Great welcome, incredible accommodation, incredible location, hospitality was second none. Food and the value of the food is exceptional. One of the nicest locations on Bali for sunset. I Absolutely recommend this hotel. Would love to return.

Boutique hotel, in traditional Balinese style. Hotel only 15 minutes from airport. Large beach front, with impeccable service. Pool villas are a must at this hotel. December and January the ocean is rough, so don’t plan on going in. Stick to the pool.

On site restaurant Nelayan is outstanding specializing in freshly grilled seafood. The most attentive & caring staff possible. Special thanks to Gede for taking great care of us on the beach. Just stayed here 2 nights. The staff are so kind and attentive. The property is right on the beach, you can hear the waves. However, if you expect this to be a Belmond you’ll be disappointed. You can’t tell from the outside but the inside needs a severe refurbishment. Really,...

Just stayed here 2 nights. The staff are so kind and attentive. The property is right on the beach, you can hear the waves. However, if you expect this to be a Belmond you’ll be disappointed. You can’t tell from the outside but the inside needs a severe refurbishment. Really, I don’t think it’s been touched for 40 years. Everything works, it’s not dirty. It’s just very run down inside.

Having an evening meal on the beach after a soothing speciality cocktail is the greatest end to a day in Bali. We want to come back soon.

“A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service” Our stay at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, was truly memorable. The service was outstanding; I fell ill for a day, and the staff showed such heartfelt care and attentiveness—it was incredibly touching. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The property itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and filled with gorgeous plants that add to the serene atmosphere. The food was delicious, offering a variety of flavors that left us satisfied each day. The beach was lovely, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. We stayed in a De Luxe Pool Villa, which was simply stunning and felt like our own private oasis. The only downside was that we could hear the street noise quite loudly, which took away a bit from the tranquil setting. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Jimbaran Puri for anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Bali.

I've stayed at this wonderful hotel seven times since the 1990s and I've seen it through many incarnations. I remember some of the staff - and they remember me, which is incredible, given that I haven't been able to visit since 2007. We've aged together, but the hotel has done so with the kind of grace I can only dream of. Jimbaran Puri in all honesty is now better than ever. I didn't think it could be, but there we are. It is utterly, utterly splendid. Bali itself has changed too since I was last there in 2018 (good grief, the traffic!). I don't actually think it's worth going to Ubud any more, sad as that is, because you will waste a day getting there and away. And it's had a knock-on effect everywhere, though not so much, thank goodness, in Jimbaran. Its idyllic beach remains the best in Bali - hot creamy sand, a turquoise sea with glassy waves, occasional tourists walking along the damp sand, fishing boats and net-throwing anglers. There's a private villa on the west side of the estate and a long expanse of coconut groves on the east. Jimbaran Puri is so far protected from the development that's basically everywhere else, and long may it be so. What can you expect from Belmond Jimbaran Puri itself? The most gracious, traditional accommodation, just lovely service, a truly top-class spa, a brilliant beachside restaurant, the world's best breakfast (as it always was), but now also some of the most beautiful gardens I've come across anywhere. They're bursting with colours, scents, blossoms and birdsong. It's paradise. Belmond Jimbaran Puri is not minimalist - it's not slick and modern and cubist - expect traditional alang-alang (not cement); expect mossy stones and fountains, not grey concrete. It's got cushions and sprawly sofas on the beach. It's got private pools in the nicest villas and food for the gods. It has authenticity in bucket loads, and I just love it. Everything about the hotel is clean and comfortable - from the mattresses in the bedrooms to the cabanas at the pool; from the dining chairs to the electric buggies that whisk you wherever you need to go on the estate. I want a hotel to provide more comfort, better food, more beautiful experiences than I can get at home, and that's what I get here. I don't want to say 'It's good to be home' when I get there. And, guess what - it's not. It's better in Bali.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort for a whole week in September. We were welcomed by fresh drinks and pleasant staff. Couple of highlights: — Room & amenities: We got upgraded to a pool villa and enjoy its spaciousness and cleanliness. They cleaned twice a day and laundry service was timely. The private and public pool were enjoyable, as well as the beach club. — Food: Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of choices (eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits, rice and noodles etc). Lunch at the Nelayan and dinner drinks at Puri Bar were also tasty and service was excellent. — Excursions: We booked two excursions through the hotel and enjoyed a tour of Ubud & Uluwatu with friendly and knowledgeable guides. Highly recommended to spice up your beach vacation. Big shout-out to the exceptionally friendly hotel staff who took phenomenal care of us, thank you ❤️
