Recommend this hotel very highly. Friendly and informative staff. Excellent food for All inclusive Hotel. Many choices..3 restaurants that require reservations and then the Marketplace buffet which is open for 3 meals and all you can eat! There are a couple of other options for light bites. Amazing swimming pool and beach (which is the Doctors Cave Beach. Met some very neat international guests. Fantastic accommodations. Recommend the ocean view roomsaaa

Superb hotel, staff are charming and professional with excellent service mentality. Food was the best we have ever had in an all inclusive environment. Room was huge, stylishly decorated and clean. The pool was fabulous. Location being a 5 mins drive from the airport after a 10 hour flight was perfect and never heard planes during the stay. We would definitely recommend it to discerning travellers.

We stayed in the sky suite with ocean view for our honeymoon and it was absolutely blissful with stunning views. The room was gorgeous and the sunset at night truly magical to see. The facilities were fantastic, we enjoyed a really relaxing couples massage, and the food was absolutely delicious. Staff very friendly and professional, always making sure your drinks were topped up, and there were plenty of activities by the pool on days we decided to relax at the hotel. Highly recommend staying here. We have fallen in love with Jamaica and will definitely be returning! Thank you S Hotel! Xx

Amazing! It was a magnificent experience. Upon our arrival, we were given signature snack packs so that we could munch on them as we relaxed after the long journey. Honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. The grounds are picturesque and provide an intimate atmosphere because of the excellent use of space and carefully chosen décor. I loved that Jamaican culture was woven throughout the hotel as well, with life-sized statues of iconic Jamaican figures like Jimmy Cliff, Usain Bolt and Marcus Garvey. The food was amazing, especially the poolside offerings such as the jerk chicken and fries, the jerk chicken wrap, and the fruit punch mix—not to mention the oxtail at the buffet and the meals at the restaurants. Also, one of the waiters thoughtfully remembered that one of us was celebrating a birthday, and the surprise—complete with singing and a beautifully plated slice of cake with “Happy Birthday” written in pastry icing—made the dinner even more memorable. Thank you! Furthermore, what truly enhanced this experience was the customer service—just wow! When I made the reservation with S Hotel and contacted them, I was treated patiently and provided with all the necessary information to ensure everything was perfectly arranged. I honestly felt like I was already at the hotel even before arriving, simply because of the excellent customer service. I will forever cherish that experience. Also, be sure to take a trip to the beach. We had the opportunity to see stingrays early in the morning, and it was a wonderful reminder of the beauty of the tropical island. Overall, this place truly deserves to be the number one all-inclusive hotel in Jamaica. They outdid themselves—wow, just wow. Thank you!

A perfect vacation to celebrate my anniversary. The location was ideal as it provides easy access to the town of Montego Bay. The atmosphere of the hotel was serene and quiet despite being in the heart of the town. Our room was super clean and cozy and allowed us to be comfortable while being taken care of. The customer service was exceptional from the security at the entrance to the staff inside. Our favorite place was the beautiful pool area with the lounge bed ideal for chilling and reading. IT WAS WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY.....A PRICELESS EXPERIENCE.
