La Residenza Capri

This was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time in Capri! The staff are all wonderful and adamant to make our stay as great as possible. Excellent staff, excellent service, and they remembered my dietary restriction (gluten free) for breakfast each morning. Thanks so much again!

We found this beautiful hotel thanks to it being mentioned in a review of a nearby hotel where they wished they stayed at La Residenza! We looked at it online and never looked back. The experience at La Residenza was nothing short of exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Ignacio helped us to check in and provided us with a list of recommended restaurants. The reception can organise a table for you if you wish which is a great service. This was a 5 star experience and we found the hotel very friendly and not pretentious like some 5 star highly quality hotels. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. I found the lunch menu specifically the burger to be very tasty. We booked a sea view room and we’re delighted to be upgraded to a suite. It was extremely spacious and with a very large terrace. I would highly recommend the suite option. The bar at the entrance to the hotel is very elegant and tasty drinks to enjoy before going out to dinner. I also paid to use the ironing service for some shirts which was great they were returned the same day. Also recommend to take advantage of the luggage moving service as the streets of Capri are busy and awkward with luggage. I’d like to thank especially Ignacio, Pierandrea, Vincenzo and Fabrizio for their amazing hospitality and making our stay so fantastic.

The hotel service was excellent. Mr. Giuseppe guided us very well for food and tour of the capri town. Due to heavy rain he gifted us a fine bottle of prosecco and a sweet hand written note for us. Due to lights cut off the hotel team also helped us to carry our luggage all the way down to reception and drop it till taxi station by porter service. Our second visit to this wonderful hotel in Capri. This year we upgraded to a suite and were not disappointed. We had a wonderfully large balcony and enjoyed an aperitivo with a view of the famous faraglioni rocks. We noticed lots of little changes to the lobby and loved the new bar area at the front which I believe may be open to non residents too. Great music playing. The staff were kind and welcoming as always and the breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. Service is fantastic and the setting by the pool is beautiful. There is a nice sun deck terrace with great views and the hotel is decorated with amazing art works throughout. Aside from the hotel itself, it has the most perfect location which is close to everything in Capri with amazing views and walking distance to the shops and sights. Our experience was faultless and extremely enjoyable. 10/10 and we are looking forward to going back

He called restaraunts directly to make reservations for us, and called out little things along way. he even sent us packing with a note full of cool things to check out in Positano (our next stop), which was wonderful!

The hotel is near from the main points of the city, they provided a great experience and have wonderful rooms. The swimming pool and breakfast is the better place n the town. Giuseppe is the better host in the isle and gave us the better tips about the touristic points.

Best hotel and service that we received during our trip to the Amalfi Coast. Let’s start with location … perfect! Central to everything you need to see in Capri. We booked deluxe sea view and without requesting it, they upgraded us to Junior Suite sea view with several terraces overlooking the hillside down to the ocean. Even though we were near city center, our room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff: Fabio, Giuseppe and Roberta were fantastic. They gave us great recommendations and allowed us to check out very late on travel day. We really appreciated the extra time as we were able to find a little cove near the Faraglioni rock formations. We took dip in the ocean and will always remember this trip!

I would like personally thanxs Giuseppe the concierge, he was the best part of our trip. We stayed at La Residenza Capri in September 2024 and had a wonderful experience! The location is superb, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone who worked at the concierge desk were very helpful, and provided recommendations for touring around the island, dinners, and drinks. Roberta at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. We also had the chance to meet Giovanni, the General Manager, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We’ll be recommending all our friends and family to stay here if visiting Capri.

La Residenza should be considered a 5 start hotel. Capri is great, but the hotel is amazing. The staff is wonderfull and friendly. Rooms are bright, modern/contemporary and burst with sunlight. Outside there is a nice pool with a terrace next to it. Every space inside the hotel is clearly maintained with great care. We had lost one of our passports, Mr. Guiseppe/Giseppe (?) made some phonecalls for us and with his directions we were able to arrange replacement swiftly so we could continue our traveling after Capri. Also the cleaninglady (forgot her name sorry) was so friendly, warm and tried to answer spontanious questions we had in her best English. Lovely hotel, great staff! Whenever we return to Capri we know where to stay for sure. Thank you La Residenza and the wonderful staff!

We will absolutely bet staying at La Residenza again!! My husband and I went to Capri during our honeymoon and the Concierge, Giuseppe, arranged EVERYTHING for us! He was so wonderful to work with and made our trip magical. Giuseppe and the whole staff at La Residenza are fantastic and accommodating. The location alone sold us since the hotel is in the heart of Capri and near all the action, but the people at La Residenza are the reason we will absolutely be back and staying with them again!

The most kind front desk staff and gorgeous hotel. Loved our time there! Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. The ferry transfer was so smooth as well. Made our travel experience really seamless and comfortable. Overall great experience!

I cannot recommend La Residenza highly enough. First of all, it's in a perfect location -- easy to get to and near some of the top sites. The rooms are large and nicely appointed as is the lobby. We also had a spectacular view. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff could not have been nicer. Most importantly, we have to single out Fabio who is truly fabulous. When the weather changed, and we could not spend the day at the beach club and go out on a boat, he had wonderful alternative recommendations that we loved. We saw parts of the island that we would not have experienced without his advice. He was always there to help us when we needed to rebook our ferry and train or needed directions.

An absolutely amazing location and place to settle in and stay. All the staff were attentive to all our needs and made us feel very welcome. Room was amazing and breakfast each day was also 5 star service everyday. Would definitely to others ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
