Baker’s Cay Resort Key Largo, Curio Collection By Hilton

Our family visited Baker’s Cay resort for spring break and had a great experience. The property is beautiful, all of the employees are very pleasant and helpful and the location is great. Overall, a very good experience. I only have a couple of suggestions for the resort: 1- add a microwave to the rooms. We stayed in a junior suite and it was very a nice room and had a separate living area and mini refrigerator. As a family of four, we ate out a lot and came back with leftovers. The only way to heat up leftover food was to bring it to the front desk to use their microwave which was not convenient. 2-Keep the coffee bar open throughout the afternoon. The resort has a very nice coffee bar in the lobby with great service and options, but it closes at 11 AM. A lot of people like coffee in the afternoon and I feel it would do well to stay open later.

Kerisha was an amazing server. I liked her great service so much last year that we came back this year with several friends. We are actually not staying at the hotel, we drove all the way down from Boca Raton because I told them how great the chicken wings were here. They thought I was nuts for driving 2 hours south just for some chicken wings at lunch time, but it didn't take long for my group to be completely convinced that it was worth the drive, that only for the great chicken wings but the incredible service and personality from our server kerisha.

Just back from 3rd visit there. Its a very nice resort with hundreds of kids running around at the beach so not great for couples looking for romantic getaway. Food is good, Staff is very nice but be prepared for over an hour to get food. For $800 a night they need to upgrade wifi, especially for anyone who might need to work a little using laptop. Overall great place just need a few things due to what it costs to stay there.

We had reservations here on 4/3/26 and overall our experience was wonderful. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The table was right off the patio, with an amazing view. Our waitress was so awesome. She recommended the grouper and it was SOO good!! I would rate this 5 stars however, my husbands NY steak was pretty basic for $55. It was cold, the color was more of a greyish than a normal “brown” streak. Thankfully, Virginia ( our waitress) was so kind and got us something different ( braised short rib) to eat and it was sooo much better!!

Our stay at Baker’s Cay Resort was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful—lush, well-maintained, and perfectly captures that relaxed Keys vibe. The beach areas are peaceful, the water views are stunning, and there’s a great balance between family-friendly energy and quiet spots to unwind. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the service—especially Marvin, who took care of us on the beach each day. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always checking in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. His friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth really stood out. By the end of our stay, he felt like part of the experience, not just our server. It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the people leave such a lasting impression, but Baker’s Cay delivered on both. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be hoping to see Marvin again when we do.

We had a great stay at Bakers Cay. We loved the relaxed vibe but ease of the resort. The beach is nice and calm and shallow so we could enjoy and relax while our little guy could play. It was easy for kids to make friends playing in the sand and collecting shells. The sparkling wine truck on the beach at sunset is a great touch. The food at Calusa was delicious and we ate there several times during our stay. We also liked the daily activities including the arts and crafts and smores on the beach. Special shout out to Travis at the Tiki Bar who took great care of us and also makes phenomenal “pain relievers”!!!
