We had a great time at Yucatán Resort Playa del Carmen! Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The food and drinks were very good. The convenient location near Quinta Avenida, the beach, and the ferry to Cozumel was perfect. We also had a great experience with Paul, the hotel concierge who helped us plan a couple day trips.
Could improve: The service at the two restaurants was often slow. It would be best to have clear instructions for toilet paper usage.
Will definitely be returning
Great location right on 5th avenue ,I liked the model of their all inclusive in which one could order meals off the menu as oppose to a buffet . Cocktails created by the bar staff were equally amazing
