West but the cost was much more affordable and the drive to and from was beautiful. Only downside is that even though there are 2 pools, they aren't "large" and when people start brining in floats for kids the pools get smaller. The showers are great though! Very good water pressure! Restaurant on site closes at 9, would've been nice if it was open later to enjoy after enjoying the day off property. Staff was friendly and professional.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff made our visit even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Marlon at the front desk, who checked us in. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His outstanding customer service set the tone for a great stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. So glad I pocked this hotels due to the reviews and location. Couldn't have been more perfect. Arrived at 12:00 noon and our room was ready! Delvin at the front desk was very informative and polite. He recommended us to 2 great restaurants and they were spot on what we were hoping for. Our room was spacious and clean. Never expected the hotel to be as upscale as it is. It’s more like a resort than a hotel on a busy street. To top it all off, the hotel next door is the Hilton and we were allowed to spend time there as well. They even allowed us to get a late check out at 12:00. Cant wait to return!

What an AMAZING WEEK! From the minute we were able to walk onto the property, we were welcomed and felt at home. We weren't able to get our room right away, however we were able to immediately able to use all facilities. The infinity pool was clean, comfortable and gave us endless views towards the water. The value of what we received went above and beyond what we would have gotten at any other huge 2000 room resort: Clean,Comfortable/Stocked rooms, GREAT showers, Personal service, food was amazing, and the sunsets NEVER disappointed. We met friends each night, it wasn't loud, we weren't surrounded by boats (as in the next door resort that we had shared privileges with", and the bartenders became our personal friends. 1) Derek - Mixologist God - Anything he makes TRY...he is a gift, knows his craft and is an amazing person. 2) Angela - Queen of the World - She has been all over and can also mix a great cocktail. Talk to her about her adventures, where she has been. She is also an amazing real estate agent!!! Need to buy or sell a home? She is the one. 3) Patricia - Host/Server - She KNOWS the island and can give great hints and where to find things that only locals know. She is ALWAYS happy, smiling and beautiful inside and out. Finally the Bosses - Max and Jennifer - They run the ship and they do it well. They listened, shared stories, helped us, and made our week the best we could have ever imagined.
