My girlfriend and I visited from New York City over Xmas/New Years and I must admit...I am so impressed with the service at Rosa Grand that I came to leave a review. I can be a "tough" traveler with very high expectations. Admittedly I made a few mistakes on our reservation including providing the wrong billing info and leaving an item in the room after we left. Rosa Grand's service in helping me was flawless - they responded very quickly and always with solutions. They rectified each issue despite me (maybe) being a bit of a pain. Additionally, the location is great for visiting the high-end stores, Duomo, and generally getting around the city easily. The location is very central. Also - I'd recommend the cocktails in the bar in the lobby as an "easy" drink before going out an exploring the neighborhood.

Imagine that i would like to relax and sleep well in a HOTEL but the room is like that! and when we asked the reception they said that all the rooms like that and there's no available room to transfer for. but they gave us a fan.

Not a star hotel, booked a delux room but it was small and not very delux! I’ve stayed in Milan before and this is the worst hotel in food quality and accommodation. The reception and concierge staff were the only positive of this hotel. Recommend to avoid this hotel

Stayed in a Deluxe room, and whilst you could see the top of the Duomo Cathedral spire over the roof tops, most of the view was of the internal space/void between wings. Notwithstanding that, it was a classy hotel with great decor and atmosphere and generally good customer service, particularly the room servicing personal. Breakfast offering was extensive and of highest quality and we looked forward to it each morning of our 5 night stay. Location was absolutely unbeatable, with a 30 second walk only to the Duomo cathedral and main square and fashion district etc....right in the heart of everything a visitor could want. Highly recommended.

Such a convenient hotel to stay, everything is close by-Il Duamo, Hop On Hop Off Bus, shopping, restaurants. The hotel had a beautiful breakfast daily which set us up for our busy days site seeing. The rooms were very clean and modern. The concierge was very helpful.

Absolutely amazing experience with everyone with the exception of one of the night desk agents who was snippy with both me and hubby and clearly didn’t want to be there. Every other person including the concierge went above & beyond. Otherwise room was large with king bed, large bathroom - shower floor was extremely slippery. Room was extremely clean and modern. Breakfast had extensive selections of items - very pleased! Location was close to duormo and lots of other shopping etc. Very pleased and would absolutely stay again. Taxis always present and ready to take you wherever needed.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. We tried the main restaurant and the pizza restaurant and they were both good. The bar is excellent, if you are amenable to such things. It has an excellent location if you want to be in the heart of Milan. A couple of minor niggles: the housekeeper forgot to leave us fresh facecloths once. We asked at reception for two to be delivered, but they did not appear. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The bacon and scrambled eggs were lukewarm on both occasions we tried them. Not very appetising. But thank you to the stalwart door staff who were unfailingly courteous and helpful keeping us protected from the rain. Still, these were only minor issues and we’d recommend the hotel to family and friends. A as
