Location is great for walking to nearby restaurants and the town. It wasnt overly crowded. We did do their all inclusive package. Not really necessary for this property. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room was high up facing the lagoon. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Helpful staff. Another great stay despite a few obstacles. The staff, especially Zahrya, RiAngelo, Alexis, and Michelangelo provided excellent service and solutions to issues. We had no hot water in our shower for 3 out of our 10 days, but the issue was well handled and we were assisted with relocation to a better room. We were, however, compensated for our inconvenience.…
