The resort has every feature to make you feel so relaxed, yet be engaged and energized. Every stroll on the pathways linking rooms to restaurants and pools feels like you’re deep in nature finding something new. Jessica and Monica on the events staff keep the energy high and make everyone feel so welcomed. The food has been delish and the staff is so caring. Love this place for relaxing and will have it booked for the future!

The entire entertainment staff amazing, especially Felix, Daniella, Monica, Jessica Gabriela, Regina, Axel, cleaning crew kept our room clean and tidy!! Special pool side Bar Alexis superb!! Pool side server Lordes outstanding !!! Victor, Elias, Jamie all of the mentioned people made this trip outstanding, and we defewill be back to this wonderful oasis !!

We had an amazing time at this resort! The entertainment team were fantastic, especially Gabriella, Félix, Daniella, Christian and Sergio. They did a really amazing job at getting us involved in activities and by the end felt like genuine friends to us. Oscar at the pickleball provided us with great tips also! They all really made our holiday special. The food was amazing, especially the Taco Experience at Dos Almos with Daniel being a great host. There was not a bad meal the entire time, from breakfast torta de carnitas to Teppanyaki dinner with Hector all being amazing. All the staff were friendly across the resort. The attention to detail was amazing, from the cafe remembering our coffee preferences to cocktails beings made how we liked them without us asking twice. Pool staff always helped find a spot to our liking and Jamie was especially helpful even cleaning our sunglasses post activity in water! The live music was great, especially one night at Dos Almos with authentic music sung beautifully. The rooms were large and housekeeping did a great consistent job. The majority were free and really worth attending, the “roads through Mexico” evening was a great first night for us. We did a couple of paid events such as the taco experience and dinner under the stars on the roof. Both were amazing and worth the extra charge. The spa is worth attending also it was great. We would 100% love to come back, and only thing I would change is I would stay longer!
