I stayed at this hotel with family and several friends in June before my wedding at their sister location Villa Antiche Mura. The location is amazing and the pool area is nice. There’s a ton of places within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helped us get a cab or transportation whenever we needed it. I was hoping for an upgraded room or some kind of acknowledgement of our wedding week but maybe that type of thing is not done in Sorrento.

We spent 9 satisfying nights in this lovely hotel because 8 of those nights were included in our Sorrento based tour. I'm very glad that we did. The hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Our very clean and quiet room, with its gorgeous, tiled floor and marquetry furniture really conveyed the feel of that area of Italy. The central location was convenient when we explored Sorrento during free time. The only negatives were the very difficult to open toiletries and the very firm pillows and mattresses. We wondered if this contributed to some minor aches and pains we woke up to every morning or was it merely old age. Nevertheless, we would happily spend another 9 nights there.

Stayed here recently and we would definitely recommend this hotel. Its first class service and excellent staff on hand especially Stefano.Rooms are pure luxury and great breakfast served every morning.Its also very central in Sorrento Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of local pastries. For Halloween the pastry chef went over the top and decorated all of the pastries. I wish I had taken a picture.

Excellent location and very enjoyable accommodations. Buffet breakfast offering everything imaginable. Very comfortable and clean room. Tours organized through the hotel were also excellent. Front desk service was excellent. “Nobody’s Bar” was a definite highlight as the bartender “Nobody” is a character and entertaining cause Nobody cares and Nobody loves...

Front desk service was excellent. “Nobody’s Bar” was a definite highlight as the bartender “Nobody” is a character and entertaining cause Nobody cares and Nobody loves you. 😂 IYKYK 😂. Ask him to make his special Negroni. You won’t be disappointed and Nobody if you read this we found the vermouth in Rome and brought a bottle back with us but we still can’t match your mix! Enjoyable travel is about the experiences and we had a wonderful experience in Sorrento thanks to Hotel Antiche Mura and Nobody!

Wonderful location just off Tasso Square…very close to shops and restaurants! Very pretty hotel with minor housekeeping issues. Linens (sheets, blankets and towels) were stained with pink spots and towels were worn and thin,floors needed a bit of daily follow up! Staff were lovely!

The Antiche Mura was absolutely perfect for a stay in Sorrento. Literally less than 5 minutes walk from the main Square and lanes with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, the hotel is nevertheless wonderfully quiet and comfortable. It is set next to a deep dramatic ravine and tucked away from the road. At the back of the building is a lovely swimming pool within a citrus grove. The bar at the pool serves drinks, snacks and lunches and the chicken burgers we had one lunchtime were the best we've ever had. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the ravine. The staff were all very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The food was plentiful with lots of choice. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We were hoping for a great experience based on prior reviews, unfortunately ours was the WORST!! First bad experience was a cold shower the morning after checking in. Spoke with front desk and they directed maintenance to check temperature and they turned water heater up. Shower was warm at best...

We were hoping for a great experience based on prior reviews, unfortunately ours was the WORST!! First bad experience was a cold shower the morning after checking in. Spoke with front desk and they directed maintenance to check temperature and they turned water heater up. Shower was warm at best during stay. Mentioned again at check out that water wasn’t hot, only warm and they said water was cold first morning because of rain and that maintenance had fixed. Hot water heaters are usually housed inside the building so not sure why rain would affect the temperature and I guess I should have had the front desk come feel the water temperature themselves. Turn down service tracked in wet mud on tile floor first night so walked on gritty tile surface during stay, paper/plastic cups not replenished daily, and the ICING ON THE CAKE was when we pulled our bedsheets down the last night to a “LARGE PINK STAIN” on the bottom sheet. WHY would their Maid Service keep that sheet in stock, let alone place it on a bed?? I took a photo and shared with hotel clerk who verified they changed sheets daily. Average price per night $400+. Should have checked out after first night but had already paid 50% at check in, and know it would have been difficult to find other lodging on short notice. Plus, we had a full schedule of tours each day. Our stay was 4 nights Oct 18-22.

We had a very spacious room with a nice balcony over looking the pool and green space. The location of this hotel is perfect one block away from the town square, The service was friendly and the breakfast buffet excellent. We highly recommend this property.,

This hotel was phenomenal all around. But the cherry on top with Daniel (AKA Nobody), the bartender here. Not only were his cocktails phenomenal (and we come from the bar business), but he developed a clever marketing theme for the bar. He was a great bartender, yes, but his friendliness and service was on another level we have rarely experienced anywhere before. My wife and I will leave this country having a genuine friend here we will be sure to contact when we come back. From start to finish, this hotel does it right.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Always at hand to help . Can have a good laugh with the waiters, will definitely go back. Very clean hotel with very clean pool , well kept hotel. Smells amazing when you walk into rreception. Highly recommend 👌

The hotel is in a great, central location and very walkable in the surrounding areas. The room was great and the staff were all fantastic, particularly Rocco and the staff at breakfast and the pool, all extremely helpful. We’ll definitely come back.
