We had our wedding at SKY Ayana and stayed at the hotel for a few days with our family as well. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and generous throughout our stay, and they played a big part in making our wedding preparations much smoother and less stressful. Our stay was equally pleasant — the team went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful to the entire team for helping make such an important occasion even more memorable.

What can we say...we chose Ayana for our family holiday/wedding and what a choice it was! The hospitality at this place is beyond exceptional. Every detail in our villa was perfectly planned and executed. The private butler, the twice a day turn down service, we didnt even need to open and close our blinds! That's all before you step out of your villa. Wait staff who go above and beyond to cater for you. Delicious food in every venue, with views like you wouldnt believe. Assistance in getting the best seating possible. The experience was incredible. Like being treated like royalty. Bagus and Angel took so much time and care leading up to our day to ensure everything was perfect, and perfect it was! The decorations, the planning, their patience. It really was the whole package. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Perfect Wedding Venue for our daughters wedding! We honestly could not have asked for a more incredible wedding experience. From our very first visit checking the venue out through to the wedding day itself, every member of the team went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring everything ran smoothly. No request was too much trouble, and their attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. The management team deserves enormous praise for their organization, communication, and dedication. They made the planning process stress-free and ensured every detail was executed flawlessly on the day. Their experience and professionalism were evident in every aspect of the event. Our incredible wedding planner from “Sealed With a Kiss” said she felt fully supported by the team at Ayana which made her job and vision for our event so seamless to carry out. A special thank you to the chefs and catering team of Ravi and Ranjit. The food was simply outstanding and received countless compliments from our guests. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and prepared to the highest standard. Many of our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they had ever enjoyed. We didn’t need to have any external caterers. We were offered Indian, Chinese, Balinese and continental food, all delicious and prepared by Ayana chefs. Every cuisine was delicious. The venue itself was stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for both the ceremony and reception. We had nine events and Ayana offers a multitude of venues which added a change and excitement to all the events. Each space offered a different view and perspective to the event. Everything looked beautiful, and the entire wedding exceeded our expectations. We also chose Ayana as our wedding venue because of the beautiful landscaped grounds, the range of the facilities, pools, spa, children’s play areas, exclusive restaurants available to add to the guest experience. The trolleys at Ayana added to the experience and were so efficient and reliable. The villas were another reason to pick this resort. They were huge, private, well staffed, and beautiful for the family to have a home away from home. Spacious and luxurious. It was a beautiful place to have our private moments before and after the ceremonies. I loved the fact that all our guests were exclusively allocated rooms at Rimba resort, so guests could stay close together which made it easy for them to assemble for breakfast, to have their hair and makeup team close by and for them to be able to meet up between events if they chose to hangout (which they all loved). As mentioned before, the event management team of Ardi , Dika and Agatha (so professional, so accommodating, nothing was too hard or impossible). The management team was present at every event to make sure that everything ran smoothly for the family and the events team. We are incredibly grateful to to you for helping create memories that will last a lifetime. A huge thank you Ardi, Dika and Agatha. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, with excellent facilities that made our holiday both relaxing and enjoyable. Every aspect of the property exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the entire team. A special thank you goes to Manager Ni Wayan Eka, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine care ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to guest satisfaction was remarkable. We would also like to acknowledge all of the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Their dedication and hospitality made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. This hotel sets a very high standard for service, facilities, and guest experience. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I booked a 4 night stay at Ayana’s Villa with an ocean view. The resort is breathtaking! We were greeted by the staff with a flower lei, refreshing drink, and cold towel. Since we chose the villa, we had a private buggy and assistant. It was easy to communicate via app to request buggy rides, order room service, amenities, and just ask general questions. Our villa was soooo beautiful and we had a private pool! All the staff were so professional, welcoming, and kind. The restaurants my husband and I mostly ate at was Dava for their complimentary breakfast and Toge! We enjoyed shopping at the resort shops and loved the Saka Museum which is complimentary for resort guests! We also had the Kubu Beach Picnic included in our package and the food was delicious! There are so many activities to do at Ayana. Everyone truly made us feel welcomed and feel extra special!

Beautiful and luxurious resort in Ayana estate. Estate has a couple of more hotels. Ayana Resort is just amazing. At the cliff. Stayed in Ocean view Room. It has a small balcony as well. Resort has multiple pools and multiple restraunts. You can even have food at restraunts of other hotels in the Estate. A shuttle service is provided. The Rock Bar is a must. You need to reserve yourvtable in advance. Ensure that you get a table with unhindered view. Also reserve a table which is on a higher ground unless you want to get wet by waves. Get seated by 5 pm to enjoy the Sunset. It's a lifetime experience. Don't take a table behind the pillar of the place for suite/ villa guests. Food at Padi restraunt is amazing. Even Indian food is exceptional at Padi.

Celebrated two birthdays here and Ayana delivered beyond what we expected. Before arrival, Hari from Guest Relations reached out personally and arranged a complimentary birthday cake. That small gesture set the tone for the entire stay. We received a room upgrade and the whole team made our family feel genuinely welcomed throughout. Our boy spent most of his time at the Rimba Kids Club and absolutely loved every moment. A special mention to Austin, one of the educators there, who created memories our children will talk about for a long time. That kind of care is rare and worth calling out. If you are traveling with family and considering Ayana, do it. The experience lives up to the reputation. We will be back.

This is 2nd time we choose Ayana Resort Bali. Last time was 10 years ago, we celebrated our honeymoon here, it was a memorable experience. This time we take our family here to enjoy a nice vacation. Appreciate Tracy upgraded our room, we like the ocean view from the balcony. And Harem is also nice and helpful. We like the atmosphere and service here.
