Park Hyatt St. Kitts

We just completed a Xmas week stay at the PH and had a nice experience. The facilities are modern, the food is pretty solid for an island resort, and the pool /beach setup is great. The feel of the resort was large enough to not feel cramped but small enough that everything is a short walk away. We traveled with two kids under 10. Between the activities on site (non-motarized boats), basketball, water trampoline the top goolf suite) the older one was preoccupied while the younger one appreciated the zero entry pool and Camp Hyatt activities. S’mores at night was a hit too. For Xmas and New Years week there were a number of special options: From kids activities (bingo, pizza making, rock painting, snow globes) to parades to special dinners (some buffets, some plated) with live entertainment essentially every night. Booking these were not a hassle at all. For many you could just show up. Getting a lounge wasn’t hard either. Some families def played the “reserve and dash” game, not show up for hours, if ever, and even so there was a pool or beach chair around A couple of points of prior reviews: 1) There’s ample food options at the hotel and ample off-site in either walking and/or a short car ride away. Our globalist perk helped defray the daily breakfast cost. Shout out to Orchid Bay Restaurant. 2) The basketball hoops are gone from the pool. sorry about that child getting hurt but the hotel did act. 3) The staff is friendly but yes, it doesn’t give you the warm and fuzzies. Most of the weak reviews are re: Globalist dissapointment. I stay in over 100+ Hyatt nights a year (No CC BS status). I was acknowledged at checkin. I got a note and chocolates in my room. I got my free breakfast and a later checkout. It met my expectation. 4) We went to the FS one day. Got a day pass cabana. The place is nice but a completely different vibe then the PH. Pools don’t compare at the FS (Ie better at PH). Beach is bigger but sea water is rougher given location (we think). We enjoyed the PHs beach (particularly the clean water). 5) To take the next level. PH should come around with refreshments at the pool or lite bites. . They should have a pool attendant and beach attendant to help with towels. There’s plenty towels and umbrellas for DIY. They should up their concierge game (in person). We found when we reached out over email or whatsapp they were very good but it was more reactive then proactive. 6) If you do water activities have them pick you up from the PH dock! Jetskiing, parasailing, jet boating. Tubing. It’s all easily accessible with St Kitts Watersports at the beach legitimately 5 min. away.

We just spent 5 fabulous nights at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts with our 9 and 11 year old kids. The property is just gorgeous. Every step you take is beautiful. We loved watching the monkeys, listening to the birds, sitting at the blue ocean and hanging at the pool. Most of all, we loved the staff! Everyone was exceptionally warm, with the biggest smiles and even knew all of our names. The were so helpful with everything we needed. I also had the best massage of my life at the spa. We can't wait to come back!!

This is our fourth trip to PH St Kitts and obviously we love it that we keep returning! We traveled with our 3yo daughter as well as our parents so this was a multi-generational trip - everybody had an amazing time. From the moment you arrive, a weight is lifted off your shoulders and the constant sea breeze through the palm trees ushers in a sense of calm. The staff have become like family to us over the years; we genuinely look forward to seeing T-Shanda and Oral at checkin, Tisah at breakfast, Tasha and Chef Terrance at Fishermans Village for dinner each year! We were in a deluxe plunge pool suite for this stay, which I highly recommend, especially if you have kids in tow - it allows for extra pool time even when the kiddo needs a break. But we've stayed in almost all the room types at this point and none of them disappoint. We've seen the resort evolve over the years and have been happy to see more and more families coming than when it first opened; our daughter easily made friends with others her age at the pool this time and it was so much fun for her! (If you're looking for a quieter day, they also have a huge adults only pool area that is very peaceful, waterfalls drown out the noise of the family pool below). We were very happy to see improvements this year included new towel huts around the pools and beach areas, much nicer cushions for the loungers as well! Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed the resort's Lobster Fest on Saturday night! Its a bit pricier than the longstanding one at Reggae Beach Bar down the road, but we thought the food was actually much better.

We spent four days with friends at the Park hyatt St. Kitts, and had one of the most memorable vacations of my life. The customer service was way beyond our expectations. Every single staff member we came in contact with was friendly and accommodating, and professional, and went above and beyond. Oral was extremely informative and helpful. The facility itself is beautiful and spread out, so we never felt crowded. The stargazing class is one of the highlights Percival the gentleman who gave the class was so knowledgeable, and I can’t believe how advanced the telescope was that he used. I was joking and calling it the little Hubble. Food was exceptional. We did a cooking class that was extremely enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the park hyatt st kitts The resort is simply beautiful with easy access to the beach and huge infinity pool The food at the restaurants was delicious and well prepared. The chef was happy to accommodate our kosher needs The spa is one of the nicest I've been to and the massage was fabulous The gym was well equipped and open 24 hours The staff is truly amazing! They made sure our every request was met with a smile They made our stay so memorable- we cant wait to go back!

Truly beautiful and wonderful experience at the Park Hyatt and on both St. Kitts and Nevis. The staff was really great. Cannot say enough about the Liamuiga Coffee Farm Lunch Tour (National Geographic Best of the World 2024) in the rainforest and our private sunset sail with Captain Ben and Niki with Coconut Sail. Both were AMAZING!!! . Also loved the astronomer experience at the resort. Dined at Orchid Bay, Drift and at the Four Seasons,... recommend them all! Also go to Sunshine's on Nevis. Totally fun. Bring your college flag and they will hang it! You can walk on the beach from there to the Four Seasons. Call Alvin Tours on What's App for taxis, we always had the same person driving us around which was awesome. Use Hollywood taxi on Nevis. They were great. Used Islander for water taxis, call them directly on WhatsApp. They will pick you up right from the Park Hyatt dock and you pay at the dock in Nevis, r/t was $22 pp. My family absolutely LOVED this vacation. It was a perfect mix of luxury, privacy, off property experiences and great food!

A very pleasant experience. We were welcome at our arrival and upgraded to a suite, which was of a very high quality level. Although the hotel had a high occupancy it always felt relaxed and tranquil. The location is somewhat out of the way and would require a car or the use of taxis to get around if you wish to leave the hotel grounds. There are a few amenities within walking distance. The staff from reception, housekeeping, dining and gardeners are friendly and welcoming. It’s a true 5 star experience but not cheap. I would recommend.

The hotel was very good, not quite 5 star, more like 4.5. Staff were excellent, Breakfast very good. Pools was pleasant and the beach nicely located. Beach bar was ok. A little sterile Being overly critical: Seaweed should be cleaned up daily Fisherman’s Village should be open every day through to the evening. Music would be nice Cans were not readily available and had to be ordered. Stone Barn restaurant was disappointing Some stores would be nice

We spent few days at Park Hyatt St. Kitts at Christophe Harbour, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The property is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean, calm, and well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. What really made the trip special was Virender Singh, the restaurant manager. On our first day, we told him that our son has celiac disease, and he immediately took care of everything. Every meal after that was handled with such care and attention. As a vegetarian family, we were a bit worried at first because there weren’t many veg options on the menu, but Virender and his team went out of their way to make sure we had great meals every day. They were always kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our needs. The drinks around the resort were excellent, and the staff in general were friendly and helpful. The only small things I’d point out are that the beach area could use a few more staff and activities, and the ice cream shake counter was closed when we were there. We also had to look around for someone to help set up the beach chairs and towels, but once they did, it was all smooth sailing. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. The service from Virender and his team really stood out and made our vacation stress-free and memorable. We’d happily come back again!

This was my 2nd time staying at PH St Kitts and I was just as impressed as my 1st visit. I decided to plan a birthday celebration for my sister. There were 4 of us that stayed at PH. We were greeted by Michael at check in. He was very pleasant and professional. They gave us their signature cocktail which was very refreshing after a long flight. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean and the infinity pool. I recommend trying to upgrade to a plunge pool suite if available, but it wasn’t when we checked in. The room was still stunning and very comfortable. Linens were fresh and soft. Pillows are down feathers. The property is peaceful and quiet at night which I prefer. The location is at the south end of the island where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. There is a fabulous view of Nevis Island which is just a 5 minute water taxi ride away. The hotel has tickets available for purchase. The property also offers daily activities and has a beach hut that provides kayaks, paddle boards, rafts, goggles, etc.. These are included in your stay. We had breakfast at The Great House restaurant every morning. The staff was very friendly and warm. They put a smile on all of our faces. Food was fresh and delicious. We also made reservations at Fisherman’s Village for a special birthday dinner for my sister. One of the staff members, Oral, assisted with that. He was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff here. They’re all wonderful. Fisherman’s Village was such a great experience. They seated us in a special room next to the dock. You can hear the waves while you eat. It was so peaceful. “Queen Bee” was our server. She was very attentive and had such a nice personality. She was very warm and friendly. Food was great too. I had the Caribbean Lobster, Octopus appetizer, and Conch Fritter appetizer. Everything was very tasty. We also explored Nevis. Alexis at the front desk assisted us with getting our tickets and transportation once on the island. “Hollywood” was our tour guide. He was perfect for our group and Alexis made sure to set that up for us. Again…I can’t say enough positive things about the PH staff. Everyone was so wonderful and accommodating. On our last full day we decided to enjoy the infinity pool and beach. Tyrese “Smooth” made my group feel like royalty. He was so nice and funny. He’s a great person and asset to the Hyatt brand. I want to thank PH and the staff for making my sister’s birthday trip an unforgettable experience. We all fell in love with St Kitts and Nevis. Tears were shed at the airport because of the beautiful experience we all had. For those of you that are reading my long review— Book this resort if you are planning to go to St Kitts. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful/Exquisite/Phenomenal are just a few words to describe our experience at the Park Hyatt in Saint Kitts! My sister put together a girls trip for my 50th birthday celebration along with 2 best friends. I feel the staff went above and beyond for us and were so welcoming. They gave us fantastic recommendations for our stay. A couple names came to mind Alexis,Michael and Oral at the front desk and I believe Tyrese who works in the pool area. There were also many individuals on the wait staff when we got breakfast and had our delicious meal at the Fishermans Village that tended to our every need. The grounds were also very clean and inviting and the scenery and beach were breathtaking. needless to say, I am already thinking about bringing my kids and husband here for our next trip.

Outstanding visit and exceptional service! What a wonderful week we have had. The resort is gorgeous and our beachfront room overlooking Nevis was a private oasis. We can't say enough about the staff and how welcoming they were. Highly recommend the DestinationDining outside of Stone Barn. A private table for two with great food and the chef to explain each course. Can't wait to come back.

I stayed here for a short visit in November and was awed from the beginning! The staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. I was whisked away in a golf cart to my suite which was fabulous, my favourite part was the stand alone bath tub which I didn't get a chance to try but I'll need to come back! The room was beautiful, very bright with a club house feel to it, I very much enjoyed the cheese plate on arrival also. Breakfast in the Great House was lovely in the morning, food was delicious and serviced was superb.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff in their entirety were so helpful, accommodating, kind, and friendly. We were there for a wedding and had no idea what to expect, but all expectations were exceeded and pictures did not do a justice. The staff was beyond helpful. I was checked in by T’Shanda and she was incredibly friendly and had such a kind smile. While getting settled in I was communicating with her via the hotels WhatsApp number that you can text if you need anything from them, and they answered promptly. Rhianon their event coordinator made our bride feel so at ease all weekend; she anticipated her wedding needs and quickly attended to the ones she did not. She gave us step-by-step instructions for the customs process, and coordinated transportation to and from the airport so we never felt stressed about the process. Our drivers for everything were also very kind and the vans were very clean. The staff were so wonderful it was almost shocking to our group to be treated so well during our stay. I said multiple times during the weekend “I have never in my life been treated so well at a hotel”. We would call down for water refills, or golf cart rides from one part of the resort to another, and they would be there in minutes. I even had a little too much to drink one night and the staff drove me to my room in a golf cart and walked me to our anteroom door to make sure I was safe, but didn’t follow me through to the primary door to our room so I wouldn’t feel uncomfortable, which as a woman I found just beyond respectful. The cleaning staff did an incredible job and the rooms were absolutely immaculate. The entire resort was very well kept and never once did I look at anything and think “oh that’s old and kinda gross”. No bathroom was ever dirty throughout the resort. The location was insanely beautiful, we had an ocean front room looking right at Nevis. We were supposed to change to a pool-view room after one night, but requested to stay in our ocean front room because it was so overwhelmingly beautiful and worth every Penny. The place overall was a little pricey for my liking, like your cocktails will be $20 every time, but I will say that every single drink I had was incredibly delicious. The food for the wedding was SO GOOD and everything we ordered was just beyond expectation. So it was pricey, but the quality was top notch. You pay a resort fee every day but there are snorkels, paddle boards, kayaks, floaters, etc. at your disposal at all times, and although we didn’t end up using it, the spa and gym are included in that as well and I’m sure those also would have been great. All in all, we just loved this place so much and our entire party that was there for the wedding would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Park Hyatt St. Kitts far exceeded any expectations we had. From the warm greeting on arrival to the gracious farewell, every touch point we experienced was phenomenal. When it comes to accommodations, there is not one bad option. Each and every room is ocean view. Views for days. The location of the property feels as if you are on your very on luxurious private island with easy access to both islands (St. Kitts and Nevis). The Kayan Jet transporation option is A MUST!
